וָאֲצַוֶּ֥ה wā·’ă·ṣaw·weh And I commanded GRAM DICO
אֶתְכֶ֖ם ’eṯ·ḵem you GRAM DICO
בָּעֵ֣ת bā·‘êṯ at time GRAM DICO
הַהִ֑וא ha·hi·w; that GRAM DICO
אֵ֥ת ’êṯ  -  GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
הַדְּבָרִ֖ים had·də·ḇā·rîm the things GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
תַּעֲשֽׂוּן׃ ta·‘ă·śūn. you should do GRAM DICO

וַנִּסַּ֣ע wan·nis·sa‘ So we departed GRAM DICO
מֵחֹרֵ֗ב mê·ḥō·rêḇ, from Horeb GRAM DICO
וַנֵּ֡לֶךְ wan·nê·leḵ and went through GRAM DICO
אֵ֣ת ’êṯ  -  GRAM DICO

הַמִּדְבָּ֣ר ham·miḏ·bār wilderness GRAM DICO

הַגָּדוֹל֩ hag·gā·ḏō·wl great GRAM DICO
וְהַנּוֹרָ֨א wə·han·nō·w·rā and terrible GRAM DICO
הַה֜וּא ha·hū that GRAM DICO

רְאִיתֶ֗ם rə·’î·ṯem, you saw GRAM DICO
דֶּ֚רֶךְ de·reḵ on the way to GRAM DICO
הַ֣ר har the mountains GRAM DICO
הָֽאֱמֹרִ֔י hā·’ĕ·mō·rî, of the Amorites GRAM DICO
､
כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO
צִוָּ֛ה ṣiw·wāh had commanded GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū our God GRAM DICO

וַנָּבֹ֕א wan·nā·ḇō and we came GRAM DICO

הָאָ֑רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ; the land GRAM DICO
עֲלֵ֣ה ‘ă·lêh go up GRAM DICO
רֵ֗שׁ rêš, [and] possess [it] GRAM DICO
כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO
דִּבֶּ֨ר dib·ber has spoken GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֜ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֤י ’ĕ·lō·hê God GRAM DICO
אֲבֹתֶ֙יךָ֙ ’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā of your fathers GRAM DICO
לָ֔ךְ lāḵ, to you GRAM
אַל־ ’al- not GRAM DICO
､
תִּירָ֖א tî·rā do fear GRAM DICO
וְאַל־ wə·’al- or GRAM DICO
תֵּחָֽת׃ tê·ḥāṯ. be discouraged GRAM DICO

וַתִּקְרְב֣וּן wat·tiq·rə·ḇūn And came near GRAM DICO
אֵלַי֮ ’ê·lay to me GRAM DICO
כֻּלְּכֶם֒ kul·lə·ḵem everyone of you GRAM DICO
וַתֹּאמְר֗וּ wat·tō·mə·rū, and said GRAM DICO
､
נִשְׁלְחָ֤ה niš·lə·ḥāh let us send GRAM DICO
אֲנָשִׁים֙ ’ă·nā·šîm men GRAM DICO
לְפָנֵ֔ינוּ lə·p̄ā·nê·nū, before us GRAM DICO
וְיַחְפְּרוּ־ wə·yaḥ·pə·rū- and let them search out GRAM DICO
לָ֖נוּ lā·nū for us GRAM
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הָאָ֑רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ; the land GRAM DICO
､
וְיָשִׁ֤בוּ wə·yā·ši·ḇū and bring back GRAM DICO
אֹתָ֙נוּ֙ ’ō·ṯā·nū to us GRAM DICO
דָּבָ֔ר dā·ḇār, word GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ- of GRAM DICO
הַדֶּ֙רֶךְ֙ had·de·reḵ the way GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer by which GRAM DICO
נַעֲלֶה־ na·‘ă·leh- we should go up GRAM DICO
､
בָּ֔הּ bāh, in GRAM
וְאֵת֙ wə·’êṯ and GRAM DICO
הֶֽעָרִ֔ים he·‘ā·rîm, of the cities GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
נָבֹ֖א nā·ḇō we shall come GRAM DICO
אֲלֵיהֶֽן׃ ’ă·lê·hen. into GRAM DICO

וַיִּיטַ֥ב way·yî·ṭaḇ And pleased well GRAM DICO
בְּעֵינַ֖י bə·‘ê·nay me GRAM DICO
–
הַדָּבָ֑ר had·dā·ḇār; the plan GRAM DICO
וָאֶקַּ֤ח wā·’eq·qaḥ so I took GRAM DICO
מִכֶּם֙ mik·kem your GRAM DICO
שְׁנֵ֣ים šə·nêm two GRAM DICO
עָשָׂ֣ר ‘ā·śār [and] ten GRAM DICO
אֲנָשִׁ֔ים ’ă·nā·šîm, men GRAM DICO
אִ֥ישׁ ’îš of man GRAM DICO
אֶחָ֖ד ’e·ḥāḏ one GRAM DICO
לַשָּֽׁבֶט׃ laš·šā·ḇeṭ. from [each] tribe GRAM DICO

וַיִּפְנוּ֙ way·yip̄·nū And they departed GRAM DICO
וַיַּעֲל֣וּ way·ya·‘ă·lū and went up GRAM DICO
הָהָ֔רָה hā·hā·rāh, into the mountains GRAM DICO
､
וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ way·yā·ḇō·’ū and came GRAM DICO
עַד־ ‘aḏ- to GRAM DICO
נַ֣חַל na·ḥal the Valley GRAM DICO
אֶשְׁכֹּ֑ל ’eš·kōl; of Eshcol GRAM DICO
､
וַֽיְרַגְּל֖וּ way·rag·gə·lū and spied out GRAM DICO
אֹתָֽהּ׃ ’ō·ṯāh. it GRAM DICO

וַיִּקְח֤וּ way·yiq·ḥū And they took [some] GRAM DICO
בְיָדָם֙ ḇə·yā·ḏām in their hands GRAM DICO
､
מִפְּרִ֣י mip·pə·rî of the fruit GRAM DICO
הָאָ֔רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ, of the land GRAM DICO
וַיּוֹרִ֖דוּ way·yō·w·ri·ḏū and brought [it] down GRAM DICO
אֵלֵ֑ינוּ ’ê·lê·nū; to us GRAM DICO
וַיָּשִׁ֨בוּ way·yā·ši·ḇū and they brought back GRAM DICO
אֹתָ֤נוּ ’ō·ṯā·nū to us GRAM DICO
דָבָר֙ ḏā·ḇār word GRAM DICO
וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ way·yō·mə·rū, and saying GRAM DICO
､
טוֹבָ֣ה ṭō·w·ḇāh good GRAM DICO
הָאָ֔רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ, [it is] a land GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- which GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū our God GRAM DICO
נֹתֵ֥ן nō·ṯên is giving GRAM DICO
