וַיַּ֣עַל way·ya·‘al And went up GRAM DICO
הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO
בֵּית־ bêṯ- to the house GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֡ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
וְכָל־ wə·ḵāl and with all GRAM DICO
אִ֣ישׁ ’îš the men GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָה֩ yə·hū·ḏāh of Judah GRAM DICO
וְכָל־ wə·ḵāl and all GRAM DICO
יֹשְׁבֵ֨י yō·šə·ḇê the inhabitants GRAM DICO
יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם yə·rū·šā·lim of Jerusalem GRAM DICO
אִתּ֗וֹ ’it·tōw, with him GRAM DICO
וְהַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ wə·hak·kō·hă·nîm and the priests GRAM DICO
､
וְהַנְּבִיאִ֔ים wə·han·nə·ḇî·’îm, and the prophets GRAM DICO
､
וְכָל־ wə·ḵāl and all GRAM DICO
הָעָ֖ם hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO
､
לְמִקָּטֹ֣ן lə·miq·qā·ṭōn from small GRAM DICO
וְעַד־ wə·‘aḏ- and to GRAM DICO
גָּד֑וֹל gā·ḏō·wl; great GRAM DICO
–
וַיִּקְרָ֣א way·yiq·rā and he read GRAM DICO
בְאָזְנֵיהֶ֗ם ḇə·’ā·zə·nê·hem, in their hearing GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
דִּבְרֵי֙ diḇ·rê the words GRAM DICO
סֵ֣פֶר sê·p̄er of the Book GRAM DICO
הַבְּרִ֔ית hab·bə·rîṯ, of the Covenant GRAM DICO
הַנִּמְצָ֖א han·nim·ṣā which had been found GRAM DICO
בְּבֵ֥ית bə·ḇêṯ in the house of GRAM DICO
יְהוָֽה׃ Yah·weh. Yahweh GRAM DICO

וַיַּעֲמֹ֣ד way·ya·‘ă·mōḏ And stood GRAM DICO
הַ֠מֶּלֶךְ ham·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO
עַֽל־ ‘al- by GRAM DICO
הָ֨עַמּ֜וּד hā·‘am·mūḏ a pillar GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּכְרֹ֥ת way·yiḵ·rōṯ and made GRAM DICO
אֶֽת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַבְּרִ֣ית ׀ hab·bə·rîṯ a covenant GRAM DICO
לִפְנֵ֣י lip̄·nê before GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
לָלֶ֜כֶת lā·le·ḵeṯ to walk GRAM DICO
אַחַ֤ר ’a·ḥar after GRAM DICO
יְהוָה֙ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
וְלִשְׁמֹ֨ר wə·liš·mōr and to keep GRAM DICO
מִצְוֺתָ֜יו miṣ·wō·ṯāw His commandments GRAM DICO
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
עֵדְוֺתָ֤יו ‘ê·ḏə·wō·ṯāw His testimonies GRAM DICO
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
חֻקֹּתָיו֙ ḥuq·qō·ṯāw His statutes GRAM DICO
בְּכָל־ bə·ḵāl with all GRAM DICO
לֵ֣ב lêḇ [his] heart GRAM DICO
וּבְכָל־ ū·ḇə·ḵāl and all GRAM DICO
נֶ֔פֶשׁ ne·p̄eš, [his] soul GRAM DICO
､
לְהָקִ֗ים lə·hā·qîm, to perform GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
דִּבְרֵי֙ diḇ·rê the words GRAM DICO
הַבְּרִ֣ית hab·bə·rîṯ of covenant GRAM DICO
הַזֹּ֔את haz·zōṯ, this GRAM DICO
הַכְּתֻבִ֖ים hak·kə·ṯu·ḇîm that were written GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- in GRAM DICO
הַסֵּ֣פֶר has·sê·p̄er book GRAM DICO

הַזֶּ֑ה haz·zeh; This GRAM DICO
וַיַּעֲמֹ֥ד way·ya·‘ă·mōḏ and took a stand GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
הָעָ֖ם hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO
בַּבְּרִֽית׃ bab·bə·rîṯ. for the covenant GRAM DICO

הַמֶּ֡לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
חִלְקִיָּהוּ֩ ḥil·qî·yā·hū Hilkiah GRAM DICO
הַכֹּהֵ֨ן hak·kō·hên the priest GRAM DICO
､
הַגָּד֜וֹל hag·gā·ḏō·wl high GRAM DICO
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
כֹּהֲנֵ֣י kō·hă·nê the priests GRAM DICO
הַמִּשְׁנֶה֮ ham·miš·neh of the second order GRAM DICO
､
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
שֹׁמְרֵ֣י šō·mə·rê the keepers GRAM DICO
הַסַּף֒ has·sap̄ the doorkeepers GRAM DICO
､
לְהוֹצִיא֙ lə·hō·w·ṣî to bring GRAM DICO
מֵהֵיכַ֣ל mê·hê·ḵal out of the temple GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, of Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֵ֣ת ’êṯ  -  GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
הַכֵּלִ֗ים hak·kê·lîm, the articles GRAM DICO
הָֽעֲשׂוּיִם֙ hā·‘ă·śū·yim that were made GRAM DICO
לַבַּ֣עַל lab·ba·‘al for Baal GRAM DICO
､
וְלָֽאֲשֵׁרָ֔ה wə·lā·’ă·šê·rāh, for Asherah GRAM DICO
､
וּלְכֹ֖ל ū·lə·ḵōl for all GRAM DICO
צְבָ֣א ṣə·ḇā the host GRAM DICO
הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם haš·šā·mā·yim; of heaven GRAM DICO
–
וַֽיִּשְׂרְפֵ֞ם way·yiś·rə·p̄êm and he burned them GRAM DICO
מִח֤וּץ mi·ḥūṣ outside GRAM DICO
לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ lî·rū·šā·lim Jerusalem GRAM DICO
בְּשַׁדְמ֣וֹת bə·šaḏ·mō·wṯ in the fields GRAM DICO
קִדְר֔וֹן qiḏ·rō·wn, of Kidron GRAM DICO
､
וְנָשָׂ֥א wə·nā·śā and carried GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
עֲפָרָ֖ם ‘ă·p̄ā·rām their ashes GRAM DICO
בֵּֽית־ bêṯ- to GRAM
אֵֽל׃ ’êl. Bethel GRAM DICO

וְהִשְׁבִּ֣ית wə·hiš·bîṯ And he removed GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַכְּמָרִ֗ים hak·kə·mā·rîm, the idolatrous priests GRAM DICO
､
אֲשֶׁ֤ר ’ă·šer whom GRAM DICO
נָֽתְנוּ֙ nā·ṯə·nū had ordained GRAM DICO
מַלְכֵ֣י mal·ḵê the kings GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָ֔ה yə·hū·ḏāh, of Judah GRAM DICO
וַיְקַטֵּ֤ר way·qaṭ·ṭêr and to burn incense GRAM DICO
בַּבָּמוֹת֙ bab·bā·mō·wṯ on the high places GRAM DICO
בְּעָרֵ֣י bə·‘ā·rê in the cities GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָ֔ה yə·hū·ḏāh, of Judah GRAM DICO
､
וּמְסִבֵּ֖י ū·mə·sib·bê and in the places all around GRAM DICO
יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם yə·rū·šā·lim; Jerusalem GRAM DICO
–
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
הַֽמְקַטְּרִ֣ים ham·qaṭ·ṭə·rîm those who burned incense GRAM DICO
לַבַּ֗עַל lab·ba·‘al, to Baal GRAM DICO
､
לַשֶּׁ֤מֶשׁ laš·še·meš to the sun GRAM DICO
､
וְלַיָּרֵ֙חַ֙ wə·lay·yā·rê·aḥ and to the moon GRAM DICO
､
וְלַמַּזָּל֔וֹת wə·lam·maz·zā·lō·wṯ, and to the constellations GRAM DICO
､
וּלְכֹ֖ל ū·lə·ḵōl and to all GRAM DICO
צְבָ֥א ṣə·ḇā the host GRAM DICO
הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ haš·šā·mā·yim. of heaven GRAM DICO
