(וַיּ֣וֹחֶל ׀) way·yō·w·ḥel Then he waited GRAM DICO

הַגִּלְגָּ֑ל hag·gil·gāl; to Gilgal GRAM DICO

הָעָ֖ם hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO

מֵעָלָֽיו׃ mê·‘ā·lāw. from him GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר way·yō·mer So said GRAM DICO

שָׁא֔וּל šā·’ūl, Saul GRAM DICO

הַגִּ֣שׁוּ hag·gi·šū bring GRAM DICO

אֵלַ֔י ’ê·lay, here to me GRAM DICO

הָעֹלָ֖ה hā·‘ō·lāh a burnt offering GRAM DICO

וְהַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים wə·haš·šə·lā·mîm; and peace offerings GRAM DICO

וַיַּ֖עַל way·ya·‘al and he offered GRAM DICO

הָעֹלָֽה׃ hā·‘ō·lāh. the burnt offering GRAM DICO

I Samuel 13, 10

וַיְהִ֗י way·hî, And it came to pass GRAM DICO

､

כְּכַלֹּתוֹ֙ kə·ḵal·lō·ṯōw as soon as he had finished GRAM DICO

לְהַעֲל֣וֹת lə·ha·‘ă·lō·wṯ presenting GRAM DICO

הָעֹלָ֔ה hā·‘ō·lāh, the burnt offering GRAM DICO

､

וְהִנֵּ֥ה wə·hin·nêh that GRAM DICO

､

שְׁמוּאֵ֖ל šə·mū·’êl Samuel GRAM DICO

בָּ֑א bā; came GRAM DICO

–

וַיֵּצֵ֥א way·yê·ṣê and went out GRAM DICO

שָׁא֛וּל šā·’ūl Saul GRAM DICO

לִקְרָאת֖וֹ liq·rā·ṯōw to meet him GRAM DICO

לְבָרֲכֽוֹ׃ lə·ḇā·ră·ḵōw. that he might greet him GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר way·yō·mer And said GRAM DICO

מֶ֣ה meh what GRAM DICO

עָשִׂ֑יתָ ‘ā·śî·ṯā; have you done GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר way·yō·mer and said GRAM DICO

כִּֽי־ kî- when GRAM DICO

רָאִיתִי֩ rā·’î·ṯî I saw GRAM DICO

כִֽי־ ḵî- that GRAM DICO

נָפַ֨ץ nā·p̄aṣ were scattered GRAM DICO

הָעָ֜ם hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO

מֵעָלַ֗י mê·‘ā·lay, from me GRAM DICO

וְאַתָּה֙ wə·’at·tāh and [that] you GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

בָ֙אתָ֙ ḇā·ṯā did come GRAM DICO

לְמוֹעֵ֣ד lə·mō·w·‘êḏ within appointed GRAM DICO

､

הַיָּמִ֔ים hay·yā·mîm, the days GRAM DICO

וּפְלִשְׁתִּ֖ים ū·p̄ə·liš·tîm and [that] the Philistines GRAM DICO

נֶאֱסָפִ֥ים ne·’ĕ·sā·p̄îm gathered together GRAM DICO

מִכְמָֽשׂ׃ miḵ·māś. at Michmash GRAM DICO

וָאֹמַ֗ר wā·’ō·mar, then I said GRAM DICO

עַ֠תָּה ‘at·tāh now GRAM DICO

יֵרְד֨וּ yê·rə·ḏū will come down GRAM DICO

פְלִשְׁתִּ֤ים p̄ə·liš·tîm the Philistines GRAM DICO

אֵלַי֙ ’ê·lay on me GRAM DICO

הַגִּלְגָּ֔ל hag·gil·gāl, at Gilgal GRAM DICO

וּפְנֵ֥י ū·p̄ə·nê and to GRAM DICO

לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO

חִלִּ֑יתִי ḥil·lî·ṯî; I have made supplication GRAM DICO

וָֽאֶתְאַפַּ֔ק wā·’eṯ·’ap·paq, therefore I felt compelled GRAM DICO

וָאַעֲלֶ֖ה wā·’a·‘ă·leh and offered GRAM DICO

הָעֹלָֽה׃ hā·‘ō·lāh. a burnt offering GRAM DICO

שָׁמַ֗רְתָּ šā·mar·tā, You have kept GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

מִצְוַ֞ת miṣ·waṯ the commandment GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֤ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā your God GRAM DICO

､

אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO

צִוָּ֔ךְ ṣiw·wāḵ, He commanded you GRAM DICO

כִּ֣י kî for GRAM DICO

עַתָּ֗ה ‘at·tāh, now GRAM DICO

הֵכִ֨ין hê·ḵîn would have established GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֧ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

מַֽמְלַכְתְּךָ֛ mam·laḵ·tə·ḵā your kingdom GRAM DICO

אֶל־ ’el- over GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל yiś·rā·’êl Israel GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- for GRAM DICO

עוֹלָֽם׃ ‘ō·w·lām. ever GRAM DICO

I Samuel 13, 14

וְעַתָּ֖ה wə·‘at·tāh But now GRAM DICO

מַמְלַכְתְּךָ֣ mam·laḵ·tə·ḵā your kingdom GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

תָק֑וּם ṯā·qūm; shall continue GRAM DICO

בִּקֵּשׁ֩ biq·qêš Has sought GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֨ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

ל֜וֹ lōw for Himself GRAM

אִ֣ישׁ ’îš a man GRAM DICO

כִּלְבָב֗וֹ kil·ḇā·ḇōw, after His own heart GRAM DICO

､

וַיְצַוֵּ֨הוּ way·ṣaw·wê·hū and has commanded him GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֤ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

לְנָגִיד֙ lə·nā·ḡîḏ [to be] commander GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- over GRAM DICO

עַמּ֔וֹ ‘am·mōw, His people GRAM DICO

כִּ֚י kî because GRAM DICO

לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO

שָׁמַ֔רְתָּ šā·mar·tā, you have kept GRAM DICO

אֵ֥ת ’êṯ - GRAM DICO

אֲשֶֽׁר־ ’ă·šer- what GRAM DICO

צִוְּךָ֖ ṣiw·wə·ḵā commanded you GRAM DICO

יְהוָֽה׃ Yah·weh. Yahweh GRAM DICO

הַגִּלְגָּ֖ל hag·gil·gāl Gilgal GRAM DICO

גִּבְעַ֣ת giḇ·‘aṯ to Gibeah GRAM DICO

בִּנְיָמִ֑ן bin·yā·min; of Benjamin GRAM DICO

וַיִּפְקֹ֣ד way·yip̄·qōḏ And numbered GRAM DICO

שָׁא֗וּל šā·’ūl, Saul GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

הָעָם֙ hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO

הַנִּמְצְאִ֣ים han·nim·ṣə·’îm present GRAM DICO

עִמּ֔וֹ ‘im·mōw, with him GRAM DICO

כְּשֵׁ֥שׁ kə·šêš about six GRAM DICO

מֵא֖וֹת mê·’ō·wṯ hundred GRAM DICO

אִֽישׁ׃ ’îš. men GRAM DICO
