I Samuel 5, 9

וַיְהִ֞י way·hî So it was GRAM DICO

אַחֲרֵ֣י ׀ ’a·ḥă·rê after GRAM DICO

הֵסַ֣בּוּ hê·sab·bū they had carried away GRAM DICO

אֹת֗וֹ ’ō·ṯōw, it GRAM DICO

וַתְּהִ֨י wat·tə·hî that was GRAM DICO

יַד־ yaḏ- the hand GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֤ה ׀ Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO

בָּעִיר֙ bā·‘îr against the city GRAM DICO

מְהוּמָה֙ mə·hū·māh with a destruction GRAM DICO

–

גְּדוֹלָ֣ה gə·ḏō·w·lāh great GRAM DICO

מְאֹ֔ד mə·’ōḏ, very GRAM DICO

וַיַּךְ֙ way·yaḵ and He struck GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

אַנְשֵׁ֣י ’an·šê the men GRAM DICO

הָעִ֔יר hā·‘îr, of the city GRAM DICO

､

מִקָּטֹ֖ן miq·qā·ṭōn from small GRAM DICO

וְעַד־ wə·‘aḏ- and to GRAM DICO

גָּד֑וֹל gā·ḏō·wl; great GRAM DICO

､

וַיִּשָּׂתְר֥וּ way·yiś·śā·ṯə·rū broke out GRAM DICO

לָהֶ֖ם lā·hem On them GRAM

[עפלים] ‘o·p̄ā·lîm - GRAM

(טְחֹרִֽים׃) ṭə·ḥō·rîm. and tumors GRAM DICO

I Samuel 5, 10

וַֽיְשַׁלְּח֛וּ way·šal·lə·ḥū Therefore they sent GRAM DICO

הָאֱלֹהִים֙ hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm of God GRAM DICO

עֶקְר֔וֹן ‘eq·rō·wn, to Ekron GRAM DICO

וַיִּזְעֲק֨וּ way·yiz·‘ă·qū that cried out GRAM DICO

､

הָֽעֶקְרֹנִ֜ים hā·‘eq·rō·nîm the Ekronites GRAM DICO

לֵאמֹ֗ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO

､

הֵסַ֤בּוּ hê·sab·bū they have brought GRAM DICO

אֵלַי֙ ’ê·lay to us GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

אֲרוֹן֙ ’ă·rō·wn the ark GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהֵ֣י ’ĕ·lō·hê of the God GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO

לַהֲמִיתֵ֖נִי la·hă·mî·ṯê·nî to kill us GRAM DICO

וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO

עַמִּֽי׃ ‘am·mî. our people GRAM DICO

וַיִּשְׁלְח֨וּ way·yiš·lə·ḥū So they sent GRAM DICO

וַיַּאַסְפ֜וּ way·ya·’as·p̄ū and gathered together GRAM DICO

כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO

סַרְנֵ֣י sar·nê the lords GRAM DICO

פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים p̄ə·liš·tîm, of the Philistines GRAM DICO

וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ֙ way·yō·mə·rū and said GRAM DICO

､

שַׁלְּח֞וּ šal·lə·ḥū Send away GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

אֲר֨וֹן ’ă·rō·wn the ark GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהֵ֤י ’ĕ·lō·hê of the God GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO

וְיָשֹׁ֣ב wə·yā·šōḇ and let it go back GRAM DICO

לִמְקֹמ֔וֹ lim·qō·mōw, to its own place GRAM DICO

､

וְלֹֽא־ wə·lō- so that not GRAM DICO

､

יָמִ֥ית yā·mîṯ it does kill GRAM DICO

אֹתִ֖י ’ō·ṯî us GRAM DICO

וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO

עַמִּ֑י ‘am·mî; our people GRAM DICO

כִּֽי־ kî- For GRAM DICO

הָיְתָ֤ה hā·yə·ṯāh there was GRAM DICO

מְהֽוּמַת־ mə·hū·maṯ- a destruction GRAM DICO

מָ֙וֶת֙ mā·weṯ deadly GRAM DICO

בְּכָל־ bə·ḵāl throughout all GRAM DICO

הָעִ֔יר hā·‘îr, the city GRAM DICO

כָּבְדָ֥ה kā·ḇə·ḏāh was heavy GRAM DICO

מְאֹ֛ד mə·’ōḏ very GRAM DICO

יַ֥ד yaḏ the hand GRAM DICO

הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm of God GRAM DICO

שָֽׁם׃ šām. there GRAM DICO

וְהָֽאֲנָשִׁים֙ wə·hā·’ă·nā·šîm And the men GRAM DICO

אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer who GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

מֵ֔תוּ mê·ṯū, did die GRAM DICO

הֻכּ֖וּ huk·kū were stricken GRAM DICO

(בַּטְּחֹרִ֑ים‪‬) baṭ·ṭə·ḥō·rîm; with the tumors GRAM DICO

וַתַּ֛עַל wat·ta·‘al and went up GRAM DICO

שַֽׁוְעַ֥ת šaw·‘aṯ the cry GRAM DICO

הָעִ֖יר hā·‘îr of the city GRAM DICO

הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ haš·šā·mā·yim. to heaven GRAM DICO

חֳדָשִֽׁים׃ ḥo·ḏā·šîm. months GRAM DICO

לַכֹּהֲנִ֤ים lak·kō·hă·nîm for the priests GRAM DICO

וְלַקֹּֽסְמִים֙ wə·laq·qō·sə·mîm and the diviners GRAM DICO

לֵאמֹ֔ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO

､

מַֽה־ mah- what GRAM DICO

נַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה na·‘ă·śeh shall we do GRAM DICO

לַאֲר֣וֹן la·’ă·rō·wn with the ark GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֑ה Yah·weh; of Yahweh GRAM DICO

הוֹדִעֻ֕נוּ hō·w·ḏi·‘u·nū Tell us GRAM DICO

בַּמֶּ֖ה bam·meh by what GRAM DICO

נְשַׁלְּחֶ֥נּוּ nə·šal·lə·ḥen·nū should we send it GRAM DICO

לִמְקוֹמֽוֹ׃ lim·qō·w·mōw. to its place GRAM DICO

I Samuel 6, 3

וַיֹּאמְר֗וּ way·yō·mə·rū, So they said GRAM DICO

אִֽם־ ’im- if GRAM DICO

מְשַׁלְּחִ֞ים mə·šal·lə·ḥîm you send away GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

אֲר֨וֹן ’ă·rō·wn the ark GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהֵ֤י ’ĕ·lō·hê of the God GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO

אַל־ ’al- not GRAM DICO

תְּשַׁלְּח֤וּ tə·šal·lə·ḥū do send GRAM DICO

אֹתוֹ֙ ’ō·ṯōw it GRAM DICO

רֵיקָ֔ם rê·qām, empty GRAM DICO

–

כִּֽי־ kî- but GRAM DICO

הָשֵׁ֥ב hā·šêḇ by all means GRAM DICO

תָּשִׁ֛יבוּ tā·šî·ḇū return [it] GRAM DICO

ל֖וֹ lōw to Him GRAM

אָשָׁ֑ם ’ā·šām; [with] a trespass offering GRAM DICO

–

אָ֤ז ’āz then GRAM DICO

תֵּרָֽפְאוּ֙ tê·rā·p̄ə·’ū you will be healed GRAM DICO

､

וְנוֹדַ֣ע wə·nō·w·ḏa‘ and it will be known GRAM DICO

לָכֶ֔ם lā·ḵem, to you GRAM

לָ֛מָּה lām·māh why GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

תָס֥וּר ṯā·sūr is removed GRAM DICO

יָד֖וֹ yā·ḏōw His hand GRAM DICO

מִכֶּֽם׃ mik·kem. from you GRAM DICO
