וַיִּקְרָ֛א way·yiq·rā And read GRAM DICO
צְפַנְיָ֥ה ṣə·p̄an·yāh Zephaniah GRAM DICO
הַכֹּהֵ֖ן hak·kō·hên the priest GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַסֵּ֣פֶר has·sê·p̄er letter GRAM DICO
הַזֶּ֑ה haz·zeh; this GRAM DICO
בְּאָזְנֵ֖י bə·’ā·zə·nê in the hearing GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- to GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all those in GRAM DICO
הַגּוֹלָה֙ hag·gō·w·lāh captivity GRAM DICO
､
לֵאמֹ֔ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO
､
כֹּ֚ה kōh thus GRAM DICO
אָמַ֣ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- concerning GRAM DICO
שְׁמַעְיָ֖ה šə·ma‘·yāh Shemaiah GRAM DICO
הַנֶּחֱלָמִ֑י han·ne·ḥĕ·lā·mî; the Nehelamite GRAM DICO
–
יַ֡עַן ya·‘an because GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר֩ ’ă·šer that GRAM DICO
נִבָּ֨א nib·bā has prophesied GRAM DICO
לָכֶ֜ם lā·ḵem to you GRAM
שְׁמַעְיָ֗ה šə·ma‘·yāh, Shemaiah GRAM DICO
וַֽאֲנִי֙ wa·’ă·nî and I GRAM DICO
לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO
､
שְׁלַחְתִּ֔יו šə·laḥ·tîw, have sent him GRAM DICO
וַיַּבְטַ֥ח way·yaḇ·ṭaḥ and he has caused to trust GRAM DICO
אֶתְכֶ֖ם ’eṯ·ḵem you GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- in GRAM DICO

כֹּֽה־ kōh- thus GRAM DICO
אָמַ֣ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
הִנְנִ֨י hin·nî behold I GRAM DICO
פֹקֵ֜ד p̄ō·qêḏ will punish GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- upon GRAM DICO
שְׁמַעְיָ֣ה šə·ma‘·yāh Shemaiah GRAM DICO
הַנֶּחֱלָמִי֮ han·ne·ḥĕ·lā·mî the Nehelamite GRAM DICO
､
וְעַל־ wə·‘al- and GRAM DICO
זַרְעוֹ֒ zar·‘ōw his family GRAM DICO
–
לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO
יִהְיֶ֨ה yih·yeh he shall have GRAM DICO
ל֜וֹ lōw to GRAM
אִ֣ישׁ ׀ ’îš anyone GRAM DICO
יוֹשֵׁ֣ב ׀ yō·wō·šêḇ to dwell GRAM DICO
בְּתוֹךְ־ bə·ṯō·wḵ- among GRAM DICO
הָעָ֣ם hā·‘ām people GRAM DICO

הַזֶּ֗ה haz·zeh, this GRAM DICO
וְלֹֽא־ wə·lō- nor GRAM DICO
יִרְאֶ֥ה yir·’eh shall he see GRAM DICO
בַטּ֛וֹב ḇaṭ·ṭō·wḇ the good GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- that GRAM DICO
אֲנִ֥י ’ă·nî I GRAM DICO
עֹשֶֽׂה־ ‘ō·śeh- will do GRAM DICO
לְעַמִּ֖י lə·‘am·mî for My people GRAM DICO
､
נְאֻם־ nə·’um- says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֑ה Yah·weh; Yahweh GRAM DICO
כִּֽי־ kî- because GRAM DICO
סָרָ֥ה sā·rāh rebellion GRAM DICO
דִבֶּ֖ר ḏib·ber he has taught GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- against GRAM DICO
יְהוָֽה׃ Yah·weh. Yahweh GRAM DICO

כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
הַדְּבָרִ֛ים had·də·ḇā·rîm the words GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- that GRAM DICO
דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי dib·bar·tî I have spoken GRAM DICO
אֵלֶ֖יךָ ’ê·le·ḵā to you GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- in GRAM DICO

נְאֻם־ nə·’um- says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO

וְ֠שַׁבְתִּי wə·šaḇ·tî that I will bring back from GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
שְׁב֨וּת šə·ḇūṯ captivity GRAM DICO
עַמִּ֧י ‘am·mî My people GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל yiś·rā·’êl Israel GRAM DICO
וִֽיהוּדָ֖ה wî·hū·ḏāh and Judah GRAM DICO
､
אָמַ֣ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֑ה Yah·weh; Yahweh GRAM DICO
–
וַהֲשִׁבֹתִ֗ים wa·hă·ši·ḇō·ṯîm, and I will cause them to return GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
הָאָ֛רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ the land GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- that GRAM DICO
נָתַ֥תִּי nā·ṯat·tî I gave GRAM DICO
לַאֲבוֹתָ֖ם la·’ă·ḇō·w·ṯām to their fathers GRAM DICO
､
וִֽירֵשֽׁוּהָ׃ wî·rê·šū·hā. and they shall possess it GRAM DICO
