וַיְצַוֶּ֞ה way·ṣaw·weh And commanded GRAM DICO
הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO
צִדְקִיָּ֗הוּ ṣiḏ·qî·yā·hū, Zedekiah GRAM DICO
וַיַּפְקִ֣דוּ way·yap̄·qi·ḏū that they should commit GRAM DICO
אֶֽת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
יִרְמְיָהוּ֮ yir·mə·yā·hū Jeremiah GRAM DICO
בַּחֲצַ֣ר ba·ḥă·ṣar to the court GRAM DICO
הַמַּטָּרָה֒ ham·maṭ·ṭā·rāh of the prison GRAM DICO
､
וְנָתֹן֩ wə·nā·ṯōn that they should give GRAM DICO
ל֨וֹ lōw him GRAM
כִכַּר־ ḵik·kar- a piece GRAM DICO
לֶ֤חֶם le·ḥem of bread GRAM DICO
לַיּוֹם֙ lay·yō·wm daily GRAM DICO
מִח֣וּץ mi·ḥūṣ from street GRAM DICO
､
הָאֹפִ֔ים hā·’ō·p̄îm, the bakers' GRAM DICO
עַד־ ‘aḏ- until GRAM DICO
תֹּ֥ם tōm was gone GRAM DICO
.
כָּל־ kāl- All GRAM DICO
הַלֶּ֖חֶם hal·le·ḥem the bread GRAM DICO
מִן־ min- in GRAM DICO
､
הָעִ֑יר hā·‘îr; the city GRAM DICO
וַיֵּ֣שֶׁב way·yê·šeḇ thus remained GRAM DICO
יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ yir·mə·yā·hū, Jeremiah GRAM DICO
בַּחֲצַ֖ר ba·ḥă·ṣar in the court GRAM DICO
הַמַּטָּרָֽה׃ ham·maṭ·ṭā·rāh. of the prison GRAM DICO

בֶן־ ḇen- son GRAM DICO
מַתָּ֗ן mat·tān, of Mattan GRAM DICO
､
וּגְדַלְיָ֙הוּ֙ ū·ḡə·ḏal·yā·hū and Gedaliah GRAM DICO
בֶּן־ ben- son GRAM DICO
פַּשְׁח֔וּר paš·ḥūr, of Pashhur GRAM DICO
､
וְיוּכַל֙ wə·yū·ḵal and Jehucal GRAM DICO
בֶּן־ ben- son GRAM DICO
שֶׁ֣לֶמְיָ֔הוּ še·lem·yā·hū, of Shelemiah GRAM DICO
､
וּפַשְׁח֖וּר ū·p̄aš·ḥūr and Pashhur GRAM DICO
בֶּן־ ben- son GRAM DICO
מַלְכִּיָּ֑ה mal·kî·yāh; of Malchijah GRAM DICO
､
אֶ֨ת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַדְּבָרִ֔ים had·də·ḇā·rîm, the words GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֧ר ’ă·šer that GRAM DICO
יִרְמְיָ֛הוּ yir·mə·yā·hū Jeremiah GRAM DICO
מְדַבֵּ֥ר mə·ḏab·bêr had spoken GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
הָעָ֖ם hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO
､
לֵאמֹֽר׃ lê·mōr. saying GRAM DICO

כֹּה֮ kōh thus GRAM DICO
אָמַ֣ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָה֒ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
הַיֹּשֵׁב֙ hay·yō·šêḇ He who remains GRAM DICO
בָּעִ֣יר bā·‘îr in city GRAM DICO
הַזֹּ֔את haz·zōṯ, this GRAM DICO
יָמ֕וּת yā·mūṯ shall die GRAM DICO
בַּחֶ֖רֶב ba·ḥe·reḇ by the sword GRAM DICO
､
בָּרָעָ֣ב bā·rā·‘āḇ by famine GRAM DICO
､
וּבַדָּ֑בֶר ū·ḇad·dā·ḇer; and by pestilence GRAM DICO
､
וְהַיֹּצֵ֤א wə·hay·yō·ṣê but he who goes over GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
הַכַּשְׂדִּים֙ hak·kaś·dîm the Chaldeans GRAM DICO
[יחיה] yiḥ·yeh  -  GRAM
(וְחָיָ֔ה) wə·ḥā·yāh, shall live GRAM DICO
–
וְהָיְתָה־ wə·hā·yə·ṯāh- and shall be GRAM DICO
לּ֥וֹ lōw to him GRAM
נַפְשׁ֛וֹ nap̄·šōw his life GRAM DICO
לְשָׁלָ֖ל lə·šā·lāl as a prize GRAM DICO
､
וָחָֽי׃ wā·ḥāy. and he shall live GRAM DICO

תִּנָּתֵ֜ן tin·nā·ṯên shall be given GRAM DICO
הָעִ֣יר hā·‘îr city GRAM DICO
הַזֹּ֗את haz·zōṯ, this GRAM DICO
בְּיַ֛ד bə·yaḏ into the hand GRAM DICO
חֵ֥יל ḥêl of army GRAM DICO
､
מֶֽלֶךְ־ me·leḵ- the king GRAM DICO
בָּבֶ֖ל bā·ḇel of Babylon GRAM DICO
וּלְכָדָֽהּ׃ ū·lə·ḵā·ḏāh. and which shall take it GRAM DICO

וַיֹּאמְר֨וּ way·yō·mə·rū Therefore said GRAM DICO
הַשָּׂרִ֜ים haś·śā·rîm the princes GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ, the king GRAM DICO
､
י֣וּמַת yū·maṯ let be put to death GRAM DICO
–
נָא֮ nā please GRAM DICO
､
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הָאִ֣ישׁ hā·’îš man GRAM DICO
הַזֶּה֒ haz·zeh this GRAM DICO
כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- thus GRAM DICO
כֵּ֡ן kên he GRAM DICO
הֽוּא־ hū- weakens GRAM DICO
מְרַפֵּ֡א mə·rap·pê as he is discouraging GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ- the hands GRAM DICO
יְדֵי֩ yə·ḏê of men GRAM DICO
אַנְשֵׁ֨י ’an·šê of the war GRAM DICO
הַמִּלְחָמָ֜ה ham·mil·ḥā·māh who remain GRAM DICO
הַֽנִּשְׁאָרִ֣ים ׀ han·niš·’ā·rîm in city GRAM DICO
בָּעִ֣יר bā·‘îr this GRAM DICO
､
הַזֹּ֗את haz·zōṯ, and GRAM DICO
וְאֵת֙ wə·’êṯ the hands GRAM DICO
יְדֵ֣י yə·ḏê of all GRAM DICO
כָל־ ḵāl the people GRAM DICO
הָעָ֔ם hā·‘ām, by speaking GRAM DICO
､
לְדַבֵּ֣ר lə·ḏab·bêr to them GRAM DICO
אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם ’ă·lê·hem, words GRAM DICO
כַּדְּבָרִ֖ים kad·də·ḇā·rîm these GRAM DICO
הָאֵ֑לֶּה hā·’êl·leh; for GRAM DICO
כִּ֣י ׀ kî man GRAM DICO
הָאִ֣ישׁ hā·’îš this GRAM DICO
הַזֶּ֗ה haz·zeh, not GRAM DICO
אֵינֶ֨נּוּ ’ê·nen·nū does seek GRAM DICO
דֹרֵ֧שׁ ḏō·rêš the welfare GRAM DICO
לְשָׁל֛וֹם lə·šā·lō·wm of people GRAM DICO
לָעָ֥ם lā·‘ām this GRAM DICO
､
הַזֶּ֖ה haz·zeh of this GRAM DICO
כִּ֥י kî but GRAM DICO
אִם־ ’im-  -  GRAM DICO
לְרָעָֽה׃ lə·rā·‘āh. their harm GRAM DICO
