וְאַ֣נְתְּ wə·’ant And you GRAM DICO
､
עֶזְרָ֗א ‘ez·rā, Ezra GRAM DICO
､
כְּחָכְמַ֨ת kə·ḥā·ḵə·maṯ according to wisdom GRAM DICO
אֱלָהָ֤ךְ ’ĕ·lā·hāḵ your God-given GRAM DICO
､
דִּֽי־ dî- that GRAM DICO
בִידָךְ֙ ḇî·ḏāḵ in your hand GRAM DICO
､
מֶ֣נִּי men·nî set GRAM DICO
שָׁפְטִ֞ין šā·p̄ə·ṭîn magistrates GRAM DICO
וְדַיָּנִ֗ין wə·ḏay·yā·nîn, and judges GRAM DICO
､
דִּי־ dî- who GRAM DICO
לֶהֱוֺ֤ן le·hĕ·wōn may GRAM DICO
[דאנין] dā·’ă·nîn  -  GRAM
(דָּאיְנִין֙) dā·yə·nîn judge GRAM DICO
לְכָל־ lə·ḵāl all GRAM DICO
עַמָּה֙ ‘am·māh people the GRAM DICO
דִּ֚י dî who [are] GRAM DICO
בַּעֲבַ֣ר ba·‘ă·ḇar [in the region] beyond GRAM DICO
נַהֲרָ֔ה na·hă·rāh, River the GRAM DICO
､
לְכָל־ lə·ḵāl all GRAM DICO
יָדְעֵ֖י yā·ḏə·‘ê such as know GRAM DICO
דָּתֵ֣י dā·ṯê the laws GRAM DICO
אֱלָהָ֑ךְ ’ĕ·lā·hāḵ; of your God GRAM DICO
–
וְדִ֧י wə·ḏî and who GRAM DICO
לָ֦א lā not GRAM DICO
יָדַ֖ע yā·ḏa‘ do know [them] GRAM DICO
תְּהוֹדְעֽוּן׃ tə·hō·wḏ·‘ūn. teach those GRAM DICO

עָבֵ֜ד ‘ā·ḇêḏ observe GRAM DICO
דָּתָ֣א dā·ṯā law the GRAM DICO

אֱלָהָ֗ךְ ’ĕ·lā·hāḵ, your God GRAM DICO

וְדָתָא֙ wə·ḏā·ṯā and law the GRAM DICO

מַלְכָּ֔א mal·kā, king the GRAM DICO
､
אָסְפַּ֕רְנָא ’ā·sə·par·nā diligently GRAM DICO
דִּינָ֕ה dî·nāh judgment GRAM DICO
לֶהֱוֵ֥א le·hĕ·wê let be GRAM DICO
מִתְעֲבֵ֖ד miṯ·‘ă·ḇêḏ executed GRAM DICO
מִנֵּ֑הּ min·nêh; on him GRAM DICO
הֵ֤ן hên whether [it be] GRAM DICO
לְמוֹת֙ lə·mō·wṯ death GRAM DICO

הֵ֣ן hên or GRAM DICO
[לשרשו] liš·rō·šū  -  GRAM
(לִשְׁרֹשִׁ֔י) liš·rō·šî, or banishment GRAM DICO
､
הֵן־ hên- or GRAM DICO
לַעֲנָ֥שׁ la·‘ă·nāš or confiscation GRAM DICO
נִכְסִ֖ין niḵ·sîn of goods GRAM DICO
､
וְלֶאֱסוּרִֽין׃ wə·le·’ĕ·sū·rîn. or bonds GRAM DICO

בָּר֥וּךְ bā·rūḵ Blessed [be] GRAM DICO

אֲבוֹתֵ֑ינוּ ’ă·ḇō·w·ṯê·nū; of our fathers GRAM DICO

אֲשֶׁ֨ר ’ă·šer who GRAM DICO
נָתַ֤ן nā·ṯan has put GRAM DICO
כָּזֹאת֙ kā·zōṯ [such a thing] as this GRAM DICO
בְּלֵ֣ב bə·lêḇ in heart GRAM DICO

הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ, of the king GRAM DICO
לְפָאֵ֕ר lə·p̄ā·’êr to beautify GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
בֵּ֥ית bêṯ the house GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer which [is] GRAM DICO
בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ bî·rū·šā·lim. in Jerusalem GRAM DICO

וְעָלַ֣י wə·‘ā·lay and to me GRAM DICO
הִטָּה־ hiṭ·ṭāh- has extended GRAM DICO
חֶ֗סֶד ḥe·seḏ, mercy GRAM DICO
לִפְנֵ֤י lip̄·nê before GRAM DICO
הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ ham·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO
､
וְיֽוֹעֲצָ֔יו wə·yō·w·‘ă·ṣāw, and his counselors GRAM DICO
､
וּלְכָל־ ū·lə·ḵāl- and before all GRAM DICO
שָׂרֵ֥י śā·rê princes GRAM DICO
.
הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ Of the king GRAM DICO
הַגִּבֹּרִ֑ים hag·gib·bō·rîm; mighty GRAM DICO
וַאֲנִ֣י wa·’ă·nî so I GRAM DICO
הִתְחַזַּ֗קְתִּי hiṯ·ḥaz·zaq·tî, was encouraged GRAM DICO
כְּיַד־ kə·yaḏ- as the hand GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֤ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהַי֙ ’ĕ·lō·hay my God GRAM DICO
עָלַ֔י ‘ā·lay, [was] upon me GRAM DICO
וָאֶקְבְּצָ֧ה wā·’eq·bə·ṣāh and I gathered GRAM DICO
מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֛ל mî·yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO
רָאשִׁ֖ים rā·šîm leading men GRAM DICO
לַעֲל֥וֹת la·‘ă·lō·wṯ to go up GRAM DICO
עִמִּֽי׃ ‘im·mî. with me GRAM DICO

､
וְהִתְיַחְשָׂ֑ם wə·hiṯ·yaḥ·śām; and [this is] the genealogy of those GRAM DICO
הָעֹלִ֣ים hā·‘ō·lîm who went up GRAM DICO
עִמִּ֗י ‘im·mî, with me GRAM DICO
בְּמַלְכ֛וּת bə·mal·ḵūṯ in the reign GRAM DICO
אַרְתַּחְשַׁ֥סְתְּא ’ar·taḥ·šast of Artaxerxes GRAM DICO
הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ King GRAM DICO
מִבָּבֶֽל׃ mib·bā·ḇel. from Babylon GRAM DICO
