וַיַּסֵּ֤ב way·yas·sêḇ And turned around GRAM DICO

הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ ham·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO

פָּנָ֔יו pā·nāw, his face GRAM DICO

אָבִ֑י ’ā·ḇî; my father GRAM DICO

וּבְיָדָ֥יו ū·ḇə·yā·ḏāw and with His hands GRAM DICO

מִלֵּ֖א mil·lê who has fulfilled GRAM DICO

לֵאמֹֽר׃ lê·mōr. saying GRAM DICO

בָחַ֣רְתִּֽי ḇā·ḥar·tî I have chosen GRAM DICO

בְעִ֗יר ḇə·‘îr, city GRAM DICO

מִכֹּל֙ mik·kōl from any GRAM DICO

שִׁבְטֵ֣י šiḇ·ṭê tribe GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO

לִבְנ֣וֹת liḇ·nō·wṯ [in which] to build GRAM DICO

בַּ֔יִת ba·yiṯ, a house GRAM DICO

לִהְי֥וֹת lih·yō·wṯ that might be GRAM DICO

שְׁמִ֖י šə·mî My name GRAM DICO

שָׁ֑ם šām; there GRAM DICO

וְלֹא־ wə·lō- nor GRAM DICO

בָחַ֣רְתִּֽי ḇā·ḥar·tî did I choose GRAM DICO

בְאִ֔ישׁ ḇə·’îš, any man GRAM DICO

לִהְי֥וֹת lih·yō·wṯ to be GRAM DICO

נָגִ֖יד nā·ḡîḏ a ruler GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- over GRAM DICO

עַמִּ֥י ‘am·mî My people GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO

כַּאֲשֶׁר֙ ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO

דִּבֶּ֣ר dib·ber promised GRAM DICO

､

יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO

וָאֶבְנֶ֣ה wā·’eḇ·neh and I have built GRAM DICO

הַבַּ֔יִת hab·ba·yiṯ, the temple GRAM DICO

לְשֵׁ֥ם lə·šêm for the name GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
