II Rois 2, 17
וַיִּפְצְרוּ־ way·yip̄·ṣə·rū- But when they urged GRAM DICO
ב֥וֹ ḇōw him GRAM
עַד־ ‘aḏ- till GRAM DICO
בֹּ֖שׁ bōš he was ashamed GRAM DICO
､
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר way·yō·mer and he said GRAM DICO
､
שְׁלָ֑חוּ šə·lā·ḥū; Send [them] GRAM DICO
.
וַֽיִּשְׁלְחוּ֙ way·yiš·lə·ḥū Therefore they sent GRAM DICO
חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים ḥă·miš·šîm fifty GRAM DICO
אִ֔ישׁ ’îš, men GRAM DICO
–
וַיְבַקְשׁ֥וּ way·ḇaq·šū and they searched for GRAM DICO
שְׁלֹשָֽׁה־ šə·lō·šāh- three GRAM DICO
יָמִ֖ים yā·mîm days GRAM DICO
､
וְלֹ֥א wə·lō but not GRAM DICO
מְצָאֻֽהוּ׃ mə·ṣā·’u·hū. did find him GRAM DICO

II Rois 2, 18
וַיָּשֻׁ֣בוּ way·yā·šu·ḇū And when they came back GRAM DICO
אֵלָ֔יו ’ê·lāw, to him GRAM DICO
וְה֖וּא wə·hū for he GRAM DICO
יֹשֵׁ֣ב yō·šêḇ had stayed GRAM DICO
בִּירִיח֑וֹ bî·rî·ḥōw; in Jericho GRAM DICO
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר way·yō·mer and he said GRAM DICO
אֲלֵהֶ֔ם ’ă·lê·hem, to them GRAM DICO
הֲלֽוֹא־ hă·lō·w- did not GRAM DICO
אָמַ֥רְתִּי ’ā·mar·tî I say GRAM DICO
אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם ’ă·lê·ḵem to you GRAM DICO
אַל־ ’al- not GRAM DICO
תֵּלֵֽכוּ׃ tê·lê·ḵū. do go GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֨אמְר֜וּ way·yō·mə·rū and said GRAM DICO
אַנְשֵׁ֤י ’an·šê the men GRAM DICO
הָעִיר֙ hā·‘îr of the city GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
אֱלִישָׁ֔ע ’ĕ·lî·šā‘, Elisha GRAM DICO
､
הִנֵּה־ hin·nêh- notice GRAM DICO
､
נָ֞א nā please GRAM DICO
､
מוֹשַׁ֤ב mō·wō·šaḇ the situation GRAM DICO
הָעִיר֙ hā·‘îr of this city GRAM DICO
ט֔וֹב ṭō·wḇ, [is] pleasant GRAM DICO
､
כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנִ֖י ’ă·ḏō·nî my lord GRAM DICO
רֹאֶ֑ה rō·’eh; sees GRAM DICO
–
וְהַמַּ֥יִם wə·ham·ma·yim but the water GRAM DICO
רָעִ֖ים rā·‘îm [is] bad GRAM DICO
､
וְהָאָ֥רֶץ wə·hā·’ā·reṣ and the ground GRAM DICO
מְשַׁכָּֽלֶת׃ mə·šak·kā·leṯ. barren GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר way·yō·mer, And he said GRAM DICO
､
קְחוּ־ qə·ḥū- bring GRAM DICO
לִי֙ lî me GRAM
צְלֹחִ֣ית ṣə·lō·ḥîṯ a bowl GRAM DICO
､
חֲדָשָׁ֔ה ḥă·ḏā·šāh, new GRAM DICO
וְשִׂ֥ימוּ wə·śî·mū and put GRAM DICO
שָׁ֖ם šām in it GRAM DICO
.
מֶ֑לַח me·laḥ; Salt GRAM DICO
וַיִּקְח֖וּ way·yiq·ḥū so they brought [it] GRAM DICO
אֵלָֽיו׃ ’ê·lāw. to him GRAM DICO

וַיֵּצֵא֙ way·yê·ṣê And he went out GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
מוֹצָ֣א mō·w·ṣā the source GRAM DICO
הַמַּ֔יִם ham·ma·yim, of the water GRAM DICO
､
וַיַּשְׁלֶךְ־ way·yaš·leḵ- and cast GRAM DICO
שָׁ֖ם šām in there GRAM DICO
､
מֶ֑לַח me·laḥ; the salt GRAM DICO
וַיֹּ֜אמֶר way·yō·mer and said GRAM DICO
､
כֹּֽה־ kōh- thus GRAM DICO
אָמַ֣ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
רִפִּ֙אתִי֙ rip·pi·ṯî I have healed GRAM DICO
לַמַּ֣יִם lam·ma·yim waters GRAM DICO
–
הָאֵ֔לֶּה hā·’êl·leh, these GRAM DICO
לֹֽא־ lō- no GRAM DICO
יִהְיֶ֥ה yih·yeh there shall be GRAM DICO
מִשָּׁ֛ם miš·šām from it GRAM DICO
ע֖וֹד ‘ō·wḏ more GRAM DICO
מָ֥וֶת mā·weṯ death GRAM DICO
וּמְשַׁכָּֽלֶת׃ ū·mə·šak·kā·leṯ. or barrenness GRAM DICO

הַמַּ֔יִם ham·ma·yim, the water GRAM DICO
עַ֖ד ‘aḏ to GRAM DICO
הַיּ֣וֹם hay·yō·wm day GRAM DICO
､
הַזֶּ֑ה haz·zeh; this GRAM DICO
כִּדְבַ֥ר kiḏ·ḇar according to the word GRAM DICO
אֱלִישָׁ֖ע ’ĕ·lî·šā‘ of Elisha GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
דִּבֵּֽר׃ dib·bêr. he spoke GRAM DICO

–
וְה֣וּא ׀ wə·hū and as he GRAM DICO
עֹלֶ֣ה ‘ō·leh was going up GRAM DICO
בַדֶּ֗רֶךְ ḇad·de·reḵ, the road GRAM DICO
､
וּנְעָרִ֤ים ū·nə·‘ā·rîm and some youths GRAM DICO
קְטַנִּים֙ qə·ṭan·nîm little GRAM DICO
יָצְא֣וּ yā·ṣə·’ū came GRAM DICO
מִן־ min- from GRAM DICO
הָעִ֔יר hā·‘îr, the city GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּתְקַלְּסוּ־ way·yiṯ·qal·lə·sū- and mocked GRAM DICO
בוֹ֙ ḇōw him GRAM
וַיֹּ֣אמְרוּ way·yō·mə·rū and said GRAM DICO
ל֔וֹ lōw, to him GRAM
עֲלֵ֥ה ‘ă·lêh go up GRAM DICO
､
קֵרֵ֖חַ qê·rê·aḥ you baldhead GRAM DICO
–
עֲלֵ֥ה ‘ă·lêh go up GRAM DICO
､
קֵרֵֽחַ׃ qê·rê·aḥ. you baldhead GRAM DICO

וַיִּ֤פֶן way·yi·p̄en So he turned GRAM DICO
אַֽחֲרָיו֙ ’a·ḥă·rāw around GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּרְאֵ֔ם way·yir·’êm, and looked at them GRAM DICO
וַֽיְקַלְלֵ֖ם way·qal·lêm and pronounced a curse on them GRAM DICO
בְּשֵׁ֣ם bə·šêm in the name GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֑ה Yah·weh; of Yahweh GRAM DICO
.
וַתֵּצֶ֨אנָה wat·tê·ṣe·nāh And came GRAM DICO
שְׁתַּ֤יִם šə·ta·yim two GRAM DICO
דֻּבִּים֙ dub·bîm female bears GRAM DICO
מִן־ min- out GRAM DICO
הַיַּ֔עַר hay·ya·‘ar, of the woods GRAM DICO
､
וַתְּבַקַּ֣עְנָה wat·tə·ḇaq·qa‘·nāh and mauled GRAM DICO
מֵהֶ֔ם mê·hem, of GRAM DICO
אַרְבָּעִ֥ים ’ar·bā·‘îm forty GRAM DICO
וּשְׁנֵ֖י ū·šə·nê and two GRAM DICO
יְלָדִֽים׃ yə·lā·ḏîm. the youths GRAM DICO
