וַיֹּ֤אמֶר way·yō·mer And said GRAM DICO
יְהוָה֙ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשֻׁ֔עַ yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘, Joshua GRAM DICO
､
הַיּ֗וֹם hay·yō·wm, this day GRAM DICO
גַּלּ֛וֹתִי gal·lō·w·ṯî I have rolled away GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
חֶרְפַּ֥ת ḥer·paṯ the reproach GRAM DICO
מִצְרַ֖יִם miṣ·ra·yim of Egypt GRAM DICO
מֵעֲלֵיכֶ֑ם mê·‘ă·lê·ḵem; from you GRAM DICO
וַיִּקְרָ֞א way·yiq·rā therefore is called GRAM DICO
שֵׁ֣ם šêm the name GRAM DICO
הַמָּק֤וֹם ham·mā·qō·wm of place GRAM DICO
הַהוּא֙ ha·hū that GRAM DICO
גִּלְגָּ֔ל gil·gāl, Gilgal GRAM DICO
עַ֖ד ‘aḏ to GRAM DICO
הַיּ֥וֹם hay·yō·wm day GRAM DICO
הַזֶּֽה׃ haz·zeh. this GRAM DICO

וַיַּחֲנ֥וּ way·ya·ḥă·nū And camped GRAM DICO
בְנֵֽי־ ḇə·nê- the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO
בַּגִּלְגָּ֑ל bag·gil·gāl; in Gilgal GRAM DICO
､
וַיַּעֲשׂ֣וּ way·ya·‘ă·śū and kept GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַפֶּ֡סַח hap·pe·saḥ the Passover GRAM DICO
בְּאַרְבָּעָה֩ bə·’ar·bā·‘āh on four GRAM DICO
עָשָׂ֨ר ‘ā·śār and ten GRAM DICO
י֥וֹם yō·wm day GRAM DICO
לַחֹ֛דֶשׁ la·ḥō·ḏeš of the month GRAM DICO
בָּעֶ֖רֶב bā·‘e·reḇ at twilight GRAM DICO
בְּעַֽרְב֥וֹת bə·‘ar·ḇō·wṯ on the plains GRAM DICO
יְרִיחֽוֹ׃ yə·rî·ḥōw. of Jericho GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֨אכְל֜וּ way·yō·ḵə·lū And they ate GRAM DICO
מֵעֲב֥וּר mê·‘ă·ḇūr of the produce GRAM DICO
הָאָ֛רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ of the land GRAM DICO
מִמָּֽחֳרַ֥ת mim·mā·ḥo·raṯ on the day after GRAM DICO
הַפֶּ֖סַח hap·pe·saḥ the Passover GRAM DICO
､
מַצּ֣וֹת maṣ·ṣō·wṯ unleavened bread GRAM DICO
､
וְקָל֑וּי wə·qā·lui; and parched grain GRAM DICO
בְּעֶ֖צֶם bə·‘e·ṣem on very same GRAM DICO
הַיּ֥וֹם hay·yō·wm day GRAM DICO
הַזֶּֽה׃ haz·zeh. this GRAM DICO

וַיִּשְׁבֹּ֨ת way·yiš·bōṯ And ceased GRAM DICO
הַמָּ֜ן ham·mān the manna GRAM DICO
מִֽמָּחֳרָ֗ת mim·mā·ḥo·rāṯ, on the day GRAM DICO
בְּאָכְלָם֙ bə·’ā·ḵə·lām after they had eaten GRAM DICO
מֵעֲב֣וּר mê·‘ă·ḇūr the produce GRAM DICO
הָאָ֔רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ, of the land GRAM DICO
–
וְלֹא־ wə·lō- and no GRAM DICO
הָ֥יָה hā·yāh had GRAM DICO
ע֛וֹד ‘ō·wḏ longer GRAM DICO
–
לִבְנֵ֥י liḇ·nê the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO
מָ֑ן mān; manna GRAM DICO
וַיֹּאכְל֗וּ way·yō·ḵə·lū, but they ate GRAM DICO
מִתְּבוּאַת֙ mit·tə·ḇū·’aṯ the food GRAM DICO
אֶ֣רֶץ ’e·reṣ of the land GRAM DICO
כְּנַ֔עַן kə·na·‘an, of Canaan GRAM DICO
בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה baš·šā·nāh year GRAM DICO
הַהִֽיא׃ ha·hî. that GRAM DICO

וַיְהִ֗י way·hî, And it came to pass GRAM DICO

בִּֽהְי֣וֹת bih·yō·wṯ when was GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשֻׁעַ֮ yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘ Joshua GRAM DICO
בִּירִיחוֹ֒ bî·rî·ḥōw by Jericho GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּשָּׂ֤א way·yiś·śā that he lifted GRAM DICO
עֵינָיו֙ ‘ê·nāw his eyes GRAM DICO
וַיַּ֔רְא way·yar, and looked GRAM DICO
､
וְהִנֵּה־ wə·hin·nêh- and behold GRAM DICO
､
אִישׁ֙ ’îš a Man GRAM DICO
עֹמֵ֣ד ‘ō·mêḏ stood GRAM DICO
לְנֶגְדּ֔וֹ lə·neḡ·dōw, to opposite him GRAM DICO
וְחַרְבּ֥וֹ wə·ḥar·bōw and with His sword GRAM DICO
שְׁלוּפָ֖ה šə·lū·p̄āh drawn GRAM DICO
בְּיָד֑וֹ bə·yā·ḏōw; in His hand GRAM DICO
､
וַיֵּ֨לֶךְ way·yê·leḵ and went GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשֻׁ֤עַ yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘ Joshua GRAM DICO
אֵלָיו֙ ’ê·lāw Him GRAM DICO
､
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר way·yō·mer and said GRAM DICO
ל֔וֹ lōw, to Him GRAM
הֲלָ֥נוּ hă·lā·nū [Are] for us GRAM
אַתָּ֖ה ’at·tāh You GRAM DICO
אִם־ ’im- or GRAM DICO
לְצָרֵֽינוּ׃ lə·ṣā·rê·nū. for our adversaries GRAM DICO

Josué 5, 14
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ׀ way·yō·mer so He said GRAM DICO
､
לֹ֗א lō, No GRAM DICO
–
כִּ֛י kî but [as] GRAM DICO
אֲנִ֥י ’ă·nî I GRAM DICO
שַׂר־ śar- Commander GRAM DICO
צְבָֽא־ ṣə·ḇā- of the army GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
עַתָּ֣ה ‘at·tāh now GRAM DICO
בָ֑אתִי ḇā·ṯî; have come GRAM DICO
.
וַיִּפֹּל֩ way·yip·pōl And fell GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשֻׁ֨עַ yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘ Joshua GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- on GRAM DICO
פָּנָ֥יו pā·nāw his face GRAM DICO
אַ֙רְצָה֙ ’ar·ṣāh to the earth GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּשְׁתָּ֔חוּ way·yiš·tā·ḥū, and worshiped GRAM DICO
､
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר way·yō·mer and said GRAM DICO
ל֔וֹ lōw, to Him GRAM
מָ֥ה māh what GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנִ֖י ’ă·ḏō·nî my Lord GRAM DICO
מְדַבֵּ֥ר mə·ḏab·bêr does say GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
עַבְדּֽוֹ׃ ‘aḇ·dōw. His servant GRAM DICO

וַיֹּאמֶר֩ way·yō·mer and said GRAM DICO
שַׂר־ śar- the Commander GRAM DICO
צְבָ֨א ṣə·ḇā of army GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֜ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשֻׁ֗עַ yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘, Joshua GRAM DICO
､
שַׁל־ šal- take GRAM DICO
נַֽעַלְךָ֙ na·‘al·ḵā your sandal GRAM DICO
מֵעַ֣ל mê·‘al off GRAM DICO
רַגְלֶ֔ךָ raḡ·le·ḵā, your foot GRAM DICO
–
כִּ֣י kî for GRAM DICO
הַמָּק֗וֹם ham·mā·qō·wm, the place GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer where GRAM DICO
אַתָּ֛ה ’at·tāh you GRAM DICO
עֹמֵ֥ד ‘ō·mêḏ stand GRAM DICO
עָלָ֖יו ‘ā·lāw on that GRAM DICO
קֹ֣דֶשׁ qō·ḏeš holy GRAM DICO
.
ה֑וּא hū; Is GRAM DICO
וַיַּ֥עַשׂ way·ya·‘aś and did GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ yə·hō·wō·šu·a‘ Joshua GRAM DICO
כֵּֽן׃ kên. so GRAM DICO
