Psaume 40, 4

אַ֥שְֽׁרֵי ’aš·rê Blessed [is] GRAM DICO

הַגֶּ֗בֶר hag·ge·ḇer, that man GRAM DICO

אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- who GRAM DICO

שָׂ֣ם śām makes GRAM DICO

יְ֭הֹוָה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

מִבְטַח֑וֹ miḇ·ṭa·ḥōw; his trust GRAM DICO

､

וְֽלֹא־ wə·lō- and not GRAM DICO

פָנָ֥ה p̄ā·nāh does respect GRAM DICO

אֶל־ ’el- unto GRAM DICO

רְ֝הָבִ֗ים rə·hā·ḇîm, the proud GRAM DICO

､

וְשָׂטֵ֥י wə·śā·ṭê nor such as turn aside GRAM DICO

כָזָֽב׃ ḵā·zāḇ. to lies GRAM DICO

Psaume 40, 5

רַבּ֤וֹת rab·bō·wṯ Many [are] GRAM DICO

､

עָשִׂ֨יתָ ׀ ‘ā·śî·ṯā which have done GRAM DICO

､

אַתָּ֤ה ׀ ’at·tāh You GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֣ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהַי֮ ’ĕ·lō·hay my God GRAM DICO

､

נִֽפְלְאֹתֶ֥יךָ nip̄·lə·’ō·ṯe·ḵā Your wonderful works GRAM DICO

וּמַחְשְׁבֹתֶ֗יךָ ū·maḥ·šə·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā, and Your thoughts GRAM DICO

אֵ֫לֵ֥ינוּ ’ê·lê·nū toward us GRAM DICO

אֵ֤ין ׀ ’ên [Can] not GRAM DICO

עֲרֹ֬ךְ ‘ă·rōḵ be recounted in order GRAM DICO

אֵלֶ֗יךָ ’ê·le·ḵā, to You GRAM DICO

–

אַגִּ֥ידָה ’ag·gî·ḏāh [If] I would declare GRAM DICO

וַאֲדַבֵּ֑רָה wa·’ă·ḏab·bê·rāh; and speak [of them] GRAM DICO

עָ֝צְמ֗וּ ‘ā·ṣə·mū, they are more GRAM DICO

מִסַּפֵּֽר׃ mis·sap·pêr. than can be numbered GRAM DICO

זֶ֤בַח ze·ḇaḥ Sacrifice GRAM DICO

וּמִנְחָ֨ה ׀ ū·min·ḥāh and offering GRAM DICO

לֹֽא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

חָפַ֗צְתָּ ḥā·p̄aṣ·tā, You did desire GRAM DICO

–

אָ֭זְנַיִם ’ā·zə·na·yim My ears GRAM DICO

כָּרִ֣יתָ kā·rî·ṯā You have opened GRAM DICO

–

לִּ֑י lî; to GRAM

עוֹלָ֥ה ‘ō·w·lāh Burnt offering GRAM DICO

וַ֝חֲטָאָ֗ה wa·ḥă·ṭā·’āh, and sin offering GRAM DICO

לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO

שָׁאָֽלְתָּ׃ šā·’ā·lə·tā. You did require GRAM DICO

אָ֣ז ’āz Then GRAM DICO

אָ֭מַרְתִּי ’ā·mar·tî I said GRAM DICO

הִנֵּה־ hin·nêh- behold GRAM DICO

בָ֑אתִי ḇā·ṯî; I come GRAM DICO

–

בִּמְגִלַּת־ bim·ḡil·laṯ- in the scroll GRAM DICO

סֵ֝֗פֶר sê·p̄er, of the book GRAM DICO

כָּת֥וּב kā·ṯūḇ [it is] written GRAM DICO

עָלָֽי׃ ‘ā·lāy. of me GRAM DICO

לַֽעֲשֽׂוֹת־ la·‘ă·śō·wṯ- To do GRAM DICO

רְצוֹנְךָ֣ rə·ṣō·wn·ḵā Your will GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהַ֣י ’ĕ·lō·hay my God GRAM DICO

–

חָפָ֑צְתִּי ḥā·p̄ā·ṣə·tî; I delight GRAM DICO

וְ֝ת֥וֹרָתְךָ֗ wə·ṯō·w·rā·ṯə·ḵā, and Your law [is] GRAM DICO

בְּת֣וֹךְ bə·ṯō·wḵ within GRAM DICO

מֵעָֽי׃ mê·‘āy. my heart GRAM DICO

Psaume 40, 9

בִּשַּׂ֤רְתִּי biś·śar·tî I have proclaimed the good news GRAM DICO

צֶ֨דֶק ׀ ṣe·ḏeq of righteousness GRAM DICO

בְּקָ֘הָ֤ל bə·qā·hāl in the assembly GRAM DICO

רָ֗ב rāḇ, great GRAM DICO

הִנֵּ֣ה hin·nêh indeed GRAM DICO

､

שְׂ֭פָתַי p̄ā·ṯay my lips GRAM DICO

､

לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO

אֶכְלָ֑א ’eḵ·lā; I do restrain GRAM DICO

צִדְקָתְךָ֬ ṣiḏ·qā·ṯə·ḵā Your righteousness GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

כִסִּ֨יתִי ׀ ḵis·sî·ṯî I have hidden GRAM DICO

בְּת֬וֹךְ bə·ṯō·wḵ within GRAM DICO

לִבִּ֗י lib·bî, my heart GRAM DICO

–

אֱמוּנָתְךָ֣ ’ĕ·mū·nā·ṯə·ḵā Your faithfulness GRAM DICO

וּתְשׁוּעָתְךָ֣ ū·ṯə·šū·‘ā·ṯə·ḵā and Your salvation GRAM DICO

–

אָמָ֑רְתִּי ’ā·mā·rə·tî; I have declared GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

כִחַ֥דְתִּי ḵi·ḥaḏ·tî I have concealed GRAM DICO

חַסְדְּךָ֥ ḥas·də·ḵā Your lovingkindness GRAM DICO

וַ֝אֲמִתְּךָ֗ wa·’ă·mit·tə·ḵā, and Your truth GRAM DICO

לְקָהָ֥ל lə·qā·hāl from the assembly GRAM DICO

רָֽב׃ rāḇ. great GRAM DICO

אַתָּ֤ה ’at·tāh You GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

תִכְלָ֣א ṯiḵ·lā do withhold GRAM DICO

רַחֲמֶ֣יךָ ra·ḥă·me·ḵā Your tender mercies GRAM DICO

מִמֶּ֑נִּי mim·men·nî; from me GRAM DICO

חַסְדְּךָ֥ ḥas·də·ḵā Your lovingkindness GRAM DICO

וַ֝אֲמִתְּךָ֗ wa·’ă·mit·tə·ḵā, and Your truth GRAM DICO

תָּמִ֥יד tā·mîḏ continually GRAM DICO

יִצְּרֽוּנִי׃ yiṣ·ṣə·rū·nî. let preserve me GRAM DICO

כִּ֤י kî For GRAM DICO

אָפְפ֥וּ־ ’ā·p̄ə·p̄ū- have surrounded GRAM DICO

עָלַ֨י ׀ ‘ā·lay me GRAM DICO

–

רָע֡וֹת rā·‘ō·wṯ evils GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- innumerable GRAM DICO

אֵ֬ין ’ên else GRAM DICO

מִסְפָּ֗ר mis·pār, innumerable GRAM DICO

הִשִּׂיג֣וּנִי hiś·śî·ḡū·nî have overtaken me GRAM DICO

עֲ֭וֺנֹתַי ‘ă·wō·nō·ṯay My iniquities GRAM DICO

וְלֹא־ wə·lō- so that not GRAM DICO

יָכֹ֣לְתִּי yā·ḵō·lə·tî I am able GRAM DICO

לִרְא֑וֹת lir·’ō·wṯ; to look up GRAM DICO

–

עָצְמ֥וּ ‘ā·ṣə·mū they are more GRAM DICO

מִשַּֽׂעֲר֥וֹת miś·śa·‘ă·rō·wṯ than the hairs GRAM DICO

רֹ֝אשִׁ֗י rō·šî, of my head GRAM DICO

､

וְלִבִּ֥י wə·lib·bî therefore my heart GRAM DICO

עֲזָבָֽנִי׃ ‘ă·zā·ḇā·nî. fails me GRAM DICO

רְצֵ֣ה rə·ṣêh Be pleased GRAM DICO

､

יְ֭הוָה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

､

לְהַצִּילֵ֑נִי lə·haṣ·ṣî·lê·nî; to deliver me GRAM DICO

יְ֝הוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

､

לְעֶזְרָ֥תִי lə·‘ez·rā·ṯî to help me GRAM DICO

חֽוּשָׁה׃ ḥū·šāh. make haste GRAM DICO
