Exode 14, 3
וְאָמַ֤ר wə·’ā·mar For will say GRAM DICO
פַּרְעֹה֙ par·‘ōh Pharaoh GRAM DICO
לִבְנֵ֣י liḇ·nê of the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO
､
נְבֻכִ֥ים nə·ḇu·ḵîm [are] bewildered GRAM DICO
הֵ֖ם hêm they GRAM DICO
בָּאָ֑רֶץ bā·’ā·reṣ; by the land GRAM DICO
､
סָגַ֥ר sā·ḡar has closed in GRAM DICO
עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם ‘ă·lê·hem them GRAM DICO
הַמִּדְבָּֽר׃ ham·miḏ·bār. the wilderness GRAM DICO

Exode 14, 4
וְחִזַּקְתִּ֣י wə·ḥiz·zaq·tî And I will harden GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
לֵב־ lêḇ- heart GRAM DICO
פַּרְעֹה֮ par·‘ōh of Pharaoh GRAM DICO
､
וְרָדַ֣ף wə·rā·ḏap̄ so that he will pursue GRAM DICO
אַחֲרֵיהֶם֒ ’a·ḥă·rê·hem them GRAM DICO
וְאִכָּבְדָ֤ה wə·’ik·kā·ḇə·ḏāh and I will gain honor GRAM DICO
בְּפַרְעֹה֙ bə·p̄ar·‘ōh over Pharaoh GRAM DICO
､
וּבְכָל־ ū·ḇə·ḵāl and over all GRAM DICO
חֵיל֔וֹ ḥê·lōw, his army GRAM DICO
､
וְיָדְע֥וּ wə·yā·ḏə·‘ū that may know GRAM DICO
מִצְרַ֖יִם miṣ·ra·yim Egypt GRAM DICO
כִּֽי־ kî- that GRAM DICO
אֲנִ֣י ’ă·nî I GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֑ה Yah·weh; [am] Yahweh GRAM DICO

וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ־ way·ya·‘ă·śū- And they did GRAM DICO
כֵֽן׃ ḵên. so GRAM DICO

וַיֻּגַּד֙ way·yug·gaḏ And it was told GRAM DICO
לְמֶ֣לֶךְ lə·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO
מִצְרַ֔יִם miṣ·ra·yim, of Egypt GRAM DICO
כִּ֥י kî that GRAM DICO
בָרַ֖ח ḇā·raḥ had fled GRAM DICO
הָעָ֑ם hā·‘ām; the people GRAM DICO
､
וַ֠יֵּהָפֵךְ way·yê·hā·p̄êḵ and was turned GRAM DICO
לְבַ֨ב lə·ḇaḇ the heart GRAM DICO
פַּרְעֹ֤ה par·‘ōh of Pharaoh GRAM DICO
וַעֲבָדָיו֙ wa·‘ă·ḇā·ḏāw and his servants GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- against GRAM DICO
הָעָ֔ם hā·‘ām, the people GRAM DICO
–
וַיֹּֽאמרוּ֙ way·yō·m·rū and they said GRAM DICO
､
מַה־ mah- what GRAM DICO
זֹּ֣את zōṯ [is] this [that] GRAM DICO
עָשִׂ֔ינוּ ‘ā·śî·nū, have we done GRAM DICO
､
כִּֽי־ kî- that GRAM DICO
שִׁלַּ֥חְנוּ šil·laḥ·nū we have let go GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל yiś·rā·’êl Israel GRAM DICO
מֵעָבְדֵֽנוּ׃ mê·‘ā·ḇə·ḏê·nū. from serving us GRAM DICO

Exode 14, 6
וַיֶּאְסֹ֖ר way·ye’·sōr So he made ready GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
רִכְבּ֑וֹ riḵ·bōw; his chariot GRAM DICO
､
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
עַמּ֖וֹ ‘am·mōw his people GRAM DICO
לָקַ֥ח lā·qaḥ took GRAM DICO
עִמּֽוֹ׃ ‘im·mōw. with him GRAM DICO

Exode 14, 7
וַיִּקַּ֗ח way·yiq·qaḥ, And he took GRAM DICO
שֵׁשׁ־ šêš- six GRAM DICO
מֵא֥וֹת mê·’ō·wṯ hundred GRAM DICO
רֶ֙כֶב֙ re·ḵeḇ chariots GRAM DICO
בָּח֔וּר bā·ḥūr, choice GRAM DICO
､
וְכֹ֖ל wə·ḵōl and all GRAM DICO
רֶ֣כֶב re·ḵeḇ the chariots GRAM DICO
מִצְרָ֑יִם miṣ·rā·yim; of Egypt GRAM DICO
､
וְשָׁלִשִׁ֖ם wə·šā·li·šim and with captains GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- over GRAM DICO
כֻּלּֽוֹ׃ kul·lōw. every one of them GRAM DICO

וַיְחַזֵּ֣ק way·ḥaz·zêq And hardened GRAM DICO
יְהֹוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
לֵ֤ב lêḇ the heart GRAM DICO
פַּרְעֹה֙ par·‘ōh of Pharaoh GRAM DICO
מֶ֣לֶךְ me·leḵ king GRAM DICO
מִצְרַ֔יִם miṣ·ra·yim, of Egypt GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּרְדֹּ֕ף way·yir·dōp̄ and he pursued GRAM DICO
אַחֲרֵ֖י ’a·ḥă·rê after GRAM DICO
בְּנֵ֣י bə·nê the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל yiś·rā·’êl; of Israel GRAM DICO

וּבְנֵ֣י ū·ḇə·nê and the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO
יֹצְאִ֖ים yō·ṣə·’îm went out GRAM DICO
בְּיָ֥ד bə·yāḏ with GRAM DICO
רָמָֽה׃ rā·māh. boldness GRAM DICO

Exode 14, 9
וַיִּרְדְּפ֨וּ way·yir·də·p̄ū So pursued GRAM DICO
מִצְרַ֜יִם miṣ·ra·yim Egypt GRAM DICO
אַחֲרֵיהֶ֗ם ’a·ḥă·rê·hem, them GRAM DICO
וַיַּשִּׂ֤יגוּ way·yaś·śî·ḡū and overtook GRAM DICO
אוֹתָם֙ ’ō·w·ṯām them GRAM DICO
､
חֹנִ֣ים ḥō·nîm camping GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- by GRAM DICO
הַיָּ֔ם hay·yām, the sea GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
סוּס֙ sūs the horses GRAM DICO
רֶ֣כֶב re·ḵeḇ [and] chariots GRAM DICO
פַּרְעֹ֔ה par·‘ōh, of Pharaoh GRAM DICO
､
וּפָרָשָׁ֖יו ū·p̄ā·rā·šāw and his horsemen GRAM DICO
､
וְחֵיל֑וֹ wə·ḥê·lōw; and his army GRAM DICO
､
עַל־ ‘al- beside GRAM DICO
פִּי֙ pî  - 
הַֽחִירֹ֔ת ha·ḥî·rōṯ, Pi Hahiroth GRAM DICO
､
לִפְנֵ֖י lip̄·nê before GRAM DICO
בַּ֥עַל ba·‘al  -  GRAM
צְפֹֽן׃ ṣə·p̄ōn. Baal Zephon GRAM DICO

וּפַרְעֹ֖ה ū·p̄ar·‘ōh And when Pharaoh GRAM DICO
הִקְרִ֑יב hiq·rîḇ; drew near GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּשְׂאוּ֩ way·yiś·’ū and lifted GRAM DICO
בְנֵֽי־ ḇə·nê- the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֨ל yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
עֵינֵיהֶ֜ם ‘ê·nê·hem their eyes GRAM DICO
､
וְהִנֵּ֥ה wə·hin·nêh and behold GRAM DICO
､
מִצְרַ֣יִם ׀ miṣ·ra·yim Egypt GRAM DICO
נֹסֵ֣עַ nō·sê·a‘ marched GRAM DICO
אַחֲרֵיהֶ֗ם ’a·ḥă·rê·hem, after them GRAM DICO
.
וַיִּֽירְאוּ֙ way·yî·rə·’ū So they were afraid GRAM DICO
מְאֹ֔ד mə·’ōḏ, very GRAM DICO
.
וַיִּצְעֲק֥וּ way·yiṣ·‘ă·qū And cried out GRAM DICO
בְנֵֽי־ ḇə·nê- the sons GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
יְהוָֽה׃ Yah·weh. Yahweh GRAM DICO
