II Chroniques 20, 20
וַיַּשְׁכִּ֣ימוּ way·yaš·kî·mū So they rose early GRAM DICO
בַבֹּ֔קֶר ḇab·bō·qer, in the morning GRAM DICO
､
וַיֵּצְא֖וּ way·yê·ṣə·’ū and went out GRAM DICO
לְמִדְבַּ֣ר lə·miḏ·bar into the Wilderness GRAM DICO
תְּק֑וֹעַ tə·qō·w·a‘; of Tekoa GRAM DICO
–
וּבְצֵאתָ֞ם ū·ḇə·ṣê·ṯām and as they went out GRAM DICO
､
עָמַ֣ד ‘ā·maḏ stood GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשָׁפָ֗ט yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ, Jehoshaphat GRAM DICO
וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ way·yō·mer and said GRAM DICO
､
שְׁמָע֗וּנִי šə·mā·‘ū·nî, Hear me GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָה֙ yə·hū·ḏāh Judah GRAM DICO
､
וְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י wə·yō·šə·ḇê and you inhabitants GRAM DICO
יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם yə·rū·šā·lim, of Jerusalem GRAM DICO
–
הַאֲמִ֜ינוּ ha·’ă·mî·nū Believe GRAM DICO
בַּיהוָ֤ה Yah·weh in Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵיכֶם֙ ’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵem your God GRAM DICO
､
וְתֵ֣אָמֵ֔נוּ wə·ṯê·’ā·mê·nū, and you shall be established GRAM DICO
–
הַאֲמִ֥ינוּ ha·’ă·mî·nū believe GRAM DICO
בִנְבִיאָ֖יו ḇin·ḇî·’āw His prophets GRAM DICO
､
וְהַצְלִֽיחוּ׃ wə·haṣ·lî·ḥū. and you shall prosper GRAM DICO

II Chroniques 20, 21
וַיִּוָּעַץ֙ way·yiw·wā·‘aṣ And when he had consulted GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- with GRAM DICO
הָעָ֔ם hā·‘ām, the people GRAM DICO
､
וַיַּעֲמֵ֤ד way·ya·‘ă·mêḏ and he appointed GRAM DICO
מְשֹֽׁרֲרִים֙ mə·šō·ră·rîm those who should sing GRAM DICO
לַיהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, to Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
וּֽמְהַֽלְלִ֖ים ū·mə·hal·lîm and who should praise GRAM DICO
לְהַדְרַת־ lə·haḏ·raṯ- the beauty GRAM DICO
קֹ֑דֶשׁ qō·ḏeš; of holiness GRAM DICO
､
בְּצֵאת֙ bə·ṣêṯ as they went out GRAM DICO
לִפְנֵ֣י lip̄·nê before GRAM DICO
הֶֽחָל֔וּץ he·ḥā·lūṣ, the army GRAM DICO
､
וְאֹֽמְרִים֙ wə·’ō·mə·rîm and were saying GRAM DICO
､
הוֹד֣וּ hō·w·ḏū Praise GRAM DICO
לַיהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO
–
כִּ֥י kî for GRAM DICO
לְעוֹלָ֖ם lə·‘ō·w·lām ever GRAM DICO
חַסְדּֽוֹ׃ ḥas·dōw. His mercy [endures] GRAM DICO

וּבְעֵת֩ ū·ḇə·‘êṯ And when GRAM DICO
הֵחֵ֨לּוּ hê·ḥêl·lū they began GRAM DICO
בְרִנָּ֜ה ḇə·rin·nāh to sing GRAM DICO
וּתְהִלָּ֗ה ū·ṯə·hil·lāh, and to praise GRAM DICO
､
נָתַ֣ן nā·ṯan set GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֣ה ׀ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
מְ֠אָֽרְבִים mə·’ā·rə·ḇîm ambushes GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- against GRAM DICO
בְּנֵ֨י bə·nê the sons GRAM DICO
עַמּ֜וֹן ‘am·mō·wn of Ammon GRAM DICO
､
מוֹאָ֧ב mō·w·’āḇ Moab GRAM DICO
､
וְהַר־ wə·har- and Mount GRAM DICO
שֵׂעִ֛יר śê·‘îr Seir GRAM DICO
､
הַבָּאִ֥ים hab·bā·’îm who had come GRAM DICO
לִֽיהוּדָ֖ה lî·hū·ḏāh against Judah GRAM DICO
–
וַיִּנָּגֵֽפוּ׃ way·yin·nā·ḡê·p̄ū. and they were defeated GRAM DICO

וַ֠יַּֽעַמְדוּ way·ya·‘am·ḏū For stood up GRAM DICO
בְּנֵ֨י bə·nê the sons GRAM DICO
עַמּ֧וֹן ‘am·mō·wn of Ammon GRAM DICO
וּמוֹאָ֛ב ū·mō·w·’āḇ and Moab GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- against GRAM DICO
יֹשְׁבֵ֥י yō·šə·ḇê the inhabitants GRAM DICO
הַר־ har- of Mount GRAM DICO
שֵׂעִ֖יר śê·‘îr Seir GRAM DICO
､
לְהַחֲרִ֣ים lə·ha·ḥă·rîm to utterly kill GRAM DICO
וּלְהַשְׁמִ֑יד ū·lə·haš·mîḏ; and destroy [them] GRAM DICO
וּכְכַלּוֹתָם֙ ū·ḵə·ḵal·lō·w·ṯām and when they had made an end GRAM DICO
בְּיוֹשְׁבֵ֣י bə·yō·wō·šə·ḇê of the inhabitants GRAM DICO
שֵׂעִ֔יר śê·‘îr, of Seir GRAM DICO
､
עָזְר֥וּ ‘ā·zə·rū they helped GRAM DICO
אִישׁ־ ’îš- one GRAM DICO
בְּרֵעֵ֖הוּ bə·rê·‘ê·hū another GRAM DICO
לְמַשְׁחִֽית׃ lə·maš·ḥîṯ. to destroy GRAM DICO

וִֽיהוּדָ֛ה wî·hū·ḏāh So when Judah GRAM DICO
בָּ֥א bā came GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- to GRAM DICO
הַמִּצְפֶּ֖ה ham·miṣ·peh a place overlooking GRAM DICO
לַמִּדְבָּ֑ר lam·miḏ·bār; the wilderness GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּפְנוּ֙ way·yip̄·nū and they looked GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- toward GRAM DICO
הֶ֣הָמ֔וֹן he·hā·mō·wn, the multitude GRAM DICO
､
וְהִנָּ֧ם wə·hin·nām and there [were] their GRAM DICO
פְּגָרִ֛ים pə·ḡā·rîm dead bodies GRAM DICO
נֹפְלִ֥ים nō·p̄ə·lîm fallen GRAM DICO
אַ֖רְצָה ’ar·ṣāh on the earth GRAM DICO
､
וְאֵ֥ין wə·’ên and No one GRAM DICO
פְּלֵיטָֽה׃ pə·lê·ṭāh. had escaped GRAM DICO

וַיָּבֹ֨א way·yā·ḇō And when came GRAM DICO
יְהוֹשָׁפָ֣ט yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ Jehoshaphat GRAM DICO
וְעַמּוֹ֮ wə·‘am·mōw and his people GRAM DICO
לָבֹ֣ז lā·ḇōz to take away GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
שְׁלָלָם֒ šə·lā·lām their spoil GRAM DICO
וַיִּמְצְאוּ֩ way·yim·ṣə·’ū and they found GRAM DICO
בָהֶ֨ם ḇā·hem among them GRAM
לָרֹ֜ב lā·rōḇ an abundance GRAM DICO
וּרְכ֤וּשׁ ū·rə·ḵūš and of valuables GRAM DICO
וּפְגָרִים֙ ū·p̄ə·ḡā·rîm and on the dead bodies GRAM DICO
､
וּכְלֵ֣י ū·ḵə·lê and jewelry GRAM DICO
､
חֲמֻד֔וֹת ḥă·mu·ḏō·wṯ, precious GRAM DICO
וַיְנַצְּל֥וּ way·naṣ·ṣə·lū and which they stripped off GRAM DICO
לָהֶ֖ם lā·hem for themselves GRAM
לְאֵ֣ין lə·’ên more than GRAM DICO
מַשָּׂ֑א maś·śā; they could carry away GRAM DICO
.
וַיִּֽהְי֞וּ way·yih·yū And they were GRAM DICO
יָמִ֧ים yā·mîm days GRAM DICO
שְׁלוֹשָׁ֛ה šə·lō·wō·šāh three GRAM DICO
בֹּזְזִ֥ים bō·zə·zîm gathering GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַשָּׁלָ֖ל haš·šā·lāl the spoil GRAM DICO
､
כִּ֥י kî because GRAM DICO
רַב־ raḇ- so much GRAM DICO
הֽוּא׃ hū. it [was] GRAM DICO
