הֵ֣ן hên When GRAM DICO
אֶֽעֱצֹ֤ר ’e·‘ĕ·ṣōr I shut up GRAM DICO
הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ haš·šā·ma·yim heaven GRAM DICO
וְלֹֽא־ wə·lō- and no GRAM DICO
יִהְיֶ֣ה yih·yeh there is GRAM DICO
מָטָ֔ר mā·ṭār, rain GRAM DICO
､
וְהֵן־ wə·hên- or GRAM DICO
אֲצַוֶּ֥ה ’ă·ṣaw·weh command GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- upon GRAM DICO
חָגָ֖ב ḥā·ḡāḇ the locusts GRAM DICO
לֶאֱכ֣וֹל le·’ĕ·ḵō·wl to devour GRAM DICO
הָאָ֑רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ; the land GRAM DICO
､
וְאִם־ wə·’im- or GRAM DICO
אֲשַׁלַּ֥ח ’ă·šal·laḥ send GRAM DICO
דֶּ֖בֶר de·ḇer pestilence GRAM DICO
בְּעַמִּֽי׃ bə·‘am·mî. among My people GRAM DICO

וְיִכָּנְע֨וּ wə·yik·kā·nə·‘ū and if will humble themselves GRAM DICO
､
עַמִּ֜י ‘am·mî My people GRAM DICO
､
אֲשֶׁ֧ר ’ă·šer who GRAM DICO
נִֽקְרָא־ niq·rā- are called GRAM DICO
שְׁמִ֣י šə·mî by My name GRAM DICO
､
עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם ‘ă·lê·hem, upon GRAM DICO
וְיִֽתְפַּֽלְלוּ֙ wə·yiṯ·pal·lū and pray GRAM DICO
､
וִֽיבַקְשׁ֣וּ wî·ḇaq·šū and seek GRAM DICO
פָנַ֔י p̄ā·nay, My face GRAM DICO
､
וְיָשֻׁ֖בוּ wə·yā·šu·ḇū and turn GRAM DICO
מִדַּרְכֵיהֶ֣ם mid·dar·ḵê·hem from their ways GRAM DICO
–
הָרָעִ֑ים hā·rā·‘îm; wicked GRAM DICO
וַאֲנִי֙ wa·’ă·nî then I GRAM DICO
אֶשְׁמַ֣ע ’eš·ma‘ will hear GRAM DICO
מִן־ min- from GRAM DICO
–
הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם haš·šā·ma·yim, heaven GRAM DICO
､
וְאֶסְלַח֙ wə·’es·laḥ and will forgive GRAM DICO
לְחַטָּאתָ֔ם lə·ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯām, their sin GRAM DICO
､
וְאֶרְפָּ֖א wə·’er·pā and heal GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
אַרְצָֽם׃ ’ar·ṣām. their land GRAM DICO

עַתָּ֗ה ‘at·tāh, Now GRAM DICO
עֵינַי֙ ‘ê·nay My eyes GRAM DICO
יִהְי֣וּ yih·yū will be GRAM DICO
פְתֻח֔וֹת p̄ə·ṯu·ḥō·wṯ, open GRAM DICO
､
וְאָזְנַ֖י wə·’ā·zə·nay and My ears GRAM DICO
קַשֻּׁב֑וֹת qaš·šu·ḇō·wṯ; attentive GRAM DICO
לִתְפִלַּ֖ת liṯ·p̄il·laṯ to prayer [made] GRAM DICO
הַמָּק֥וֹם ham·mā·qō·wm in place GRAM DICO
הַזֶּֽה׃ haz·zeh. this GRAM DICO

וְעַתָּ֗ה wə·‘at·tāh, For now GRAM DICO
בָּחַ֤רְתִּי bā·ḥar·tî I have chosen GRAM DICO
וְהִקְדַּ֙שְׁתִּי֙ wə·hiq·daš·tî and sanctified GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַבַּ֣יִת hab·ba·yiṯ house GRAM DICO
､
הַזֶּ֔ה haz·zeh, this GRAM DICO
לִהְיוֹת־ lih·yō·wṯ- that may be GRAM DICO
שְׁמִ֥י šə·mî My name GRAM DICO
שָׁ֖ם šām there GRAM DICO
עַד־ ‘aḏ- as far as GRAM DICO
עוֹלָ֑ם ‘ō·w·lām; ever GRAM DICO
–
וְהָי֨וּ wə·hā·yū and will be GRAM DICO
עֵינַ֧י ‘ê·nay My eyes GRAM DICO
וְלִבִּ֛י wə·lib·bî and My heart GRAM DICO
שָׁ֖ם šām there GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- perpetually GRAM DICO
הַיָּמִֽים׃ hay·yā·mîm. perpetually GRAM DICO

וְאַתָּ֞ה wə·’at·tāh And as for you GRAM DICO
､
אִם־ ’im- if GRAM DICO
תֵּלֵ֣ךְ tê·lêḵ you walk GRAM DICO
לְפָנַ֗י lə·p̄ā·nay, before Me GRAM DICO
כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO
הָלַךְ֙ hā·laḵ walked GRAM DICO
､
דָּוִ֣יד dā·wîḏ David GRAM DICO
אָבִ֔יךָ ’ā·ḇî·ḵā, your father GRAM DICO
וְלַעֲשׂ֕וֹת wə·la·‘ă·śō·wṯ and do GRAM DICO
כְּכֹ֖ל kə·ḵōl according to all GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer that GRAM DICO
צִוִּיתִ֑יךָ ṣiw·wî·ṯî·ḵā; I have commanded you GRAM DICO
וְחֻקַּ֥י wə·ḥuq·qay and if My statutes GRAM DICO
וּמִשְׁפָּטַ֖י ū·miš·pā·ṭay and My judgments GRAM DICO
–
תִּשְׁמֽוֹר׃ tiš·mō·wr. you keep GRAM DICO

וַהֲקִ֣ימוֹתִ֔י wa·hă·qî·mō·w·ṯî, Then I will establish GRAM DICO
אֵ֖ת ’êṯ  -  GRAM DICO
כִּסֵּ֣א kis·sê the throne GRAM DICO
מַלְכוּתֶ֑ךָ mal·ḵū·ṯe·ḵā; of your kingdom GRAM DICO
､
כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO
כָּרַ֗תִּי kā·rat·tî, I covenanted GRAM DICO
לְדָוִ֤יד lə·ḏā·wîḏ with David GRAM DICO
אָבִ֙יךָ֙ ’ā·ḇî·ḵā your father GRAM DICO
､
לֵאמֹ֔ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO
､
לֹֽא־ lō- not GRAM DICO
יִכָּרֵ֤ת yik·kā·rêṯ shall fail GRAM DICO
לְךָ֙ lə·ḵā You GRAM
אִ֔ישׁ ’îš, [to have] a man GRAM DICO
מוֹשֵׁ֖ל mō·wō·šêl as ruler GRAM DICO
בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ bə·yiś·rā·’êl. in Israel GRAM DICO

וְאִם־ wə·’im- But if GRAM DICO
תְּשׁוּב֣וּן tə·šū·ḇūn turn away GRAM DICO
､
אַתֶּ֔ם ’at·tem, you GRAM DICO
וַעֲזַבְתֶּם֙ wa·‘ă·zaḇ·tem and forsake GRAM DICO
חֻקּוֹתַ֣י ḥuq·qō·w·ṯay My statutes GRAM DICO
וּמִצְוֺתַ֔י ū·miṣ·wō·ṯay, and My commandments GRAM DICO
､
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
נָתַ֖תִּי nā·ṯat·tî I have set GRAM DICO
לִפְנֵיכֶ֑ם lip̄·nê·ḵem; before you GRAM DICO
וַהֲלַכְתֶּ֗ם wa·hă·laḵ·tem, and go GRAM DICO
וַעֲבַדְתֶּם֙ wa·‘ă·ḇaḏ·tem and serve GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהִ֣ים ’ĕ·lō·hîm gods GRAM DICO
､
אֲחֵרִ֔ים ’ă·ḥê·rîm, other GRAM DICO
וְהִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶ֖ם wə·hiš·ta·ḥă·wî·ṯem and worship GRAM DICO
לָהֶֽם׃ lā·hem. them GRAM

וּנְתַשְׁתִּ֗ים ū·nə·ṯaš·tîm, Then I will uproot them GRAM DICO
מֵעַ֤ל mê·‘al from GRAM DICO
אַדְמָתִי֙ ’aḏ·mā·ṯî My land GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
נָתַ֣תִּי nā·ṯat·tî I have given GRAM DICO
לָהֶ֔ם lā·hem, them GRAM
וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO
הַבַּ֤יִת hab·ba·yiṯ house GRAM DICO
､
הַזֶּה֙ haz·zeh this GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
הִקְדַּ֣שְׁתִּי hiq·daš·tî I have sanctified GRAM DICO
לִשְׁמִ֔י liš·mî, for My name GRAM DICO
､
אַשְׁלִ֖יךְ ’aš·lîḵ I will cast out GRAM DICO
מֵעַ֣ל mê·‘al of GRAM DICO
פָּנָ֑י pā·nāy; My sight GRAM DICO
､
וְאֶתְּנֶ֛נּוּ wə·’et·tə·nen·nū and will make it GRAM DICO
לְמָשָׁ֥ל lə·mā·šāl a proverb GRAM DICO
וְלִשְׁנִינָ֖ה wə·liš·nî·nāh and a byword GRAM DICO
בְּכָל־ bə·ḵāl among all GRAM DICO
הָעַמִּֽים׃ hā·‘am·mîm. peoples GRAM DICO
