וַיְצַוֶּ֣ה way·ṣaw·weh And commanded GRAM DICO

בָּר֖וּךְ bā·rūḵ Baruch GRAM DICO

לֵאמֹ֑ר lê·mōr; saying GRAM DICO

אֲנִ֣י ’ă·nî I GRAM DICO
עָצ֔וּר ‘ā·ṣūr, [am] confined GRAM DICO
–
לֹ֣א lō cannot GRAM DICO
אוּכַ֔ל ’ū·ḵal, I GRAM DICO
לָב֖וֹא lā·ḇō·w go into GRAM DICO
בֵּ֥ית bêṯ the house GRAM DICO

בַמְּגִלָּ֣ה ḇam·mə·ḡil·lāh from the scroll GRAM DICO

אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- which GRAM DICO
כָּתַֽבְתָּ־ kā·ṯaḇ·tā- you have written GRAM DICO
מִפִּי֩ mip·pî at my instruction GRAM DICO

דִּבְרֵ֨י diḇ·rê the words GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֜ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
בְּאָזְנֵ֥י bə·’ā·zə·nê in the hearing GRAM DICO
הָעָ֛ם hā·‘ām of the people GRAM DICO
בֵּ֥ית bêṯ in the house GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
בְּי֣וֹם bə·yō·wm on the day GRAM DICO

צ֑וֹם ṣō·wm; Of fasting GRAM DICO
וְגַ֨ם wə·ḡam and also GRAM DICO
בְּאָזְנֵ֧י bə·’ā·zə·nê in the hearing GRAM DICO
כָל־ ḵāl of all GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָ֛ה yə·hū·ḏāh Judah GRAM DICO
הַבָּאִ֥ים hab·bā·’îm who come GRAM DICO
מֵעָרֵיהֶ֖ם mê·‘ā·rê·hem from their cities GRAM DICO
תִּקְרָאֵֽם׃ tiq·rā·’êm. you shall read them GRAM DICO

אוּלַ֞י ’ū·lay It may be that GRAM DICO
תִּפֹּ֤ל tip·pōl they will present GRAM DICO
תְּחִנָּתָם֙ tə·ḥin·nā·ṯām their supplication GRAM DICO
לִפְנֵ֣י lip̄·nê before GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO
וְיָשֻׁ֕בוּ wə·yā·šu·ḇū and will turn GRAM DICO
אִ֖ישׁ ’îš everyone GRAM DICO
מִדַּרְכּ֣וֹ mid·dar·kōw from his way GRAM DICO
､
הָרָעָ֑ה hā·rā·‘āh; evil GRAM DICO
כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
גָד֤וֹל ḡā·ḏō·wl great [is] GRAM DICO
הָאַף֙ hā·’ap̄ the anger GRAM DICO
וְהַ֣חֵמָ֔ה wə·ha·ḥê·māh, and the fury GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- that GRAM DICO
דִּבֶּ֥ר dib·ber has pronounced GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- against GRAM DICO
הָעָ֥ם hā·‘ām people GRAM DICO
הַזֶּֽה׃ haz·zeh. this GRAM DICO

､
הַתְּשִׁעִ֔י hat·tə·ši·‘î, the ninth GRAM DICO
קָרְא֨וּ qā·rə·’ū [that] they proclaimed GRAM DICO
צ֜וֹם ṣō·wm a fast GRAM DICO
לִפְנֵ֧י lip̄·nê before GRAM DICO
