וְשָׁפַ֗ט wə·šā·p̄aṭ, And He shall judge GRAM DICO
בֵּ֚ין bên between GRAM DICO
עַמִּ֣ים ‘am·mîm peoples GRAM DICO
､
רַבִּ֔ים rab·bîm, many GRAM DICO
וְהוֹכִ֛יחַ wə·hō·w·ḵî·aḥ and rebuke GRAM DICO
לְגוֹיִ֥ם lə·ḡō·w·yim nations GRAM DICO
עֲצֻמִ֖ים ‘ă·ṣu·mîm strong GRAM DICO
עַד־ ‘aḏ- even to GRAM DICO
רָח֑וֹק rā·ḥō·wq; afar off GRAM DICO
–
וְכִתְּת֨וּ wə·ḵit·tə·ṯū and they shall beat GRAM DICO
חַרְבֹתֵיהֶ֜ם ḥar·ḇō·ṯê·hem their swords GRAM DICO
לְאִתִּ֗ים lə·’it·tîm, into plowshares GRAM DICO
､
וַחֲנִיתֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ wa·ḥă·nî·ṯō·ṯê·hem and their spears GRAM DICO
לְמַזְמֵר֔וֹת lə·maz·mê·rō·wṯ, into pruning hooks GRAM DICO
–
לֹֽא־ lō- not GRAM DICO
יִשְׂא֞וּ yiś·’ū shall lift up GRAM DICO
גּ֤וֹי gō·w Nation GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- against GRAM DICO
גּוֹי֙ gō·w nation GRAM DICO
､
חֶ֔רֶב ḥe·reḇ, sword GRAM DICO
וְלֹא־ wə·lō- and neither GRAM DICO
יִלְמְד֥וּן yil·mə·ḏūn shall they learn GRAM DICO
ע֖וֹד ‘ō·wḏ any more GRAM DICO
מִלְחָמָֽה׃ mil·ḥā·māh. war GRAM DICO

וְיָשְׁב֗וּ wə·yā·šə·ḇū, But shall sit GRAM DICO
אִ֣ישׁ ’îš everyone GRAM DICO
תַּ֧חַת ta·ḥaṯ under GRAM DICO
גַּפְנ֛וֹ gap̄·nōw his vine GRAM DICO
וְתַ֥חַת wə·ṯa·ḥaṯ and under GRAM DICO
תְּאֵנָת֖וֹ tə·’ê·nā·ṯōw his fig tree GRAM DICO
–
וְאֵ֣ין wə·’ên and no one GRAM DICO
מַחֲרִ֑יד ma·ḥă·rîḏ; shall make [them] afraid GRAM DICO
–
כִּי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
פִ֛י p̄î the mouth GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
צְבָא֖וֹת ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ of hosts GRAM DICO
דִּבֵּֽר׃ dib·bêr. has spoken GRAM DICO

כִּ֚י kî For GRAM DICO
כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO
הָ֣עַמִּ֔ים hā·‘am·mîm, people GRAM DICO
יֵלְכ֕וּ yê·lə·ḵū walk GRAM DICO
אִ֖ישׁ ’îš each GRAM DICO
בְּשֵׁ֣ם bə·šêm in the name GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהָ֑יו ’ĕ·lō·hāw; of his god GRAM DICO
､
וַאֲנַ֗חְנוּ wa·’ă·naḥ·nū, but we GRAM DICO
נֵלֵ֛ךְ nê·lêḵ will walk GRAM DICO
בְּשֵׁם־ bə·šêm- in the name GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū our God GRAM DICO
לְעוֹלָ֥ם lə·‘ō·w·lām Forever GRAM DICO
וָעֶֽד׃ wā·‘eḏ. and ever GRAM DICO

בַּיּ֨וֹם bay·yō·wm In day GRAM DICO

הַה֜וּא ha·hū that GRAM DICO
נְאֻם־ nə·’um- says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
אֹֽסְפָה֙ ’ō·sə·p̄āh I will assemble GRAM DICO
הַצֹּ֣לֵעָ֔ה haṣ·ṣō·lê·‘āh, the lame GRAM DICO
､
וְהַנִּדָּחָ֖ה wə·han·nid·dā·ḥāh and the outcast GRAM DICO
､
אֲקַבֵּ֑צָה ’ă·qab·bê·ṣāh; I will gather GRAM DICO
וַאֲשֶׁ֖ר wa·’ă·šer and those whom GRAM DICO
הֲרֵעֹֽתִי׃ hă·rê·‘ō·ṯî. I have afflicted GRAM DICO

וְשַׂמְתִּ֤י wə·śam·tî and I will make GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַצֹּֽלֵעָה֙ haṣ·ṣō·lê·‘āh the lame GRAM DICO
לִשְׁאֵרִ֔ית liš·’ê·rîṯ, a remnant GRAM DICO
､
וְהַנַּהֲלָאָ֖ה wə·han·na·hă·lā·’āh and the outcast GRAM DICO
לְג֣וֹי lə·ḡō·w a nation GRAM DICO
､
עָצ֑וּם ‘ā·ṣūm; strong GRAM DICO
וּמָלַ֨ךְ ū·mā·laḵ so will reign GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֤ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
עֲלֵיהֶם֙ ‘ă·lê·hem over them GRAM DICO
בְּהַ֣ר bə·har in Mount GRAM DICO
צִיּ֔וֹן ṣî·yō·wn, Zion GRAM DICO
מֵעַתָּ֖ה mê·‘at·tāh from now on GRAM DICO
､
וְעַד־ wə·‘aḏ- and even GRAM DICO
עוֹלָֽם׃ ‘ō·w·lām. forever GRAM DICO

מִגְדַּל־ miḡ·dal- the Eder Tower GRAM DICO
עֵ֗דֶר ‘ê·ḏer, of the flock GRAM DICO
､
עֹ֛פֶל ‘ō·p̄el the stronghold GRAM DICO
בַּת־ baṯ- of the daughter GRAM DICO
צִיּ֖וֹן ṣî·yō·wn of Zion GRAM DICO
､
עָדֶ֣יךָ ‘ā·ḏe·ḵā to you GRAM DICO
תֵּאתֶ֑ה tê·ṯeh; shall it come GRAM DICO
､
וּבָאָ֗ה ū·ḇā·’āh, and Even shall come GRAM DICO
הַמֶּמְשָׁלָה֙ ham·mem·šā·lāh the dominion GRAM DICO
–
הָרִ֣אשֹׁנָ֔ה hā·ri·šō·nāh, former GRAM DICO
מַמְלֶ֖כֶת mam·le·ḵeṯ the kingdom GRAM DICO
לְבַ֥ת־ lə·ḇaṯ- of the daughter GRAM DICO
יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ yə·rū·šā·lim. of Jerusalem GRAM DICO

עַתָּ֕ה ‘at·tāh Now GRAM DICO
לָ֥מָּה lām·māh why GRAM DICO
תָרִ֖יעִי ṯā·rî·‘î do you cry GRAM DICO
רֵ֑עַ rê·a‘; aloud GRAM DICO
؟
הֲמֶ֣לֶךְ hă·me·leḵ [Is king GRAM DICO
אֵֽין־ ’ên- [there] no GRAM DICO
בָּ֗ךְ bāḵ, in your midst GRAM
אִֽם־ ’im- Has GRAM DICO
יוֹעֲצֵךְ֙ yō·w·‘ă·ṣêḵ your counselor GRAM DICO
אָבָ֔ד ’ā·ḇāḏ, perished GRAM DICO

כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
הֶחֱזִיקֵ֥ךְ he·ḥĕ·zî·qêḵ have seized you GRAM DICO
חִ֖יל ḥîl pangs GRAM DICO
כַּיּוֹלֵדָֽה׃ kay·yō·w·lê·ḏāh. like a woman in labor GRAM DICO

ח֧וּלִי ḥū·lî Be in pain GRAM DICO
､
וָגֹ֛חִי wā·ḡō·ḥî and labor to bring forth GRAM DICO
､
בַּת־ baṯ- daughter GRAM DICO
צִיּ֖וֹן ṣî·yō·wn of Zion GRAM DICO
､
כַּיּֽוֹלֵדָ֑ה kay·yō·w·lê·ḏāh; Like a woman in birth pangs GRAM DICO
–
כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
עַתָּה֩ ‘at·tāh now GRAM DICO
תֵצְאִ֨י ṯê·ṣə·’î you shall go forth GRAM DICO
מִקִּרְיָ֜ה miq·qir·yāh from the city GRAM DICO
､
וְשָׁכַ֣נְתְּ wə·šā·ḵant and You shall dwell GRAM DICO
בַּשָּׂדֶ֗ה baś·śā·ḏeh, in the field GRAM DICO
､
וּבָ֤את ū·ḇāṯ and you shall go GRAM DICO
עַד־ ‘aḏ- to GRAM DICO
בָּבֶל֙ bā·ḇel Babylon GRAM DICO
–
שָׁ֣ם šām there GRAM DICO
תִּנָּצֵ֔לִי tin·nā·ṣê·lî, you shall be delivered GRAM DICO
–
שָׁ֚ם m there GRAM DICO
יִגְאָלֵ֣ךְ yiḡ·’ā·lêḵ will redeem you GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO
מִכַּ֖ף mik·kap̄ from the hand GRAM DICO
אֹיְבָֽיִךְ׃ ’ō·yə·ḇā·yiḵ. of your enemies GRAM DICO
