וַיְהִ֛י way·hî And came GRAM DICO
דְּבַר־ də·ḇar- the word GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO
צְבָא֖וֹת ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ of hosts GRAM DICO
אֵלַ֥י ’ê·lay to me GRAM DICO
לֵאמֹֽר׃ lê·mōr. saying GRAM DICO

כֹּֽה־ kōh- thus GRAM DICO
אָמַ֞ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֣ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
צְבָא֗וֹת ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ, of hosts GRAM DICO
–
צ֣וֹם ṣō·wm the fast GRAM DICO
הָרְבִיעִ֡י hā·rə·ḇî·‘î of the fourth [month] GRAM DICO
וְצ֣וֹם wə·ṣō·wm and the fast GRAM DICO
הַחֲמִישִׁי֩ ha·ḥă·mî·šî of the fifth GRAM DICO
､
וְצ֨וֹם wə·ṣō·wm and the fast GRAM DICO
הַשְּׁבִיעִ֜י haš·šə·ḇî·‘î of the seventh GRAM DICO
､
וְצ֣וֹם wə·ṣō·wm and the fast GRAM DICO
הָעֲשִׂירִ֗י hā·‘ă·śî·rî, of the tenth GRAM DICO
､
יִהְיֶ֤ה yih·yeh shall be GRAM DICO
לְבֵית־ lə·ḇêṯ- for the house GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָה֙ yə·hū·ḏāh of Judah GRAM DICO
לְשָׂשׂ֣וֹן lə·śā·śō·wn joy GRAM DICO
וּלְשִׂמְחָ֔ה ū·lə·śim·ḥāh, and gladness GRAM DICO
､
וּֽלְמֹעֲדִ֖ים ū·lə·mō·‘ă·ḏîm and feasts GRAM DICO
–
טוֹבִ֑ים ṭō·w·ḇîm; cheerful GRAM DICO
וְהָאֱמֶ֥ת wə·hā·’ĕ·meṯ therefore truth GRAM DICO
וְהַשָּׁל֖וֹם wə·haš·šā·lō·wm and peace GRAM DICO
אֱהָֽבוּ׃ ’ĕ·hā·ḇū. love GRAM DICO

עַמִּ֔ים ‘am·mîm, Peoples GRAM DICO

וְיֹשְׁבֵ֖י wə·yō·šə·ḇê and Inhabitants GRAM DICO
עָרִ֥ים ‘ā·rîm of cities GRAM DICO
רַבּֽוֹת׃ rab·bō·wṯ. many GRAM DICO

וְֽהָלְכ֡וּ wə·hā·lə·ḵū And shall go GRAM DICO
יֹשְׁבֵי֩ yō·šə·ḇê the inhabitants GRAM DICO
אַחַ֨ת ’a·ḥaṯ of one [city] GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- to GRAM DICO
אַחַ֜ת ’a·ḥaṯ [another] one GRAM DICO
､
לֵאמֹ֗ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO
､
נֵלְכָ֤ה nê·lə·ḵāh let us go GRAM DICO
הָלוֹךְ֙ hā·lō·wḵ continue to GRAM DICO
לְחַלּוֹת֙ lə·ḥal·lō·wṯ and pray GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
פְּנֵ֣י pə·nê before GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
וּלְבַקֵּ֖שׁ ū·lə·ḇaq·qêš and seek GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֣ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
צְבָא֑וֹת ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ; of hosts GRAM DICO
–
אֵלְכָ֖ה ’ê·lə·ḵāh I will go GRAM DICO
גַּם־ gam- even GRAM DICO
אָֽנִי׃ ’ā·nî. I GRAM DICO

רַבִּים֙ rab·bîm many GRAM DICO
וְגוֹיִ֣ם wə·ḡō·w·yim and nations GRAM DICO
עֲצוּמִ֔ים ‘ă·ṣū·mîm, strong GRAM DICO
לְבַקֵּ֛שׁ lə·ḇaq·qêš to seek GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
צְבָא֖וֹת ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ of hosts GRAM DICO
בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם bî·rū·šā·lim; in Jerusalem GRAM DICO
､
וּלְחַלּ֖וֹת ū·lə·ḥal·lō·wṯ and to pray GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
פְּנֵ֥י pə·nê before GRAM DICO

בַּיָּמִ֣ים bay·yā·mîm in days GRAM DICO
הָהֵ֔מָּה hā·hêm·māh, those GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֤ר ’ă·šer that GRAM DICO
יַחֲזִ֙יקוּ֙ ya·ḥă·zî·qū shall take hold GRAM DICO
עֲשָׂרָ֣ה ‘ă·śā·rāh ten GRAM DICO
אֲנָשִׁ֔ים ’ă·nā·šîm, men GRAM DICO
מִכֹּ֖ל mik·kōl from every GRAM DICO
לְשֹׁנ֣וֹת lə·šō·nō·wṯ language GRAM DICO
הַגּוֹיִ֑ם hag·gō·w·yim; of the nations GRAM DICO
､
וְֽהֶחֱזִ֡יקוּ wə·he·ḥĕ·zî·qū and shall grasp GRAM DICO
בִּכְנַף֩ biḵ·nap̄ the sleeve GRAM DICO
אִ֨ישׁ ’îš of a man GRAM DICO
יְהוּדִ֜י yə·hū·ḏî a Jew GRAM DICO
､
לֵאמֹ֗ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO
､
נֵֽלְכָה֙ nê·lə·ḵāh let us go GRAM DICO
עִמָּכֶ֔ם ‘im·mā·ḵem, with you GRAM DICO
כִּ֥י kî for GRAM DICO
שָׁמַ֖עְנוּ šā·ma‘·nū we have heard GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהִ֥ים ’ĕ·lō·hîm [that] God [is] GRAM DICO
עִמָּכֶֽם׃ ‘im·mā·ḵem. with you GRAM DICO

עֵ֣ין ‘ên The eyes GRAM DICO
אָדָ֔ם ’ā·ḏām, of men GRAM DICO
､
וְכֹ֖ל wə·ḵōl and all GRAM DICO
שִׁבְטֵ֥י šiḇ·ṭê the tribes GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ yiś·rā·’êl. of Israel GRAM DICO

וְגַם־ wə·ḡam- and GRAM DICO
חֲמָ֖ת ḥă·māṯ [against] Hamath GRAM DICO
תִּגְבָּל־ tiḡ·bāl- [which] borders GRAM DICO
בָּ֑הּ bāh; on it GRAM
צֹ֣ר ṣōr and [against] Tyre GRAM DICO
､
וְצִיד֔וֹן wə·ṣî·ḏō·wn, and Sidon GRAM DICO
､
כִּ֥י kî though GRAM DICO
חָֽכְמָ֖ה ḥāḵ·māh they are wise GRAM DICO
מְאֹֽד׃ mə·’ōḏ. very GRAM DICO
