בּ֣וֹשִׁי bō·wō·šî Be ashamed GRAM DICO

אָמַ֣ר ’ā·mar has spoken GRAM DICO

､

יָ֔ם yām, the sea GRAM DICO

מָע֥וֹז mā·‘ō·wz the strength GRAM DICO

הַיָּ֖ם hay·yām of the sea GRAM DICO

､

לֵאמֹ֑ר lê·mōr; saying GRAM DICO

､

לֹֽא־ lō- not GRAM DICO

､

חַ֣לְתִּי ḥal·tî I do labor GRAM DICO

וְלֹֽא־ wə·lō- nor GRAM DICO

יָלַ֗דְתִּי yā·laḏ·tî, bring forth children GRAM DICO

､

וְלֹ֥א wə·lō and neither GRAM DICO

גִדַּ֛לְתִּי ḡid·dal·tî do I rear up GRAM DICO

בַּחוּרִ֖ים ba·ḥū·rîm young men GRAM DICO

､

רוֹמַ֥מְתִּי rō·w·mam·tî [Nor] bring GRAM DICO

בְתוּלֽוֹת׃ ḇə·ṯū·lō·wṯ. virgins GRAM DICO

Isaïe 23, 5

כַּֽאֲשֶׁר־ ka·’ă·šer- When GRAM DICO

שֵׁ֖מַע šê·ma‘ the report [reaches] GRAM DICO

לְמִצְרָ֑יִם lə·miṣ·rā·yim; Egypt GRAM DICO

､

יָחִ֖ילוּ yā·ḥî·lū they also will be in agony GRAM DICO

כְּשֵׁ֥מַע kə·šê·ma‘ at the report GRAM DICO

צֹֽר׃ ṣōr. of Tyre GRAM DICO

עִבְר֖וּ ‘iḇ·rū Cross over GRAM DICO

תַּרְשִׁ֑ישָׁה tar·šî·šāh; to Tarshish GRAM DICO

הֵילִ֖ילוּ hê·lî·lū Wail GRAM DICO

יֹ֥שְׁבֵי yō·šə·ḇê you inhabitants GRAM DICO

אִֽי׃ ’î. of the coastland GRAM DICO

הֲזֹ֥את hă·zōṯ [Is] this GRAM DICO

לָכֶ֖ם lā·ḵem your GRAM

עַלִּיזָ֑ה ‘al·lî·zāh; joyous [city] GRAM DICO

מִֽימֵי־ mî·mê- from days GRAM DICO

קֶ֤דֶם qe·ḏem ancient GRAM DICO

קַדְמָתָהּ֙ qaḏ·mā·ṯāh Whose antiquity [is] GRAM DICO

יֹבִל֣וּהָ yō·ḇi·lū·hā carried her GRAM DICO

רַגְלֶ֔יהָ raḡ·le·hā, Whose feet GRAM DICO

מֵֽרָח֖וֹק mê·rā·ḥō·wq far off GRAM DICO

לָגֽוּר׃ lā·ḡūr. to dwell GRAM DICO

מִ֚י mî Who GRAM DICO

יָעַ֣ץ yā·‘aṣ has taken counsel GRAM DICO

זֹ֔את zōṯ, this GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- against GRAM DICO

צֹ֖ר ṣōr Tyre GRAM DICO

הַמַּֽעֲטִירָ֑ה ham·ma·‘ă·ṭî·rāh; the crowning [city] GRAM DICO

אֲשֶׁ֤ר ’ă·šer Whose GRAM DICO

סֹחֲרֶ֙יה֙ sō·ḥă·reh merchants [are] GRAM DICO

שָׂרִ֔ים śā·rîm, princes GRAM DICO

､

כִּנְעָנֶ֖יהָ kin·‘ā·ne·hā Whose traders [are] GRAM DICO

נִכְבַּדֵּי־ niḵ·bad·dê- the honorable GRAM DICO

אָֽרֶץ׃ ’ā·reṣ. of the earth GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

צְבָא֖וֹת ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ of hosts GRAM DICO

יְעָצָ֑הּ yə·‘ā·ṣāh; has purposed it GRAM DICO

לְחַלֵּל֙ lə·ḥal·lêl to bring to dishonor GRAM DICO

גְּא֣וֹן gə·’ō·wn the pride GRAM DICO

כָּל־ kāl- of all GRAM DICO

צְבִ֔י ṣə·ḇî, glory GRAM DICO

､

לְהָקֵ֖ל lə·hā·qêl to bring into contempt GRAM DICO

כָּל־ kāl- all GRAM DICO

נִכְבַּדֵּי־ niḵ·bad·dê- the honorable GRAM DICO

אָֽרֶץ׃ ’ā·reṣ. of the earth GRAM DICO

Isaïe 23, 10

עִבְרִ֥י ‘iḇ·rî Overflow through GRAM DICO

אַרְצֵ֖ךְ ’ar·ṣêḵ your land GRAM DICO

כַּיְאֹ֑ר kay·’ōr; like the Nile GRAM DICO

､

בַּת־ baṯ- daughter GRAM DICO

תַּרְשִׁ֕ישׁ tar·šîš of Tarshish GRAM DICO

､

אֵ֖ין ’ên [There is] no GRAM DICO

מֵ֥זַח mê·zaḥ strength GRAM DICO

יָדוֹ֙ yā·ḏōw His hand GRAM DICO

נָטָ֣ה nā·ṭāh He stretched out GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- over GRAM DICO

הַיָּ֔ם hay·yām, the sea GRAM DICO

､

הִרְגִּ֖יז hir·gîz He shook GRAM DICO

מַמְלָכ֑וֹת mam·lā·ḵō·wṯ; the kingdoms GRAM DICO

–

יְהוָה֙ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

צִוָּ֣ה ṣiw·wāh has given a commandment GRAM DICO

אֶל־ ’el- against GRAM DICO

כְּנַ֔עַן kə·na·‘an, Canaan GRAM DICO

לַשְׁמִ֖ד laš·miḏ to destroy GRAM DICO

מָעֻזְנֶֽיהָ׃ mā·‘uz·ne·hā. its strongholds GRAM DICO

וַיֹּ֕אמֶר way·yō·mer And He said GRAM DICO

תוֹסִ֥יפִי ṯō·w·sî·p̄î You will GRAM DICO

ע֖וֹד ‘ō·wḏ more GRAM DICO

לַעְל֑וֹז la‘·lō·wz; rejoice GRAM DICO

הַֽמְעֻשָּׁקָ֞ה ham·‘uš·šā·qāh you oppressed GRAM DICO

בְּתוּלַ֣ת bə·ṯū·laṯ virgin GRAM DICO

､

בַּת־ baṯ- daughter GRAM DICO

צִיד֗וֹן ṣî·ḏō·wn, of Sidon GRAM DICO

[כתיים] kit·tî·yîm Cyprus GRAM

(כִּתִּים֙) kit·tîm to Cyprus GRAM DICO

–

ק֣וּמִי qū·mî Arise GRAM DICO

､

עֲבֹ֔רִי ‘ă·ḇō·rî, cross over GRAM DICO

גַּם־ gam- also GRAM DICO

שָׁ֖ם šām there GRAM DICO

לֹא־ lō- no GRAM DICO

יָנ֥וּחַֽ yā·nū·aḥ will have rest GRAM DICO

לָֽךְ׃ lāḵ. you GRAM

Isaïe 23, 13

הֵ֣ן ׀ hên Behold GRAM DICO

אֶ֣רֶץ ’e·reṣ the land GRAM DICO

כַּשְׂדִּ֗ים kaś·dîm, of the Chaldeans GRAM DICO

–

זֶ֤ה zeh this GRAM DICO

הָעָם֙ hā·‘ām people GRAM DICO

לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO

､

הָיָ֔ה hā·yāh, [which] was GRAM DICO

אַשּׁ֖וּר ’aš·šūr Assyria GRAM DICO

יְסָדָ֣הּ yə·sā·ḏāh founded it GRAM DICO

לְצִיִּ֑ים lə·ṣî·yîm; for wild beasts of the desert GRAM DICO

–

הֵקִ֣ימוּ hê·qî·mū they set up GRAM DICO

[בחיניו] ḇə·ḥî·nāw - GRAM

(בַחוּנָ֗יו) ḇa·ḥū·nāw, its towers GRAM DICO

עֹרְרוּ֙ ‘ō·rə·rū they raised up GRAM DICO

אַרְמְנוֹתֶ֔יהָ ’ar·mə·nō·w·ṯe·hā, its palaces GRAM DICO

שָׂמָ֖הּ śā·māh [And] brought it GRAM DICO

לְמַפֵּלָֽה׃ lə·map·pê·lāh. to ruin GRAM DICO
