Isaïe 57, 1

הַצַּדִּ֣יק haṣ·ṣad·dîq The righteous GRAM DICO

אָבָ֔ד ’ā·ḇāḏ, perishes GRAM DICO

､

וְאֵ֥ין wə·’ên and no GRAM DICO

אִ֖ישׁ ’îš man GRAM DICO

שָׂ֣ם śām takes [it] GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- to GRAM DICO

לֵ֑ב lêḇ; heart GRAM DICO

–

וְאַנְשֵׁי־ wə·’an·šê- and men GRAM DICO

חֶ֤סֶד ḥe·seḏ Merciful GRAM DICO

נֶֽאֱסָפִים֙ ne·’ĕ·sā·p̄îm [are] taken away GRAM DICO

､

בְּאֵ֣ין bə·’ên while no one GRAM DICO

מֵבִ֔ין mê·ḇîn, considers GRAM DICO

כִּֽי־ kî- that GRAM DICO

מִפְּנֵ֥י mip·pə·nê from GRAM DICO

הָרָעָ֖ה hā·rā·‘āh evil GRAM DICO

נֶאֱסַ֥ף ne·’ĕ·sap̄ is taken away GRAM DICO

הַצַּדִּֽיק׃ haṣ·ṣad·dîq. the righteous GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 2

יָב֣וֹא yā·ḇō·w He shall enter GRAM DICO

שָׁל֔וֹם šā·lō·wm, into peace GRAM DICO

–

יָנ֖וּחוּ yā·nū·ḥū they shall rest GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- in GRAM DICO

מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָ֑ם miš·kə·ḇō·w·ṯām; their beds GRAM DICO

､

הֹלֵ֖ךְ hō·lêḵ [Each one] walking GRAM DICO

נְכֹחֽוֹ׃ nə·ḵō·ḥōw. [in] his uprightness GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 3

וְאַתֶּ֥ם wə·’at·tem But You GRAM DICO

קִרְבוּ־ qir·ḇū- come GRAM DICO

הֵ֖נָּה hên·nāh here GRAM DICO

､

בְּנֵ֣י bə·nê sons GRAM DICO

עֹנְנָ֑ה ‘ō·nə·nāh; of the sorceress GRAM DICO

､

זֶ֥רַע ze·ra‘ You offspring GRAM DICO

מְנָאֵ֖ף mə·nā·’êp̄ of the adulterer GRAM DICO

וַתִּזְנֶֽה׃ wat·tiz·neh. and the harlot GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 4

עַל־ ‘al- Upon GRAM DICO

מִי֙ mî Whom GRAM DICO

תִּתְעַנָּ֔גוּ tiṯ·‘an·nā·ḡū, do you ridicule GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- Against GRAM DICO

מִ֛י mî whom GRAM DICO

תַּרְחִ֥יבוּ tar·ḥî·ḇū do you make a wide GRAM DICO

פֶ֖ה p̄eh mouth GRAM DICO

､

תַּאֲרִ֣יכוּ ta·’ă·rî·ḵū [And] stick out GRAM DICO

לָשׁ֑וֹן lā·šō·wn; the tongue GRAM DICO

הֲלֽוֹא־ hă·lō·w- [Are] not GRAM DICO

אַתֶּ֥ם ’at·tem you GRAM DICO

יִלְדֵי־ yil·ḏê- children GRAM DICO

פֶ֖שַׁע p̄e·ša‘ of transgression GRAM DICO

､

זֶ֥רַע ze·ra‘ Offspring GRAM DICO

שָֽׁקֶר׃ šā·qer. of falsehood GRAM DICO

הַנֵּֽחָמִים֙ han·nê·ḥā·mîm Inflaming yourselves GRAM DICO

בָּֽאֵלִ֔ים bā·’ê·lîm, with the oaks GRAM DICO

תַּ֖חַת ta·ḥaṯ under GRAM DICO

כָּל־ kāl- every GRAM DICO

עֵ֣ץ ‘êṣ tree GRAM DICO

､

רַעֲנָ֑ן ra·‘ă·nān; green GRAM DICO

שֹׁחֲטֵ֤י šō·ḥă·ṭê Slaying GRAM DICO

הַיְלָדִים֙ hay·lā·ḏîm the sons GRAM DICO

בַּנְּחָלִ֔ים ban·nə·ḥā·lîm, in the valleys GRAM DICO

תַּ֖חַת ta·ḥaṯ Under GRAM DICO

סְעִפֵ֥י sə·‘i·p̄ê the clefts GRAM DICO

הַסְּלָעִֽים׃ has·sə·lā·‘îm. of the rocks GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 6

בְּחַלְּקֵי־ bə·ḥal·lə·qê- Among the smooth [stones] GRAM DICO

נַ֣חַל na·ḥal of the stream GRAM DICO

חֶלְקֵ֔ךְ ḥel·qêḵ, [Is] your portion GRAM DICO

–

הֵ֥ם hêm they GRAM DICO

､

הֵ֖ם hêm [are] GRAM DICO

גּוֹרָלֵ֑ךְ gō·w·rā·lêḵ; your lot GRAM DICO

–

גַּם־ gam- Even GRAM DICO

לָהֶ֞ם lā·hem to them GRAM DICO

שָׁפַ֥כְתְּ šā·p̄aḵt you have poured GRAM DICO

נֶ֙סֶךְ֙ ne·seḵ a drink offering GRAM DICO

､

הֶעֱלִ֣ית he·‘ĕ·lîṯ You have offered GRAM DICO

מִנְחָ֔ה min·ḥāh, a grain offering GRAM DICO

הַ֥עַל ha·‘al In GRAM DICO

אֵ֖לֶּה ’êl·leh these GRAM DICO

אֶנָּחֵֽם׃ ’en·nā·ḥêm. Should I receive comfort GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 7

עַ֤ל ‘al On GRAM DICO

הַר־ har- a mountain GRAM DICO

גָּבֹ֙הַּ֙ gā·ḇō·ah high GRAM DICO

וְנִשָּׂ֔א wə·niś·śā, and high GRAM DICO

שַׂ֖מְתְּ śamt You have set GRAM DICO

מִשְׁכָּבֵ֑ךְ miš·kā·ḇêḵ; your bed GRAM DICO

גַּם־ gam- EVEN GRAM DICO

שָׁ֥ם šām there GRAM DICO

עָלִ֖ית ‘ā·lîṯ you went up GRAM DICO

לִזְבֹּ֥חַ liz·bō·aḥ to offer GRAM DICO

זָֽבַח׃ zā·ḇaḥ. sacrifice GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 8

וְאַחַ֤ר wə·’a·ḥar And behind GRAM DICO

הַדֶּ֙לֶת֙ had·de·leṯ the doors GRAM DICO

וְהַמְּזוּזָ֔ה wə·ham·mə·zū·zāh, and their posts GRAM DICO

שַׂ֖מְתְּ śamt You have set up GRAM DICO

זִכְרוֹנֵ֑ךְ ziḵ·rō·w·nêḵ; your remembrance GRAM DICO

–

כִּ֣י kî for GRAM DICO

מֵאִתִּ֞י mê·’it·tî than Me GRAM DICO

גִּלִּ֣ית gil·lîṯ you have uncovered yourself [to those other] GRAM DICO

וַֽתַּעֲלִ֗י wat·ta·‘ă·lî, and have gone up to them GRAM DICO

–

הִרְחַ֤בְתְּ hir·ḥaḇt You have enlarged GRAM DICO

מִשְׁכָּבֵךְ֙ miš·kā·ḇêḵ your bed GRAM DICO

､

וַתִּכְרָת־ wat·tiḵ·rāṯ- and made [a covenant] GRAM DICO

לָ֣ךְ lāḵ with GRAM

מֵהֶ֔ם mê·hem, them GRAM DICO

אָהַ֥בְתְּ ’ā·haḇt You have loved GRAM DICO

מִשְׁכָּבָ֖ם miš·kā·ḇām their bed GRAM DICO

יָ֥ד yāḏ where GRAM DICO

חָזִֽית׃ ḥā·zîṯ. you saw [their] nudity GRAM DICO

Isaïe 57, 9

וַתָּשֻׁ֤רִי wat·tā·šu·rî And You went GRAM DICO

לַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ lam·me·leḵ to the king GRAM DICO

בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן baš·še·men, with ointment GRAM DICO

､

וַתַּרְבִּ֖י wat·tar·bî and increased GRAM DICO

רִקֻּחָ֑יִךְ riq·qu·ḥā·yiḵ; your perfumes GRAM DICO

､

וַתְּשַׁלְּחִ֤י wat·tə·šal·lə·ḥî and You sent GRAM DICO

צִרַ֙יִךְ֙ ṣi·rayḵ your messengers GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- even to GRAM DICO

､

מֵ֣רָחֹ֔ק mê·rā·ḥōq, far off GRAM DICO

וַתַּשְׁפִּ֖ילִי wat·taš·pî·lî and [even] descended GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- to GRAM DICO

שְׁאֽוֹל׃ šə·’ō·wl. Sheol GRAM DICO
