Jérémie 20, 10
כִּ֣י kî For GRAM DICO
שָׁמַ֜עְתִּי šā·ma‘·tî I heard GRAM DICO
דִּבַּ֣ת dib·baṯ mocking GRAM DICO
רַבִּים֮ rab·bîm many GRAM DICO
､
מָג֣וֹר mā·ḡō·wr fear GRAM DICO
מִסָּבִיב֒ mis·sā·ḇîḇ on every side GRAM DICO
.
הַגִּ֙ידוּ֙ hag·gî·ḏū Report [they say] GRAM DICO
､
וְנַגִּידֶ֔נּוּ wə·nag·gî·ḏen·nū, and we will report it GRAM DICO
כֹּ֚ל kōl every GRAM DICO
אֱנ֣וֹשׁ ’ĕ·nō·wōš man GRAM DICO
שְׁלוֹמִ֔י šə·lō·w·mî, of my acquaintance GRAM DICO
שֹׁמְרֵ֖י šō·mə·rê watched for GRAM DICO
צַלְעִ֑י ṣal·‘î; my stumbling GRAM DICO
､
אוּלַ֤י ’ū·lay [saying] Perhaps GRAM DICO
יְפֻתֶּה֙ yə·p̄ut·teh he can be induced GRAM DICO
､
וְנ֣וּכְלָה wə·nū·ḵə·lāh and we will prevail GRAM DICO
ל֔וֹ lōw, against him GRAM
וְנִקְחָ֥ה wə·niq·ḥāh and we will take GRAM DICO
נִקְמָתֵ֖נוּ niq·mā·ṯê·nū our revenge GRAM DICO
מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ mim·men·nū. on him GRAM DICO

וַֽיהוָ֤ה Yah·weh But Yahweh [is] GRAM DICO
אוֹתִי֙ ’ō·w·ṯî with me GRAM DICO
כְּגִבּ֣וֹר kə·ḡib·bō·wr as a mighty GRAM DICO
עָרִ֔יץ ‘ā·rîṣ, awesome one GRAM DICO
–
עַל־ ‘al- upon GRAM DICO
כֵּ֛ן kên thus GRAM DICO
רֹדְפַ֥י rō·ḏə·p̄ay my persecutors GRAM DICO
יִכָּשְׁל֖וּ yik·kā·šə·lū will stumble GRAM DICO
､
וְלֹ֣א wə·lō and not GRAM DICO
יֻכָ֑לוּ yu·ḵā·lū; will prevail GRAM DICO
.
בֹּ֤שׁוּ bō·šū They will be ashamed GRAM DICO
–
מְאֹד֙ mə·’ōḏ greatly GRAM DICO
כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO
הִשְׂכִּ֔ילוּ hiś·kî·lū, they will prosper GRAM DICO
–
כְּלִמַּ֥ת kə·lim·maṯ [Their] confusion GRAM DICO
עוֹלָ֖ם ‘ō·w·lām everlasting GRAM DICO
לֹ֥א lō never GRAM DICO
תִשָּׁכֵֽחַ׃ ṯiš·šā·ḵê·aḥ. will be forgotten GRAM DICO

וַיהוָ֤ה Yah·weh But Yahweh GRAM DICO
צְבָאוֹת֙ ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ of hosts GRAM DICO
､
בֹּחֵ֣ן bō·ḥên You who test GRAM DICO
צַדִּ֔יק ṣad·dîq, the righteous GRAM DICO
､
רֹאֶ֥ה rō·’eh [And] see GRAM DICO
כְלָי֖וֹת ḵə·lā·yō·wṯ the mind GRAM DICO
וָלֵ֑ב wā·lêḇ; and heart GRAM DICO
､
אֶרְאֶ֤ה ’er·’eh let me see GRAM DICO
נִקְמָֽתְךָ֙ niq·mā·ṯə·ḵā Your vengeance GRAM DICO
מֵהֶ֔ם mê·hem, on them GRAM DICO
כִּ֥י kî for GRAM DICO
אֵלֶ֖יךָ ’ê·le·ḵā before You GRAM DICO
גִּלִּ֥יתִי gil·lî·ṯî I have pleaded GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
רִיבִֽי׃ rî·ḇî. my cause GRAM DICO

אֶבְי֖וֹן ’eḇ·yō·wn of the poor GRAM DICO
מִיַּ֥ד mî·yaḏ from the hand GRAM DICO
מְרֵעִֽים׃ mə·rê·‘îm. of evildoers GRAM DICO

יְלָדַ֥תְנִי yə·lā·ḏaṯ·nî bore me GRAM DICO
אִמִּ֖י ’im·mî my mother GRAM DICO
אַל־ ’al- not GRAM DICO
יְהִ֥י yə·hî let be GRAM DICO
בָרֽוּךְ׃ ḇā·rūḵ. blessed GRAM DICO

אָר֣וּר ’ā·rūr Let [be] cursed GRAM DICO
הָאִ֗ישׁ hā·’îš, the man GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֨ר ’ă·šer who GRAM DICO
בִּשַּׂ֤ר biś·śar brought news GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
אָבִי֙ ’ā·ḇî to my father GRAM DICO
､
לֵאמֹ֔ר lê·mōr, saying GRAM DICO
､
יֻֽלַּד־ yul·laḏ- has been born GRAM DICO
לְךָ֖ lə·ḵā to you GRAM
בֵּ֣ן bên child GRAM DICO
זָכָ֑ר zā·ḵār; a male GRAM DICO
שַׂמֵּ֖חַ śam·mê·aḥ very GRAM DICO
שִׂמֳּחָֽהוּ׃ śim·mo·ḥā·hū. Making him glad GRAM DICO

וְהָיָה֙ wə·hā·yāh And let be GRAM DICO
הָאִ֣ישׁ hā·’îš man GRAM DICO
הַה֔וּא ha·hū, that GRAM DICO
כֶּֽעָרִ֛ים ke·‘ā·rîm like the cities GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- which GRAM DICO
הָפַ֥ךְ hā·p̄aḵ overthrew GRAM DICO
､
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
וְלֹ֣א wə·lō and not GRAM DICO
–
נִחָ֑ם ni·ḥām; did relent GRAM DICO
וְשָׁמַ֤ע wə·šā·ma‘ and let him hear GRAM DICO
זְעָקָה֙ zə·‘ā·qāh the cry GRAM DICO
בַּבֹּ֔קֶר bab·bō·qer, in the morning GRAM DICO
､
וּתְרוּעָ֖ה ū·ṯə·rū·‘āh and the shouting GRAM DICO
בְּעֵ֥ת bə·‘êṯ at GRAM DICO
צָהֳרָֽיִם׃ ṣā·ho·rā·yim. noon GRAM DICO

אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer because GRAM DICO
לֹא־ lō- not GRAM DICO
מוֹתְתַ֖נִי mō·wṯ·ṯa·nî he did kill me GRAM DICO
מֵרָ֑חֶם mê·rā·ḥem; from the womb GRAM DICO
–
וַתְּהִי־ wat·tə·hî- that might have been GRAM DICO
לִ֤י lî to GRAM
אִמִּי֙ ’im·mî my mother GRAM DICO
קִבְרִ֔י qiḇ·rî, my grave GRAM DICO
､
וְרַחְמָ֖הֿ wə·raḥ·māh and her womb GRAM DICO
הֲרַ֥ת hă·raṯ pregnant GRAM DICO
עוֹלָֽם׃ ‘ō·w·lām. always enlarged [with me] GRAM DICO
