אַרְתַּחְשַׁ֔סְתְּא ’ar·taḥ·šast, Artaxerxes GRAM DICO
לְעֶזְרָ֥א lə·‘ez·rā Ezra GRAM DICO
הַכֹּהֵ֖ן hak·kō·hên the priest GRAM DICO

הַסֹּפֵ֑ר has·sō·p̄êr; the scribe GRAM DICO
､
סֹפֵ֞ר sō·p̄êr expert GRAM DICO
דִּבְרֵ֧י diḇ·rê in the words GRAM DICO
מִצְוֺת־ miṣ·wōṯ- of the commandments GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֛ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO

וְחֻקָּ֖יו wə·ḥuq·qāw and of His statutes GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- to GRAM DICO

מַלְכַיָּ֑א mal·ḵay·yā; of kings GRAM DICO
､
לְעֶזְרָ֣א lə·‘ez·rā to Ezra GRAM DICO
כָ֠הֲנָא ḵā·hă·nā priest the GRAM DICO

סָפַ֨ר sā·p̄ar a scribe GRAM DICO
דָּתָ֜א dā·ṯā of Law the GRAM DICO

מִתְנַדַּ֣ב miṯ·nad·daḇ those who volunteer GRAM DICO
בְּמַלְכוּתִי֩ bə·mal·ḵū·ṯî in my realm GRAM DICO

עַמָּ֨ה ‘am·māh people the GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל yiś·rā·’êl of Israel GRAM DICO
､
וְכָהֲנ֣וֹהִי wə·ḵā·hă·nō·w·hî and the priests GRAM DICO
וְלֵוָיֵ֗א wə·lê·wā·yê, and Levites GRAM DICO
､
לִמְהָ֧ךְ lim·hāḵ to go up GRAM DICO
לִֽירוּשְׁלֶ֛ם lî·rū·šə·lem to Jerusalem GRAM DICO
､
עִמָּ֖ךְ ‘im·māḵ with you GRAM DICO
יְהָֽךְ׃ yə·hāḵ. may go GRAM DICO

כָּל־ kāl- All GRAM DICO
קֳבֵ֗ל qo·ḇêl, according to GRAM DICO
דִּי֩ dî and whereas GRAM DICO
מִן־ min- of GRAM DICO
קֳדָ֨ם qo·ḏām by GRAM DICO
מַלְכָּ֜א mal·kā king the GRAM DICO
､
וְשִׁבְעַ֤ת wə·šiḇ·‘aṯ and seven GRAM DICO
יָעֲטֹ֙הִי֙ yā·‘ă·ṭō·hî his counselors GRAM DICO
､
שְׁלִ֔יחַ šə·lî·aḥ, you are being sent GRAM DICO
לְבַקָּרָ֥א lə·ḇaq·qā·rā to inquire GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- concerning GRAM DICO
יְה֖וּד yə·hūḏ Judah GRAM DICO
וְלִֽירוּשְׁלֶ֑ם wə·lî·rū·šə·lem; and Jerusalem GRAM DICO
､
בְּדָ֥ת bə·ḏāṯ with regard to the Law GRAM DICO
אֱלָהָ֖ךְ ’ĕ·lā·hāḵ of your God GRAM DICO
דִּ֥י dî which [is] GRAM DICO
בִידָֽךְ׃ ḇî·ḏāḵ. in your hand GRAM DICO

וּלְהֵיבָלָ֖ה ū·lə·hê·ḇā·lāh and [whereas you are] to carry GRAM DICO
כְּסַ֣ף kə·sap̄ the silver GRAM DICO
וּדְהַ֑ב ū·ḏə·haḇ; and gold GRAM DICO
､
דִּֽי־ dî- which GRAM DICO
מַלְכָּ֣א mal·kā king the GRAM DICO
וְיָעֲט֗וֹהִי wə·yā·‘ă·ṭō·w·hî, and his counselors GRAM DICO
הִתְנַדַּ֙בוּ֙ hiṯ·nad·da·ḇū have freely offered GRAM DICO
לֶאֱלָ֣הּ le·’ĕ·lāh to the God GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO
､
דִּ֥י dî whose GRAM DICO
בִֽירוּשְׁלֶ֖ם ḇî·rū·šə·lem in Jerusalem GRAM DICO
､
מִשְׁכְּנֵֽהּ׃ miš·kə·nêh. dwelling [is] GRAM DICO

וְכֹל֙ wə·ḵōl And [whereas] all GRAM DICO
כְּסַ֣ף kə·sap̄ the silver GRAM DICO
וּדְהַ֔ב ū·ḏə·haḇ, and gold GRAM DICO
דִּ֣י dî that GRAM DICO
תְהַשְׁכַּ֔ח ṯə·haš·kaḥ, you may find GRAM DICO
בְּכֹ֖ל bə·ḵōl in all GRAM DICO
מְדִינַ֣ת mə·ḏî·naṯ the province GRAM DICO
בָּבֶ֑ל bā·ḇel; of Babylon GRAM DICO
､
עִם֩ ‘im along with GRAM DICO
הִתְנַדָּב֨וּת hiṯ·nad·dā·ḇūṯ the freewill offering GRAM DICO
עַמָּ֤א ‘am·mā of people the GRAM DICO
וְכָֽהֲנַיָּא֙ wə·ḵā·hă·nay·yā and priests the GRAM DICO
､
מִֽתְנַדְּבִ֔ין miṯ·nad·də·ḇîn, [are to be] freely offered GRAM DICO
לְבֵ֥ית lə·ḇêṯ for the house GRAM DICO
אֱלָהֲהֹ֖ם ’ĕ·lā·hă·hōm of their God GRAM DICO
דִּ֥י dî that GRAM DICO
בִירוּשְׁלֶֽם׃ ḇî·rū·šə·lem. in Jerusalem GRAM DICO

קֳבֵ֣ל qo·ḇêl now GRAM DICO
דְּנָה֩ də·nāh therefore GRAM DICO
אָסְפַּ֨רְנָא ’ā·sə·par·nā diligently GRAM DICO
תִקְנֵ֜א ṯiq·nê buy GRAM DICO
בְּכַסְפָּ֣א bə·ḵas·pā with money GRAM DICO
דְנָ֗ה ḏə·nāh, this GRAM DICO
תּוֹרִ֤ין ׀ tō·w·rîn bulls GRAM DICO
､
דִּכְרִין֙ diḵ·rîn rams GRAM DICO
､
אִמְּרִ֔ין ’im·mə·rîn, and lambs GRAM DICO
､
וּמִנְחָתְה֖וֹן ū·min·ḥā·ṯə·hō·wn and with their grain offerings GRAM DICO
וְנִסְכֵּיה֑וֹן wə·nis·kê·hō·wn; and their drink offerings GRAM DICO
､
וּתְקָרֵ֣ב ū·ṯə·qā·rêḇ and offer GRAM DICO
הִמּ֔וֹ him·mōw, them GRAM DICO
עַֽל־ ‘al- on GRAM DICO
מַדְבְּחָ֔ה maḏ·bə·ḥāh, altar the GRAM DICO
דִּ֛י dî of GRAM DICO
בֵּ֥ית bêṯ the house GRAM DICO
אֱלָהֲכֹ֖ם ’ĕ·lā·hă·ḵōm of your God GRAM DICO
דִּ֥י dî that GRAM DICO
