אֲנִי֩ ’ă·nî I GRAM DICO
טֶ֨רֶם ṭe·rem but before GRAM DICO
אֲכַלֶּ֜ה ’ă·ḵal·leh had finished GRAM DICO
לְדַבֵּ֣ר lə·ḏab·bêr speaking GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- in GRAM DICO
לִבִּ֗י lib·bî, my heart GRAM DICO
､
וְהִנֵּ֨ה wə·hin·nêh behold GRAM DICO
､
רִבְקָ֤ה riḇ·qāh Rebekah GRAM DICO
יֹצֵאת֙ yō·ṣêṯ coming out GRAM DICO
､
וְכַדָּ֣הּ wə·ḵad·dāh and with her jar GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- on GRAM DICO
שִׁכְמָ֔הּ šiḵ·māh, her shoulder GRAM DICO
–
וַתֵּ֥רֶד wat·tê·reḏ and she went down GRAM DICO
הָעַ֖יְנָה hā·‘ay·nāh to the well GRAM DICO
､
וַתִּשְׁאָ֑ב wat·tiš·’āḇ; and drew [water] GRAM DICO
וָאֹמַ֥ר wā·’ō·mar and I said GRAM DICO
אֵלֶ֖יהָ ’ê·le·hā to her GRAM DICO
הַשְׁקִ֥ינִי haš·qî·nî let me drink GRAM DICO

נָֽא׃ nā. please GRAM DICO

וַתְּמַהֵ֗ר wat·tə·ma·hêr, And she made haste GRAM DICO
､
וַתּ֤וֹרֶד wat·tō·w·reḏ and let down GRAM DICO
כַּדָּהּ֙ kad·dāh her jar GRAM DICO
מֵֽעָלֶ֔יהָ mê·‘ā·le·hā, from her [shoulder] GRAM DICO
וַתֹּ֣אמֶר wat·tō·mer and said GRAM DICO
､
שְׁתֵ֔ה šə·ṯêh, Drink GRAM DICO
､
וְגַם־ wə·ḡam- and also GRAM DICO
גְּמַלֶּ֖יךָ gə·mal·le·ḵā your camels GRAM DICO
אַשְׁקֶ֑ה ’aš·qeh; I will give drink GRAM DICO
–
וָאֵ֕שְׁתְּ wā·’ê·šət So I drank GRAM DICO
､
וְגַ֥ם wə·ḡam and also GRAM DICO

הַגְּמַלִּ֖ים hag·gə·mal·lîm The camels GRAM DICO
הִשְׁקָֽתָה׃ hiš·qā·ṯāh. she gave a drink GRAM DICO

וָאֶשְׁאַ֣ל wā·’eš·’al And I asked GRAM DICO
אֹתָ֗הּ ’ō·ṯāh, her GRAM DICO
וָאֹמַר֮ wā·’ō·mar and said GRAM DICO

בַּת־ baṯ- the daughter GRAM DICO
מִ֣י mî of whom GRAM DICO
אַתְּ֒ ’at [are] you GRAM DICO

וַתֹּ֗אמֶר wat·tō·mer, and she said GRAM DICO
､
בַּת־ baṯ- the daughter GRAM DICO
בְּתוּאֵל֙ bə·ṯū·’êl of Bethuel GRAM DICO
､
בֶּן־ ben- son GRAM DICO
נָח֔וֹר nā·ḥō·wr, of Nahor GRAM DICO
､
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer whom GRAM DICO
יָֽלְדָה־ yā·lə·ḏāh- bore GRAM DICO
לּ֖וֹ lōw to him GRAM
מִלְכָּ֑ה mil·kāh; Milcah GRAM DICO

וָאָשִׂ֤ם wā·’ā·śim So I put GRAM DICO
הַנֶּ֙זֶם֙ han·ne·zem the ring GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- on GRAM DICO
אַפָּ֔הּ ’ap·pāh, her nose GRAM DICO
､
וְהַצְּמִידִ֖ים wə·haṣ·ṣə·mî·ḏîm and the bracelets GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- on GRAM DICO
יָדֶֽיהָ׃ yā·ḏe·hā. her wrists GRAM DICO

וָאֶקֹּ֥ד wā·’eq·qōḏ And I bowed my head GRAM DICO
､
וָֽאֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֖ה wā·’eš·ta·ḥă·weh and worshiped GRAM DICO
לַיהוָ֑ה Yah·weh; Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
וָאֲבָרֵ֗ךְ wā·’ă·ḇā·rêḵ, and blessed GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
יְהוָה֙ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵי֙ ’ĕ·lō·hê God GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנִ֣י ’ă·ḏō·nî of my master GRAM DICO
אַבְרָהָ֔ם ’aḇ·rā·hām, Abraham GRAM DICO
､
אֲשֶׁ֤ר ’ă·šer who GRAM DICO
הִנְחַ֙נִי֙ hin·ḥa·nî had led me GRAM DICO
בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ bə·ḏe·reḵ in the way GRAM DICO
אֱמֶ֔ת ’ĕ·meṯ, of truth GRAM DICO
､
לָקַ֛חַת lā·qa·ḥaṯ to take GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
בַּת־ baṯ- the daughter GRAM DICO
אֲחִ֥י ’ă·ḥî of brother GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנִ֖י ’ă·ḏō·nî of my master GRAM DICO
לִבְנֽוֹ׃ liḇ·nōw. for his son GRAM DICO

וְ֠עַתָּה wə·‘at·tāh Now GRAM DICO
אִם־ ’im- if GRAM DICO
יֶשְׁכֶ֨ם yeš·ḵem you will GRAM DICO
עֹשִׂ֜ים ‘ō·śîm deal GRAM DICO
חֶ֧סֶד ḥe·seḏ kindly GRAM DICO
וֶֽאֱמֶ֛ת we·’ĕ·meṯ and truly GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ- with GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנִ֖י ’ă·ḏō·nî my master GRAM DICO
､
הַגִּ֣ידוּ hag·gî·ḏū tell GRAM DICO
לִ֑י lî; me GRAM
､
וְאִם־ wə·’im- and if GRAM DICO
לֹ֕א lō not GRAM DICO
､
הַגִּ֣ידוּ hag·gî·ḏū tell GRAM DICO
לִ֔י lî, me GRAM
וְאֶפְנֶ֥ה wə·’ep̄·neh that I may turn GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- to GRAM DICO
יָמִ֖ין yā·mîn the right hand GRAM DICO

א֥וֹ ’ōw or GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- to GRAM DICO
שְׂמֹֽאל׃ śə·mōl. the left GRAM DICO

וַיַּ֨עַן way·ya·‘an And answered GRAM DICO
לָבָ֤ן lā·ḇān Laban GRAM DICO
וּבְתוּאֵל֙ ū·ḇə·ṯū·’êl and Bethuel GRAM DICO
וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ way·yō·mə·rū, and said GRAM DICO
､
מֵיְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh from Yahweh GRAM DICO
יָצָ֣א yā·ṣā comes GRAM DICO
הַדָּבָ֑ר had·dā·ḇār; the matter GRAM DICO
–
לֹ֥א lō cannot GRAM DICO
נוּכַ֛ל nū·ḵal we GRAM DICO
דַּבֵּ֥ר dab·bêr speak GRAM DICO
אֵלֶ֖יךָ ’ê·le·ḵā to you GRAM DICO
רַ֥ע ra‘ either bad GRAM DICO
אוֹ־ ’ōw- or GRAM DICO
טֽוֹב׃ ṭō·wḇ. good GRAM DICO

הִנֵּֽה־ hin·nêh- Behold GRAM DICO

רִבְקָ֥ה riḇ·qāh Rebekah GRAM DICO
לְפָנֶ֖יךָ lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā before you GRAM DICO
–
קַ֣ח qaḥ take [her] GRAM DICO
וָלֵ֑ךְ wā·lêḵ; and go GRAM DICO
､
וּתְהִ֤י ū·ṯə·hî and let her be GRAM DICO
אִשָּׁה֙ ’iš·šāh wife GRAM DICO
לְבֶן־ lə·ḇen- of the son GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנֶ֔יךָ ’ă·ḏō·ne·ḵā, of your master GRAM DICO
､
כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר ka·’ă·šer as GRAM DICO
דִּבֶּ֥ר dib·ber has spoken GRAM DICO
