וַיַּעֲבֹ֤ר way·ya·‘ă·ḇōr So went GRAM DICO
יוֹרָם֙ yō·w·rām Joram GRAM DICO
צָעִ֔ירָה ṣā·‘î·rāh, to Zair GRAM DICO
､
וְכָל־ wə·ḵāl and all GRAM DICO
הָרֶ֖כֶב hā·re·ḵeḇ his chariots GRAM DICO
עִמּ֑וֹ ‘im·mōw; with him GRAM DICO
וַֽיְהִי־ way·hî- and GRAM DICO
ה֞וּא hū he GRAM DICO
קָ֣ם qām rose GRAM DICO
לַ֗יְלָה lay·lāh, by night GRAM DICO
､
וַיַּכֶּ֨ה way·yak·keh and attacked GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
אֱד֜וֹם ’ĕ·ḏō·wm Edom GRAM DICO
הַסֹּבֵ֤יב has·sō·ḇêḇ who had surrounded GRAM DICO
אֵלָיו֙ ’ê·lāw him GRAM DICO
､
וְאֵת֙ wə·’êṯ and GRAM DICO
שָׂרֵ֣י śā·rê the captains GRAM DICO
הָרֶ֔כֶב hā·re·ḵeḇ, of the chariots GRAM DICO
–
וַיָּ֥נָס way·yā·nās and fled GRAM DICO
הָעָ֖ם hā·‘ām the troops GRAM DICO
לְאֹהָלָֽיו׃ lə·’ō·hā·lāw. to their tents GRAM DICO

וַיִּפְשַׁ֣ע way·yip̄·ša‘ Thus has been in revolt GRAM DICO
אֱד֗וֹם ’ĕ·ḏō·wm, Edom GRAM DICO
מִתַּ֙חַת֙ mit·ta·ḥaṯ against GRAM DICO
יַד־ yaḏ- authority GRAM DICO
יְהוּדָ֔ה yə·hū·ḏāh, of Judah GRAM DICO
עַ֖ד ‘aḏ to GRAM DICO
הַיּ֣וֹם hay·yō·wm day GRAM DICO

אֲבֹתָ֔יו ’ă·ḇō·ṯāw, his fathers GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּקָּבֵ֥ר way·yiq·qā·ḇêr and was buried GRAM DICO
עִם־ ‘im- with GRAM DICO
אֲבֹתָ֖יו ’ă·ḇō·ṯāw his fathers GRAM DICO
בְּעִ֣יר bə·‘îr in the City GRAM DICO
דָּוִ֑ד dā·wiḏ; of David GRAM DICO

וַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְ way·yim·lōḵ and reigned GRAM DICO
אֲחַזְיָ֥הוּ ’ă·ḥaz·yā·hū Ahaziah GRAM DICO

לְיוֹרָ֥ם lə·yō·w·rām of Jehoram GRAM DICO
בֶּן־ ben- son GRAM DICO
אַחְאָ֖ב ’aḥ·’āḇ of Ahab GRAM DICO
מֶ֣לֶךְ me·leḵ king GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל yiś·rā·’êl; of Israel GRAM DICO
מָלַ֛ךְ mā·laḵ began to reign GRAM DICO

אֲחַזְיָ֣הוּ ’ă·ḥaz·yā·hū Ahaziah [was] GRAM DICO
בְמָלְכ֔וֹ ḇə·mā·lə·ḵōw, when he became king GRAM DICO
–
וְשָׁנָ֣ה wə·šā·nāh and year GRAM DICO
אַחַ֔ת ’a·ḥaṯ, one GRAM DICO
מָלַ֖ךְ mā·laḵ he reigned GRAM DICO
בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם bî·rū·šā·lim; in Jerusalem GRAM DICO

אַחְאָ֔ב ’aḥ·’āḇ, of Ahab GRAM DICO
､
וַיַּ֧עַשׂ way·ya·‘aś and did GRAM DICO
הָרַ֛ע hā·ra‘ evil GRAM DICO
בְּעֵינֵ֥י bə·‘ê·nê in the sight GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO

כְּבֵ֣ית kə·ḇêṯ like the house GRAM DICO
אַחְאָ֑ב ’aḥ·’āḇ; of Ahab GRAM DICO
–
כִּ֛י kî for GRAM DICO
חֲתַ֥ן ḥă·ṯan the son-in-law GRAM DICO
בֵּית־ bêṯ- of the house GRAM DICO

מֶֽלֶךְ־ me·leḵ- king GRAM DICO
אֲרָ֖ם ’ă·rām of Syria GRAM DICO
בְּרָמֹ֣ת bə·rā·mōṯ at Ramoth Gilead GRAM DICO

גִּלְעָ֑ד gil·‘āḏ; Gilead GRAM DICO
וַיַּכּ֥וּ way·yak·kū and wounded GRAM DICO
