Isaïe 40, 23

הַנּוֹתֵ֥ן han·nō·w·ṯên He brings GRAM DICO

רוֹזְנִ֖ים rō·wz·nîm the princes GRAM DICO

לְאָ֑יִן lə·’ā·yin; to nothing GRAM DICO

שֹׁ֥פְטֵי šō·p̄ə·ṭê the judges GRAM DICO

אֶ֖רֶץ ’e·reṣ of the earth GRAM DICO

כַּתֹּ֥הוּ kat·tō·hū useless GRAM DICO

בָּהֶם֙ bā·hem on them GRAM

וַיִּבָ֔שׁוּ way·yi·ḇā·šū, and they will wither GRAM DICO

､

וּסְעָרָ֖ה ū·sə·‘ā·rāh and the whirlwind GRAM DICO

כַּקַּ֥שׁ kaq·qaš like stubble GRAM DICO

תִּשָּׂאֵֽם׃ tiś·śā·’êm. will take them away GRAM DICO

וּרְאוּ֙ ū·rə·’ū and see GRAM DICO

בָרָ֣א ḇā·rā has created GRAM DICO

אֵ֔לֶּה ’êl·leh, these [things] GRAM DICO

הַמּוֹצִ֥יא ham·mō·w·ṣî who brings out GRAM DICO

בְמִסְפָּ֖ר ḇə·mis·pār by number GRAM DICO

צְבָאָ֑ם ṣə·ḇā·’ām; their host GRAM DICO

לְכֻלָּם֙ lə·ḵul·lām them all GRAM DICO

בְּשֵׁ֣ם bə·šêm by name GRAM DICO

יִקְרָ֔א yiq·rā, He calls GRAM DICO

מֵרֹ֤ב mê·rōḇ by great GRAM DICO

אוֹנִים֙ ’ō·w·nîm His strength GRAM DICO

וְאַמִּ֣יץ wə·’am·mîṣ and strong GRAM DICO

כֹּ֔חַ kō·aḥ, [His] power GRAM DICO

נִסְתְּרָ֤ה nis·tə·rāh is hidden GRAM DICO

יָדַ֜עְתָּ yā·ḏa‘·tā you known GRAM DICO

שָׁמַ֗עְתָּ šā·ma‘·tā, have you heard GRAM DICO

לִתְבוּנָתֽוֹ׃ liṯ·ḇū·nā·ṯōw. His understanding GRAM DICO

נֹתֵ֥ן nō·ṯên He gives GRAM DICO

לַיָּעֵ֖ף lay·yā·‘êp̄ to the weak GRAM DICO

כֹּ֑חַ kō·aḥ; power GRAM DICO

וּלְאֵ֥ין ū·lə·’ên and to no GRAM DICO

אוֹנִ֖ים ’ō·w·nîm [those who have] strength GRAM DICO

עָצְמָ֥ה ‘ā·ṣə·māh might GRAM DICO

יַרְבֶּֽה׃ yar·beh. He increases GRAM DICO

Isaïe 40, 30

וְיִֽעֲפ֥וּ wə·yi·‘ă·p̄ū And Even shall faint GRAM DICO

נְעָרִ֖ים nə·‘ā·rîm the youths GRAM DICO

וְיִגָ֑עוּ wə·yi·ḡā·‘ū; and be weary GRAM DICO

וּבַחוּרִ֖ים ū·ḇa·ḥū·rîm and the young men GRAM DICO

כָּשׁ֥וֹל kā·šō·wl utterly GRAM DICO

יִכָּשֵֽׁלוּ׃ yik·kā·šê·lū. shall fall GRAM DICO

Isaïe 40, 31

וְקוֹיֵ֤ wə·qō·w·yê but those who wait on GRAM DICO

יְהוָה֙ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO

יַחֲלִ֣יפוּ ya·ḥă·lî·p̄ū shall renew GRAM DICO

כֹ֔חַ ḵō·aḥ, [their] strength GRAM DICO

–

יַעֲל֥וּ ya·‘ă·lū they shall mount up GRAM DICO

אֵ֖בֶר ’ê·ḇer with wings GRAM DICO

כַּנְּשָׁרִ֑ים kan·nə·šā·rîm; like eagles GRAM DICO

–

יָר֙וּצוּ֙ yā·rū·ṣū they shall run GRAM DICO

､

וְלֹ֣א wə·lō and not GRAM DICO

יִיגָ֔עוּ yî·ḡā·‘ū, be weary GRAM DICO

–

יֵלְכ֖וּ yê·lə·ḵū they shall walk GRAM DICO

､

וְלֹ֥א wə·lō and not GRAM DICO

יִיעָֽפוּ׃ yî·‘ā·p̄ū. faint GRAM DICO

יִגְּשׁוּ֙ yig·gə·šū let them come near GRAM DICO

–

אָ֣ז ’āz then GRAM DICO

יְדַבֵּ֔רוּ yə·ḏab·bê·rū, let them speak GRAM DICO

–

יַחְדָּ֖ו yaḥ·dāw together GRAM DICO

לַמִּשְׁפָּ֥ט lam·miš·pāṭ for judgment GRAM DICO

נִקְרָֽבָה׃ niq·rā·ḇāh. let us come near GRAM DICO
