Néhémie 7, 1

וַיְהִ֗י way·hî, And it was GRAM DICO

､

כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר ka·’ă·šer when GRAM DICO

נִבְנְתָה֙ niḇ·nə·ṯāh was built GRAM DICO

､

הַחוֹמָ֔ה ha·ḥō·w·māh, the wall GRAM DICO

וָאַעֲמִ֖יד wā·’a·‘ă·mîḏ and I had hung GRAM DICO

הַדְּלָת֑וֹת had·də·lā·ṯō·wṯ; the doors GRAM DICO

､

וַיִּפָּֽקְד֛וּ way·yip·pā·qə·ḏū and when had been appointed GRAM DICO

､

הַשּׁוֹעֲרִ֥ים haš·šō·w·‘ă·rîm the gatekeepers GRAM DICO

וְהַמְשֹׁרְרִ֖ים wə·ham·šō·rə·rîm and the singers GRAM DICO

וְהַלְוִיִּֽם׃ wə·hal·wî·yim. and the Levites GRAM DICO

Néhémie 7, 2

וָאֲצַוֶּ֞ה wā·’ă·ṣaw·weh That the charge GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- I gave GRAM DICO

חֲנָ֣נִי ḥă·nā·nî to Hanani GRAM DICO

אָחִ֗י ’ā·ḥî, my brother GRAM DICO

וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO

חֲנַנְיָ֛ה ḥă·nan·yāh Hananiah GRAM DICO

שַׂ֥ר śar the leader GRAM DICO

הַבִּירָ֖ה hab·bî·rāh of the citadel GRAM DICO

､

עַל־ ‘al- of GRAM DICO

יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם yə·rū·šā·lim; Jerusalem GRAM DICO

､

כִּי־ kî- for GRAM DICO

הוּא֙ hū he [was] GRAM DICO

כְּאִ֣ישׁ kə·’îš a man GRAM DICO

､

אֱמֶ֔ת ’ĕ·meṯ, faithful GRAM DICO

וְיָרֵ֥א wə·yā·rê and feared GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm God GRAM DICO

מֵרַבִּֽים׃ mê·rab·bîm. more than many GRAM DICO

Néhémie 7, 3

[ויאמר] way·yō·mer And GRAM

(וָאֹמַ֣ר) wā·’ō·mar I said GRAM DICO

לָהֶ֗ם lā·hem, to them GRAM

לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO

יִפָּֽתְח֞וּ yip·pā·ṯə·ḥū do let be opened GRAM DICO

שַׁעֲרֵ֤י ša·‘ă·rê the gates GRAM DICO

יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ yə·rū·šā·lim of Jerusalem GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- until GRAM DICO

חֹ֣ם ḥōm is hot GRAM DICO

הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ haš·še·meš, the sun GRAM DICO

וְעַ֨ד wə·‘aḏ and while GRAM DICO

הֵ֥ם hêm they GRAM DICO

עֹמְדִ֛ים ‘ō·mə·ḏîm stand [guard] GRAM DICO

יָגִ֥יפוּ yā·ḡî·p̄ū let them shut GRAM DICO

הַדְּלָת֖וֹת had·də·lā·ṯō·wṯ the doors GRAM DICO

､

וֶאֱחֹ֑זוּ we·’ĕ·ḥō·zū; and bar GRAM DICO

וְהַעֲמֵ֗יד wə·ha·‘ă·mêḏ, and appoint GRAM DICO

מִשְׁמְרוֹת֙ miš·mə·rō·wṯ guards from among GRAM DICO

יֹשְׁבֵ֣י yō·šə·ḇê the inhabitants GRAM DICO

יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם yə·rū·šā·lim, of Jerusalem GRAM DICO

､

אִ֚ישׁ ’îš one GRAM DICO

בְּמִשְׁמָר֔וֹ bə·miš·mā·rōw, at his watch station GRAM DICO

､

וְאִ֖ישׁ wə·’îš and another GRAM DICO

נֶ֥גֶד ne·ḡeḏ in front GRAM DICO

בֵּיתֽוֹ׃ bê·ṯōw. of his own house GRAM DICO

Néhémie 7, 4

וְהָעִ֞יר wə·hā·‘îr Now the city [was] GRAM DICO

רַחֲבַ֤ת ra·ḥă·ḇaṯ large GRAM DICO

יָדַ֙יִם֙ yā·ḏa·yim large GRAM DICO

וּגְדוֹלָ֔ה ū·ḡə·ḏō·w·lāh, and spacious GRAM DICO

､

וְהָעָ֥ם wə·hā·‘ām but the people [were] GRAM DICO

מְעַ֖ט mə·‘aṭ few GRAM DICO

בְּתוֹכָ֑הּ bə·ṯō·w·ḵāh; in it GRAM DICO

､

וְאֵ֥ין wə·’ên and not GRAM DICO

בָּתִּ֖ים bāt·tîm the houses GRAM DICO

בְּנוּיִֽם׃ bə·nū·yim. [were] rebuilt GRAM DICO

וַיִּתֵּ֤ן way·yit·tên And put it GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהַי֙ ’ĕ·lō·hay my God GRAM DICO

אֶל־ ’el- into GRAM DICO

לִבִּ֔י lib·bî, my heart GRAM DICO

וָאֶקְבְּצָ֞ה wā·’eq·bə·ṣāh and to gather GRAM DICO

אֶת־ ’eṯ- - GRAM DICO

הַחֹרִ֧ים ha·ḥō·rîm the nobles GRAM DICO

､

וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO

הַסְּגָנִ֛ים has·sə·ḡā·nîm the rulers GRAM DICO

､

וְאֶת־ wə·’eṯ- and GRAM DICO

הָעָ֖ם hā·‘ām the people GRAM DICO

､

לְהִתְיַחֵ֑שׂ lə·hiṯ·ya·ḥêś; that they might be registered by genealogy GRAM DICO

וָֽאֶמְצָ֗א wā·’em·ṣā, And I found GRAM DICO

סֵ֤פֶר sê·p̄er a register GRAM DICO

הַיַּ֙חַשׂ֙ hay·ya·ḥaś of the genealogy GRAM DICO

הָעוֹלִ֣ים hā·‘ō·w·lîm of those who had come up GRAM DICO

בָּרִאשׁוֹנָ֔ה bā·ri·šō·w·nāh, in the first [return] GRAM DICO

､

וָאֶמְצָ֖א wā·’em·ṣā and found GRAM DICO

כָּת֥וּב kā·ṯūḇ written GRAM DICO

בּֽוֹ׃ bōw. in it GRAM

אֵ֣לֶּה ׀ ’êl·leh These [are] GRAM DICO

הָעֹלִים֙ hā·‘ō·lîm who came back GRAM DICO

מִשְּׁבִ֣י miš·šə·ḇî from the captivity GRAM DICO

､

הַגּוֹלָ֔ה hag·gō·w·lāh, of those who had been carried away GRAM DICO

､

אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer whom GRAM DICO

הֶגְלָ֔ה heḡ·lāh, had carried away GRAM DICO

､

נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֖ר nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·neṣ·ṣar Nebuchadnezzar GRAM DICO

מֶ֣לֶךְ me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO

בָּבֶ֑ל bā·ḇel; of Babylon GRAM DICO

וַיָּשׁ֧וּבוּ way·yā·šū·ḇū and who returned GRAM DICO

לִֽירוּשָׁלִַ֛ם lî·rū·šā·lim to Jerusalem GRAM DICO

וְלִיהוּדָ֖ה wə·lî·hū·ḏāh and Judah GRAM DICO

､

אִ֥ישׁ ’îš everyone GRAM DICO

לְעִירֽוֹ׃ lə·‘î·rōw. to his city GRAM DICO

､

､

בִּלְשָׁ֛ן bil·šān Bilshan GRAM DICO

､

מִסְפֶּ֥רֶת mis·pe·reṯ Mispereth GRAM DICO

､

בִּגְוַ֖י biḡ·way Bigvai GRAM DICO

､

נְח֣וּם nə·ḥūm Nehum GRAM DICO

､

בַּעֲנָ֑ה ba·‘ă·nāh; and Baanah GRAM DICO

מִסְפַּ֕ר mis·par The number GRAM DICO

､

אַנְשֵׁ֖י ’an·šê of the men of GRAM DICO

עַ֥ם ‘am the people GRAM DICO

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ yiś·rā·’êl. of Israel GRAM DICO
