וַיְהִ֣י way·hî Moreover had GRAM DICO

מִלְחָמָ֖ה mil·ḥā·māh war GRAM DICO

בְּכֹ֣חַ bə·ḵō·aḥ with power GRAM DICO

､

חָ֑יִל ḥā·yil; mighty GRAM DICO

､

לַעְזֹ֥ר la‘·zōr to help GRAM DICO

לַמֶּ֖לֶךְ lam·me·leḵ the king GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- against GRAM DICO

הָאוֹיֵֽב׃ hā·’ō·w·yêḇ. the enemy GRAM DICO

וַיָּכֶן֩ way·yā·ḵen And prepared GRAM DICO

לָהֶ֨ם lā·hem for them GRAM DICO

עֻזִּיָּ֜הוּ ‘uz·zî·yā·hū Uzziah GRAM DICO

לְכָל־ lə·ḵāl for entire GRAM DICO

הַצָּבָ֗א haṣ·ṣā·ḇā, the army GRAM DICO

מָגִנִּ֤ים mā·ḡin·nîm shields GRAM DICO

וּרְמָחִים֙ ū·rə·mā·ḥîm and spears GRAM DICO

､

וְכ֣וֹבָעִ֔ים wə·ḵō·w·ḇā·‘îm, and helmets GRAM DICO

､

וְשִׁרְיֹנ֖וֹת wə·šir·yō·nō·wṯ and body armor GRAM DICO

､

וּקְשָׁת֑וֹת ū·qə·šā·ṯō·wṯ; and bows GRAM DICO

､

וּלְאַבְנֵ֖י ū·lə·’aḇ·nê and stones GRAM DICO

קְלָעִֽים׃ qə·lā·‘îm. slings [to cast] GRAM DICO

II Chroniques 26, 15

וַיַּ֣עַשׂ ׀ way·ya·‘aś And he made GRAM DICO

בִּירוּשָׁלִַ֨ם bî·rū·šā·lim in Jerusalem GRAM DICO

חִשְּׁבֹנ֜וֹת ḥiš·šə·ḇō·nō·wṯ devices GRAM DICO

מַחֲשֶׁ֣בֶת ma·ḥă·še·ḇeṯ invented by GRAM DICO

חוֹשֵׁ֗ב ḥō·wō·šêḇ, skillful men GRAM DICO

､

לִהְי֤וֹת lih·yō·wṯ to be GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- on GRAM DICO

הַמִּגְדָּלִים֙ ham·miḡ·dā·lîm the towers GRAM DICO

וְעַל־ wə·‘al- and GRAM DICO

הַפִּנּ֔וֹת hap·pin·nō·wṯ, the corners GRAM DICO

､

לִירוֹא֙ lî·rō·w to shoot GRAM DICO

בַּֽחִצִּ֔ים ba·ḥiṣ·ṣîm, arrows GRAM DICO

וּבָאֲבָנִ֖ים ū·ḇā·’ă·ḇā·nîm and stones GRAM DICO

גְּדֹל֑וֹת gə·ḏō·lō·wṯ; large GRAM DICO

וַיֵּצֵ֤א way·yê·ṣê so spread GRAM DICO

שְׁמוֹ֙ šə·mōw his fame GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- even to GRAM DICO

–

לְמֵ֣רָח֔וֹק lə·mê·rā·ḥō·wq, far [and wide] GRAM DICO

כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO

הִפְלִ֥יא hip̄·lî he was marvelously GRAM DICO

לְהֵעָזֵ֖ר lə·hê·‘ā·zêr helped GRAM DICO

､

עַ֥ד ‘aḏ until GRAM DICO

כִּֽי־ kî- till GRAM DICO

חָזָֽק׃ ḥā·zāq. he became strong GRAM DICO

II Chroniques 26, 16

וּכְחֶזְקָת֗וֹ ū·ḵə·ḥez·qā·ṯōw, But when he was strong GRAM DICO

גָּבַ֤הּ gā·ḇah was lifted up GRAM DICO

לִבּוֹ֙ lib·bōw his heart GRAM DICO

עַד־ ‘aḏ- to GRAM DICO

לְהַשְׁחִ֔ית lə·haš·ḥîṯ, [his] destruction GRAM DICO

–

וַיִּמְעַ֖ל way·yim·‘al for he transgressed GRAM DICO

בַּיהוָ֣ה Yah·weh against Yahweh GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהָ֑יו ’ĕ·lō·hāw; his God GRAM DICO

､

וַיָּבֹא֙ way·yā·ḇō and by entering GRAM DICO

אֶל־ ’el- into GRAM DICO

הֵיכַ֣ל hê·ḵal the temple GRAM DICO

יְהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, of Yahweh GRAM DICO

לְהַקְטִ֖יר lə·haq·ṭîr to burn incense GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- on GRAM DICO

מִזְבַּ֥ח miz·baḥ the altar GRAM DICO

הַקְּטֹֽרֶת׃ haq·qə·ṭō·reṯ. of incense GRAM DICO

II Chroniques 26, 17

וַיָּבֹ֥א way·yā·ḇō So went in GRAM DICO

אַחֲרָ֖יו ’a·ḥă·rāw after him GRAM DICO

עֲזַרְיָ֣הוּ ‘ă·zar·yā·hū Azariah GRAM DICO

הַכֹּהֵ֑ן hak·kō·hên; the priest GRAM DICO

וְעִמּ֞וֹ wə·‘im·mōw and with him GRAM DICO

כֹּהֲנִ֧ים ׀ kō·hă·nîm priests GRAM DICO

לַיהוָ֛ה Yah·weh of Yahweh GRAM DICO

שְׁמוֹנִ֖ים šə·mō·w·nîm eighty GRAM DICO

בְּנֵי־ bə·nê- were men GRAM DICO

חָֽיִל׃ ḥā·yil. valiant GRAM DICO

וַיַּעַמְד֞וּ way·ya·‘am·ḏū and they withstood GRAM DICO

עַל־ ‘al- upon GRAM DICO

עֻזִּיָּ֣הוּ ‘uz·zî·yā·hū Uzziah GRAM DICO

הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ ham·me·leḵ, King GRAM DICO

､

וַיֹּ֤אמְרוּ way·yō·mə·rū and said GRAM DICO

לוֹ֙ lōw to him GRAM

לֹא־ lō- [it is] not GRAM DICO

לְךָ֣ lə·ḵā for you GRAM

עֻזִּיָּ֗הוּ ‘uz·zî·yā·hū, Uzziah GRAM DICO

､

לְהַקְטִיר֙ lə·haq·ṭîr to burn incense GRAM DICO

לַֽיהוָ֔ה Yah·weh, to Yahweh GRAM DICO

､

כִּ֣י kî but GRAM DICO

לַכֹּהֲנִ֧ים lak·kō·hă·nîm for the priests GRAM DICO

בְּנֵי־ bə·nê- the sons GRAM DICO

אַהֲרֹ֛ן ’a·hă·rōn of Aaron GRAM DICO

､

הַמְקֻדָּשִׁ֖ים ham·qud·dā·šîm who are consecrated GRAM DICO

לְהַקְטִ֑יר lə·haq·ṭîr; to burn incense GRAM DICO

–

צֵ֤א ṣê Get out GRAM DICO

מִן־ min- of GRAM DICO

הַמִּקְדָּשׁ֙ ham·miq·dāš the sanctuary GRAM DICO

–

כִּ֣י kî for GRAM DICO

מָעַ֔לְתָּ mā·‘al·tā, you have trespassed GRAM DICO

–

וְלֹֽא־ wə·lō- and [shall have] no GRAM DICO

לְךָ֥ lə·ḵā You GRAM

לְכָב֖וֹד lə·ḵā·ḇō·wḏ honor GRAM DICO

מֵיְהוָ֥ה Yah·weh from Yahweh GRAM DICO

אֱלֹהִֽים׃ ’ĕ·lō·hîm. God GRAM DICO
