Isaïe 48, 14
הִקָּבְצ֤וּ hiq·qā·ḇə·ṣū Assemble yourselves GRAM DICO
､
כֻלְּכֶם֙ ḵul·lə·ḵem all of you GRAM DICO
וּֽשֲׁמָ֔עוּ ū·šă·mā·‘ū, and hear GRAM DICO
–
מִ֥י mî who GRAM DICO
בָהֶ֖ם ḇā·hem among them GRAM
הִגִּ֣יד hig·gîḏ has declared GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
אֵ֑לֶּה ’êl·leh; these [things] GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֣ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֲהֵב֔וֹ ’ă·hê·ḇōw, loves him GRAM DICO
יַעֲשֶׂ֤ה ya·‘ă·śeh He shall do GRAM DICO
חֶפְצוֹ֙ ḥep̄·ṣōw His pleasure GRAM DICO
בְּבָבֶ֔ל bə·ḇā·ḇel, on Babylon GRAM DICO
､
וּזְרֹע֖וֹ ū·zə·rō·‘ōw and His arm [shall be] GRAM DICO
כַּשְׂדִּֽים׃ kaś·dîm. [against] the Chaldeans GRAM DICO

Isaïe 48, 15
אֲנִ֥י ’ă·nî I GRAM DICO
אֲנִ֛י ’ă·nî [even] I GRAM DICO
､
דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי dib·bar·tî have spoken GRAM DICO
–
אַף־ ’ap̄- Yes GRAM DICO
､
קְרָאתִ֑יו qə·rā·ṯîw; I have called him GRAM DICO
הֲבִיאֹתִ֖יו hă·ḇî·’ō·ṯîw I have brought him GRAM DICO
וְהִצְלִ֥יחַ wə·hiṣ·lî·aḥ and will prosper GRAM DICO
דַּרְכּֽוֹ׃ dar·kōw. his way GRAM DICO

קִרְב֧וּ qir·ḇū Come near GRAM DICO
אֵלַ֣י ’ê·lay to Me GRAM DICO
שִׁמְעוּ־ šim·‘ū- hear GRAM DICO
זֹ֗את zōṯ, this GRAM DICO
–
לֹ֤א lō not GRAM DICO
מֵרֹאשׁ֙ mê·rōš from the beginning GRAM DICO
–
בַּסֵּ֣תֶר bas·sê·ṯer in secret GRAM DICO
דִּבַּ֔רְתִּי dib·bar·tî, I have spoken GRAM DICO
מֵעֵ֥ת mê·‘êṯ from the time GRAM DICO
הֱיוֹתָ֖הּ hĕ·yō·w·ṯāh that it was GRAM DICO
､
שָׁ֣ם šām there GRAM DICO
אָ֑נִי ’ā·nî; I [was] GRAM DICO
–
וְעַתָּ֗ה wə·‘at·tāh, now GRAM DICO
אֲדֹנָ֧י ’ă·ḏō·nāy the Lord GRAM DICO
יְהוִ֛ה Yah·weh GOD GRAM DICO
､
שְׁלָחַ֖נִי šə·lā·ḥa·nî have sent Me GRAM DICO
וְרוּחֽוֹ׃ wə·rū·ḥōw. and His Spirit GRAM DICO

כֹּֽה־ kōh- thus GRAM DICO
אָמַ֧ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֛ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
גֹּאַלְךָ֖ gō·’al·ḵā your Redeemer GRAM DICO
､
קְד֣וֹשׁ qə·ḏō·wōš the Holy one GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל yiś·rā·’êl; of Israel GRAM DICO
–
אֲנִ֨י ’ă·nî I [am] GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֤ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā your God GRAM DICO
מְלַמֶּדְךָ֣ mə·lam·meḏ·ḵā who teaches you GRAM DICO
לְהוֹעִ֔יל lə·hō·w·‘îl, to profit GRAM DICO
､
מַדְרִֽיכֲךָ֖ maḏ·rî·ḵă·ḵā who leads you GRAM DICO
בְּדֶ֥רֶךְ bə·ḏe·reḵ by the way GRAM DICO
תֵּלֵֽךְ׃ tê·lêḵ. you should go GRAM DICO

Isaïe 48, 18
ל֥וּא lū Oh that GRAM DICO
הִקְשַׁ֖בְתָּ hiq·šaḇ·tā you had heeded GRAM DICO
לְמִצְוֺתָ֑י lə·miṣ·wō·ṯāy; My commandments GRAM DICO
!
וַיְהִ֤י way·hî and would have been GRAM DICO
כַנָּהָר֙ ḵan·nā·hār like a river GRAM DICO
､
שְׁלוֹמֶ֔ךָ šə·lō·w·me·ḵā, your peace GRAM DICO
וְצִדְקָתְךָ֖ wə·ṣiḏ·qā·ṯə·ḵā and your righteousness GRAM DICO
כְּגַלֵּ֥י kə·ḡal·lê like the waves GRAM DICO
הַיָּֽם׃ hay·yām. of the sea GRAM DICO

Isaïe 48, 19
וַיְהִ֤י way·hî And would have been GRAM DICO
כַחוֹל֙ ḵa·ḥō·wl like the sand GRAM DICO
､
זַרְעֶ֔ךָ zar·‘e·ḵā, Your descendants GRAM DICO
וְצֶאֱצָאֵ֥י wə·ṣe·’ĕ·ṣā·’ê and the offspring GRAM DICO
מֵעֶ֖יךָ mê·‘e·ḵā of your body GRAM DICO
כִּמְעֹתָ֑יו kim·‘ō·ṯāw; like the grains of sand GRAM DICO
לֹֽא־ lō- not GRAM DICO
יִכָּרֵ֧ת yik·kā·rêṯ would have been cut off GRAM DICO
וְֽלֹא־ wə·lō- nor GRAM DICO
יִשָּׁמֵ֛ד yiš·šā·mêḏ destroyed GRAM DICO
שְׁמ֖וֹ šə·mōw His name GRAM DICO
מִלְּפָנָֽי׃ mil·lə·p̄ā·nāy. from before Me GRAM DICO

צְא֣וּ ṣə·’ū Go forth GRAM DICO
מִבָּבֶל֮ mib·bā·ḇel from Babylon GRAM DICO
בִּרְח֣וּ bir·ḥū Flee GRAM DICO
מִכַּשְׂדִּים֒ mik·kaś·dîm from the Chaldeans GRAM DICO
בְּק֣וֹל bə·qō·wl with a voice GRAM DICO
רִנָּ֗ה rin·nāh, of singing GRAM DICO
הַגִּ֤ידוּ hag·gî·ḏū Declare GRAM DICO
הַשְׁמִ֙יעוּ֙ haš·mî·‘ū proclaim GRAM DICO
זֹ֔את zōṯ, this GRAM DICO
､
הוֹצִיא֖וּהָ hō·w·ṣî·’ū·hā Utter it GRAM DICO
עַד־ ‘aḏ- to GRAM DICO
קְצֵ֣ה qə·ṣêh the end GRAM DICO
הָאָ֑רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ; of the earth GRAM DICO
–
אִמְר֕וּ ’im·rū Say GRAM DICO
גָּאַ֥ל gā·’al has redeemed GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
עַבְדּ֥וֹ ‘aḇ·dōw His servant GRAM DICO
יַעֲקֹֽב׃ ya·‘ă·qōḇ. Jacob GRAM DICO

וְלֹ֣א wə·lō And not GRAM DICO
צָמְא֗וּ ṣā·mə·’ū, they did thirst GRAM DICO
בָּחֳרָבוֹת֙ bā·ḥo·rā·ḇō·wṯ through the deserts GRAM DICO
.
הֽוֹלִיכָ֔ם hō·w·lî·ḵām, When He led them GRAM DICO
מַ֥יִם ma·yim the waters GRAM DICO
מִצּ֖וּר miṣ·ṣūr from the rock GRAM DICO
הִזִּ֣יל hiz·zîl He caused to flow GRAM DICO
לָ֑מוֹ lā·mōw; for them GRAM
וַיִּ֨בְקַע־ way·yiḇ·qa‘- and He split GRAM DICO
צ֔וּר ṣūr, the rock GRAM DICO
וַיָּזֻ֖בוּ way·yā·zu·ḇū and gushed out GRAM DICO
מָֽיִם׃ mā·yim. the waters GRAM DICO

אֵ֣ין ’ên [There is] no GRAM DICO
שָׁל֔וֹם šā·lō·wm, peace GRAM DICO
､
אָמַ֥ר ’ā·mar says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
､
לָרְשָׁעִֽים׃ lā·rə·šā·‘îm. for the wicked GRAM DICO
