הַמְּצֻר֑וֹת ham·mə·ṣu·rō·wṯ; the strongholds GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּתֵּ֤ן way·yit·tên and put GRAM DICO
בָּהֶם֙ bā·hem in them GRAM
נְגִידִ֔ים nə·ḡî·ḏîm, captains GRAM DICO
וְאֹצְר֥וֹת wə·’ō·ṣə·rō·wṯ and stores GRAM DICO
מַאֲכָ֖ל ma·’ă·ḵāl of food GRAM DICO
､
וְשֶׁ֥מֶן wə·še·men and oil GRAM DICO
וָיָֽיִן׃ wā·yā·yin. and wine GRAM DICO

וּבְכָל־ ū·ḇə·ḵāl And in every GRAM DICO

､
לְהַרְבֵּ֣ה lə·har·bêh greatly GRAM DICO
מְאֹ֑ד mə·’ōḏ; very GRAM DICO
וַיְהִי־ way·hî- and having GRAM DICO
ל֖וֹ lōw on his side GRAM
יְהוּדָ֥ה yə·hū·ḏāh Judah GRAM DICO
וּבִנְיָמִֽן׃ ū·ḇin·yā·min. and Benjamin GRAM DICO

וְהַכֹּהֲנִים֙ wə·hak·kō·hă·nîm And the priests GRAM DICO
וְהַלְוִיִּ֔ם wə·hal·wî·yim, and the Levites GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֖ר ’ă·šer who [were] GRAM DICO
בְּכָל־ bə·ḵāl in all GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל yiś·rā·’êl; Israel GRAM DICO
הִֽתְיַצְּב֥וּ hiṯ·yaṣ·ṣə·ḇū took their stand GRAM DICO

מִכָּל־ mik·kāl from all GRAM DICO

עָזְב֣וּ ‘ā·zə·ḇū left GRAM DICO
הַלְוִיִּ֗ם hal·wî·yim, the Levites GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
מִגְרְשֵׁיהֶם֙ miḡ·rə·šê·hem their common-lands GRAM DICO
וַאֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם wa·’ă·ḥuz·zā·ṯām, and their possessions GRAM DICO
､
וַיֵּלְכ֥וּ way·yê·lə·ḵū and came GRAM DICO
לִיהוּדָ֖ה lî·hū·ḏāh to Judah GRAM DICO
וְלִֽירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם wə·lî·rū·šā·lim; and Jerusalem GRAM DICO
､
כִּֽי־ kî- for GRAM DICO
הִזְנִיחָ֤ם hiz·nî·ḥām had rejected them GRAM DICO
יָֽרָבְעָם֙ yā·rā·ḇə·‘ām Jeroboam GRAM DICO
וּבָנָ֔יו ū·ḇā·nāw, and his sons GRAM DICO
מִכַּהֵ֖ן mik·ka·hên from serving as priests GRAM DICO
לַיהוָֽה׃ Yah·weh. to Yahweh GRAM DICO

וַיַּֽעֲמֶד־ way·ya·‘ă·meḏ- And he appointed GRAM DICO
לוֹ֙ lōw for himself GRAM
כֹּֽהֲנִ֔ים kō·hă·nîm, priests GRAM DICO
לַבָּמ֖וֹת lab·bā·mō·wṯ for the high places GRAM DICO
､
וְלַשְּׂעִירִ֑ים wə·laś·śə·‘î·rîm; for the demons GRAM DICO
､
וְלָעֲגָלִ֖ים wə·lā·‘ă·ḡā·lîm and the calf idols GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ’ă·šer which GRAM DICO
עָשָֽׂה׃ ‘ā·śāh. he had made GRAM DICO

מִכֹּל֙ mik·kōl those from all GRAM DICO
שִׁבְטֵ֣י šiḇ·ṭê the tribes GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yiś·rā·’êl, of Israel GRAM DICO
הַנֹּֽתְנִים֙ han·nō·ṯə·nîm such as set GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
לְבָבָ֔ם lə·ḇā·ḇām, their heart GRAM DICO
לְבַקֵּ֕שׁ lə·ḇaq·qêš to seek GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֣י ’ĕ·lō·hê God GRAM DICO
יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל yiś·rā·’êl; of Israel GRAM DICO
בָּ֚אוּ bā·’ū came GRAM DICO
יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם yə·rū·šā·lim, to Jerusalem GRAM DICO
､
לִזְבּ֕וֹחַ liz·bō·w·aḥ to sacrifice GRAM DICO
לַיהוָ֖ה Yah·weh to Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֥י ’ĕ·lō·hê God GRAM DICO
אֲבוֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ ’ă·ḇō·w·ṯê·hem. of their fathers GRAM DICO

וַֽיְאַמְּצ֛וּ way·’am·mə·ṣū and made strong GRAM DICO
､
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
רְחַבְעָ֥ם rə·ḥaḇ·‘ām Rehoboam GRAM DICO
בֶּן־ ben- son GRAM DICO
שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה šə·lō·mōh of Solomon GRAM DICO
לְשָׁנִ֣ים lə·šā·nîm for years GRAM DICO
､
שָׁל֑וֹשׁ šā·lō·wōš; three GRAM DICO
כִּ֣י kî because GRAM DICO
הָֽלְכ֗וּ hā·lə·ḵū, they walked GRAM DICO
בְּדֶ֧רֶךְ bə·ḏe·reḵ in the way GRAM DICO
דָּוִ֛יד dā·wîḏ of David GRAM DICO
וּשְׁלֹמֹ֖ה ū·šə·lō·mōh and Solomon GRAM DICO
לְשָׁנִ֥ים lə·šā·nîm for years GRAM DICO
