Isaïe 31, 9
וְסַלְעוֹ֙ wə·sal·‘ōw And to his stronghold GRAM DICO
מִמָּג֣וֹר mim·mā·ḡō·wr for fear GRAM DICO
､
יַֽעֲב֔וֹר ya·‘ă·ḇō·wr, He shall cross over GRAM DICO
וְחַתּ֥וּ wə·ḥat·tū and shall be afraid GRAM DICO
מִנֵּ֖ס min·nês of the banner GRAM DICO
､
שָׂרָ֑יו śā·rāw; his princes GRAM DICO
נְאֻם־ nə·’um- says GRAM DICO
יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֲשֶׁר־ ’ă·šer- Whose GRAM DICO
א֥וּר ’ūr fire [is] GRAM DICO
לוֹ֙ lōw to GRAM
בְּצִיּ֔וֹן bə·ṣî·yō·wn, in Zion GRAM DICO
､
וְתַנּ֥וּר wə·ṯan·nūr and furnace [is] GRAM DICO
ל֖וֹ lōw whose GRAM
בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ bî·rū·šā·lim. in Jerusalem GRAM DICO

הֵ֥ן hên Behold GRAM DICO
､
לְצֶ֖דֶק lə·ṣe·ḏeq in righteousness GRAM DICO
､
יִמְלָךְ־ yim·lāḵ- will reign GRAM DICO
מֶ֑לֶךְ me·leḵ; a king GRAM DICO
וּלְשָׂרִ֖ים ū·lə·śā·rîm and princes GRAM DICO
לְמִשְׁפָּ֥ט lə·miš·pāṭ with justice GRAM DICO
יָשֹֽׂרוּ׃ yā·śō·rū. will rule GRAM DICO

Isaïe 32, 2
וְהָיָה־ wə·hā·yāh- And will be GRAM DICO
אִ֥ישׁ ’îš a man GRAM DICO
כְּמַֽחֲבֵא־ kə·ma·ḥă·ḇê- as a hiding place from GRAM DICO
ר֖וּחַ rū·aḥ the wind GRAM DICO
､
וְסֵ֣תֶר wə·sê·ṯer and a cover from GRAM DICO
זָ֑רֶם zā·rem; the tempest GRAM DICO
–
כְּפַלְגֵי־ kə·p̄al·ḡê- as rivers GRAM DICO
מַ֣יִם ma·yim of water GRAM DICO
בְּצָי֔וֹן bə·ṣā·yō·wn, in a dry place GRAM DICO
､
כְּצֵ֥ל kə·ṣêl as the shadow GRAM DICO
סֶֽלַע־ se·la‘- of a rock GRAM DICO
כָּבֵ֖ד kā·ḇêḏ great GRAM DICO
בְּאֶ֥רֶץ bə·’e·reṣ in a land GRAM DICO
עֲיֵפָֽה׃ ‘ă·yê·p̄āh. weary GRAM DICO

Isaïe 32, 3
וְלֹ֥א wə·lō And not GRAM DICO
תִשְׁעֶ֖ינָה ṯiš·‘e·nāh will be dim GRAM DICO
､
עֵינֵ֣י ‘ê·nê the eyes GRAM DICO
רֹאִ֑ים rō·’îm; of those who see GRAM DICO
וְאָזְנֵ֥י wə·’ā·zə·nê and the ears GRAM DICO
שֹׁמְעִ֖ים šō·mə·‘îm of those who hear GRAM DICO
תִּקְשַֽׁבְנָה׃ tiq·šaḇ·nāh. will listen GRAM DICO

Isaïe 32, 4
וּלְבַ֥ב ū·lə·ḇaḇ And the heart GRAM DICO
נִמְהָרִ֖ים nim·hā·rîm of the rash GRAM DICO
יָבִ֣ין yā·ḇîn will understand GRAM DICO
לָדָ֑עַת lā·ḏā·‘aṯ; knowledge GRAM DICO
､
וּלְשׁ֣וֹן ū·lə·šō·wn and the tongue GRAM DICO
עִלְּגִ֔ים ‘il·lə·ḡîm, of the stammerers GRAM DICO
תְּמַהֵ֖ר tə·ma·hêr will be ready GRAM DICO
לְדַבֵּ֥ר lə·ḏab·bêr to speak GRAM DICO
צָחֽוֹת׃ ṣā·ḥō·wṯ. plainly GRAM DICO

לֹֽא־ lō- No GRAM DICO
יִקָּרֵ֥א yiq·qā·rê will be called GRAM DICO
ע֛וֹד ‘ō·wḏ longer GRAM DICO
לְנָבָ֖ל lə·nā·ḇāl the foolish person GRAM DICO
נָדִ֑יב nā·ḏîḇ; generous GRAM DICO
､
וּלְכִילַ֕י ū·lə·ḵî·lay and the miser GRAM DICO
לֹ֥א lō nor GRAM DICO
יֵֽאָמֵ֖ר yê·’ā·mêr said [to be] GRAM DICO
שֽׁוֹעַ׃ šō·w·a‘. bountiful GRAM DICO

Isaïe 32, 6
כִּ֤י kî For GRAM DICO
נָבָל֙ nā·ḇāl the foolish person GRAM DICO
נְבָלָ֣ה nə·ḇā·lāh foolishness GRAM DICO
､
יְדַבֵּ֔ר yə·ḏab·bêr, will speak GRAM DICO
וְלִבּ֖וֹ wə·lib·bōw and his heart GRAM DICO
יַעֲשֶׂה־ ya·‘ă·śeh- will work GRAM DICO
אָ֑וֶן ’ā·wen; iniquity GRAM DICO
､
לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת la·‘ă·śō·wṯ to practice GRAM DICO
חֹ֗נֶף ḥō·nep̄, ungodliness GRAM DICO
､
וּלְדַבֵּ֤ר ū·lə·ḏab·bêr and to utter GRAM DICO
אֶל־ ’el- against GRAM DICO
יְהוָה֙ Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
תּוֹעָ֔ה tō·w·‘āh, error GRAM DICO
לְהָרִיק֙ lə·hā·rîq to keep unsatisfied GRAM DICO
נֶ֣פֶשׁ ne·p̄eš the soul GRAM DICO
רָעֵ֔ב rā·‘êḇ, the hungry GRAM DICO
､
וּמַשְׁקֶ֥ה ū·maš·qeh and he will [cause] the drink GRAM DICO
צָמֵ֖א ṣā·mê of the thirsty GRAM DICO
יַחְסִֽיר׃ yaḥ·sîr. to fail GRAM DICO

Isaïe 32, 7
וְכֵלַ֖י wə·ḵê·lay And of the schemer GRAM DICO
כֵּלָ֣יו kê·lāw the schemes GRAM DICO
רָעִ֑ים rā·‘îm; [are] evil GRAM DICO
–
ה֚וּא hū He GRAM DICO
זִמּ֣וֹת zim·mō·wṯ wicked plans GRAM DICO
יָעָ֔ץ yā·‘āṣ, devises GRAM DICO
לְחַבֵּ֤ל lə·ḥab·bêl to destroy GRAM DICO
[ענוים] ‘ă·nā·wîm  -  GRAM
(עֲנִיִּים֙) ‘ă·nî·yîm the poor GRAM DICO
בְּאִמְרֵי־ bə·’im·rê- with words GRAM DICO
､
שֶׁ֔קֶר še·qer, lying GRAM DICO
וּבְדַבֵּ֥ר ū·ḇə·ḏab·bêr and Even when speaks GRAM DICO
אֶבְי֖וֹן ’eḇ·yō·wn the needy GRAM DICO
מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ miš·pāṭ. justice GRAM DICO

וְנָדִ֖יב wə·nā·ḏîḇ But a generous man GRAM DICO
נְדִיב֣וֹת nə·ḏî·ḇō·wṯ generous things GRAM DICO
–
יָעָ֑ץ yā·‘āṣ; devises GRAM DICO
וְה֖וּא wə·hū and he GRAM DICO
עַל־ ‘al- by GRAM DICO
נְדִיב֥וֹת nə·ḏî·ḇō·wṯ generosity GRAM DICO
יָקֽוּם׃ yā·qūm. shall stand GRAM DICO

שַֽׁאֲנַנּ֔וֹת ša·’ă·nan·nō·wṯ, who are at ease GRAM DICO
–
קֹ֖מְנָה qō·mə·nāh Rise up GRAM DICO
､
שְׁמַ֣עְנָה šə·ma‘·nāh Hear GRAM DICO
קוֹלִ֑י qō·w·lî; my voice GRAM DICO
､
בָּנוֹת֙ bā·nō·wṯ You daughters GRAM DICO
–
בֹּֽטח֔וֹת bō·ṭ·ḥō·wṯ, complacent GRAM DICO
הַאְזֵ֖נָּה ha’·zên·nāh Give ear GRAM DICO
אִמְרָתִֽי׃ ’im·rā·ṯî. to my speech GRAM DICO
