וְהָי֥וּ wə·hā·yū And shall be GRAM DICO
עַמִּ֖ים ‘am·mîm the people GRAM DICO
מִשְׂרְפ֣וֹת miś·rə·p̄ō·wṯ [like] the burnings GRAM DICO
שִׂ֑יד śîḏ; of lime GRAM DICO
､
קוֹצִ֥ים qō·w·ṣîm [Like] thorns GRAM DICO
כְּסוּחִ֖ים kə·sū·ḥîm cut up GRAM DICO
בָּאֵ֥שׁ bā·’êš in the fire GRAM DICO
יִצַּֽתּוּ׃ yiṣ·ṣat·tū. they shall be burned GRAM DICO

שִׁמְע֥וּ šim·‘ū Hear you GRAM DICO
､
רְחוֹקִ֖ים rə·ḥō·w·qîm [who are] afar off GRAM DICO
､
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ’ă·šer what GRAM DICO
עָשִׂ֑יתִי ‘ā·śî·ṯî; I have done GRAM DICO
–
וּדְע֥וּ ū·ḏə·‘ū and you acknowledge GRAM DICO
קְרוֹבִ֖ים qə·rō·w·ḇîm [who are] near GRAM DICO
､
גְּבֻרָתִֽי׃ gə·ḇu·rā·ṯî. My might GRAM DICO

פָּחֲד֤וּ pā·ḥă·ḏū Are afraid GRAM DICO
–
בְצִיּוֹן֙ ḇə·ṣî·yō·wn in Zion GRAM DICO
חַטָּאִ֔ים ḥaṭ·ṭā·’îm, the sinful GRAM DICO
אָחֲזָ֥ה ’ā·ḥă·zāh has seized GRAM DICO
רְעָדָ֖ה rə·‘ā·ḏāh Fearfulness GRAM DICO
חֲנֵפִ֑ים ḥă·nê·p̄îm; the hypocrites GRAM DICO

מִ֣י ׀ mî Who GRAM DICO
יָג֣וּר yā·ḡūr shall dwell GRAM DICO
לָ֗נוּ lā·nū, among us GRAM
אֵ֚שׁ ’êš with the fire GRAM DICO
؟
אוֹכֵלָ֔ה ’ō·w·ḵê·lāh, devouring GRAM DICO
מִי־ mî- who GRAM DICO
יָג֥וּר yā·ḡūr shall dwell GRAM DICO
לָ֖נוּ lā·nū among us GRAM
מוֹקְדֵ֥י mō·wq·ḏê with burnings GRAM DICO
עוֹלָֽם׃ ‘ō·w·lām. everlasting GRAM DICO

הֹלֵ֣ךְ hō·lêḵ He who walks GRAM DICO
צְדָק֔וֹת ṣə·ḏā·qō·wṯ, righteously GRAM DICO
､
וְדֹבֵ֖ר wə·ḏō·ḇêr and speaks GRAM DICO
מֵֽישָׁרִ֑ים mê·šā·rîm; uprightly GRAM DICO
–
מֹאֵ֞ס mō·’ês He who despises GRAM DICO
בְּבֶ֣צַע bə·ḇe·ṣa‘ the gain GRAM DICO
מַעֲשַׁקּ֗וֹת ma·‘ă·šaq·qō·wṯ, of oppressions GRAM DICO
､
נֹעֵ֤ר nō·‘êr who gestures with GRAM DICO
כַּפָּיו֙ kap·pāw his hands GRAM DICO
מִתְּמֹ֣ךְ mit·tə·mōḵ refusing GRAM DICO
בַּשֹּׁ֔חַד baš·šō·ḥaḏ, bribes GRAM DICO
､
אֹטֵ֤ם ’ō·ṭêm who stops GRAM DICO
אָזְנוֹ֙ ’ā·zə·nōw his ears GRAM DICO
מִשְּׁמֹ֣עַ miš·šə·mō·a‘ from hearing GRAM DICO
דָּמִ֔ים dā·mîm, of bloodshed GRAM DICO
､
וְעֹצֵ֥ם wə·‘ō·ṣêm and shuts GRAM DICO
עֵינָ֖יו ‘ê·nāw his eyes GRAM DICO
מֵרְא֥וֹת mê·rə·’ō·wṯ from seeing GRAM DICO
בְּרָֽע׃ bə·rā‘. evil GRAM DICO

ה֚וּא hū He GRAM DICO
מְרוֹמִ֣ים mə·rō·w·mîm on high GRAM DICO
､
יִשְׁכֹּ֔ן yiš·kōn, will dwell GRAM DICO
מְצָד֥וֹת mə·ṣā·ḏō·wṯ [will be] the fortress GRAM DICO
סְלָעִ֖ים sə·lā·‘îm of rocks GRAM DICO
–
מִשְׂגַּבּ֑וֹ miś·gab·bōw; His [place] of defense GRAM DICO
לַחְמ֣וֹ laḥ·mōw His Bread GRAM DICO
נִתָּ֔ן nit·tān, will be given him GRAM DICO
מֵימָ֖יו mê·māw water GRAM DICO
נֶאֱמָנִֽים׃ ne·’ĕ·mā·nîm. [will be] sure GRAM DICO

מֶ֥לֶךְ me·leḵ The King GRAM DICO
בְּיָפְי֖וֹ bə·yā·p̄ə·yōw in His beauty GRAM DICO
–
תֶּחֱזֶ֣ינָה te·ḥĕ·ze·nāh will see GRAM DICO
עֵינֶ֑יךָ ‘ê·ne·ḵā; Your eyes GRAM DICO
תִּרְאֶ֖ינָה tir·’e·nāh they will see GRAM DICO
אֶ֥רֶץ ’e·reṣ the land GRAM DICO
מַרְחַקִּֽים׃ mar·ḥaq·qîm. that is very far off GRAM DICO

לִבְּךָ֖ lib·bə·ḵā Your heart GRAM DICO
יֶהְגֶּ֣ה yeh·geh will meditate on GRAM DICO
אֵימָ֑ה ’ê·māh; terror GRAM DICO

אַיֵּ֤ה ’ay·yêh Where [is] GRAM DICO
סֹפֵר֙ sō·p̄êr the scribe GRAM DICO
؟
אַיֵּ֣ה ’ay·yêh where [is] GRAM DICO
שֹׁקֵ֔ל šō·qêl, he who weighs GRAM DICO
؟
אַיֵּ֖ה ’ay·yêh where [is] GRAM DICO
סֹפֵ֥ר sō·p̄êr he who counts GRAM DICO
אֶת־ ’eṯ-  -  GRAM DICO
הַמִּגְדָּלִֽים׃ ham·miḡ·dā·lîm. the towers GRAM DICO

עַ֥ם ‘am a people GRAM DICO
､
נוֹעָ֖ז nō·w·‘āz fierce GRAM DICO
לֹ֣א lō not GRAM DICO
תִרְאֶ֑ה ṯir·’eh; You will see GRAM DICO
עַ֣ם ‘am a people GRAM DICO
עִמְקֵ֤י ‘im·qê of obscure GRAM DICO
שָׂפָה֙ śā·p̄āh speech GRAM DICO
מִשְּׁמ֔וֹעַ miš·šə·mō·w·a‘, beyond perception GRAM DICO
–
נִלְעַ֥ג nil·‘aḡ stammering GRAM DICO
לָשׁ֖וֹן lā·šō·wn of a tongue GRAM DICO
､
אֵ֥ין ’ên [can] not GRAM DICO
בִּינָֽה׃ bî·nāh. [that you] understand GRAM DICO

חֲזֵ֣ה ḥă·zêh Look GRAM DICO
צִיּ֔וֹן ṣî·yō·wn, upon Zion GRAM DICO
､
קִרְיַ֖ת qir·yaṯ the city GRAM DICO
מֽוֹעֲדֵ֑נוּ mō·w·‘ă·ḏê·nū; of our appointed feasts GRAM DICO
–
עֵינֶיךָ֩ ‘ê·ne·ḵā Your eyes GRAM DICO
תִרְאֶ֨ינָה ṯir·’e·nāh will see GRAM DICO
יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם yə·rū·šā·lim Jerusalem GRAM DICO
נָוֶ֣ה nā·weh a home GRAM DICO
､
שַׁאֲנָ֗ן ša·’ă·nān, quiet GRAM DICO
אֹ֤הֶל ’ō·hel a tabernacle GRAM DICO
בַּל־ bal- not GRAM DICO
יִצְעָן֙ yiṣ·‘ān [that] will be taken down GRAM DICO

יִסַּ֤ע yis·sa‘ one will be removed GRAM DICO
､
יְתֵֽדֹתָיו֙ yə·ṯê·ḏō·ṯāw of its stakes GRAM DICO
לָנֶ֔צַח lā·ne·ṣaḥ, ever GRAM DICO
וְכָל־ wə·ḵāl and any GRAM DICO
חֲבָלָ֖יו ḥă·ḇā·lāw of its cords GRAM DICO
בַּל־ bal- nor GRAM DICO
יִנָּתֵֽקוּ׃ yin·nā·ṯê·qū. will be broken GRAM DICO
