אֱ֠דַיִן ’ĕ·ḏa·yin Then GRAM DICO
מַלְכָּ֤א mal·kā King GRAM DICO
בֵלְשַׁאצַּר֙ ḇê·lə·šaṣ·ṣar Belshazzar GRAM DICO
שַׂגִּ֣יא śag·gî greatly GRAM DICO
מִתְבָּהַ֔ל miṯ·bā·hal, was troubled GRAM DICO
､
וְזִיוֺ֖הִי wə·zi·yō·hî and his countenance GRAM DICO
שָׁנַ֣יִן šā·na·yin was changed GRAM DICO
עֲל֑וֹהִי ‘ă·lō·w·hî; in him GRAM DICO
וְרַבְרְבָנ֖וֹהִי wə·raḇ·rə·ḇā·nō·w·hî and his lords GRAM DICO
מִֽשְׁתַּבְּשִֽׁין׃ miš·tab·bə·šîn. were astonished GRAM DICO

מַלְכְּתָ֕א mal·kə·ṯā The queen GRAM DICO

לָקֳבֵ֨ל lā·qo·ḇêl because GRAM DICO
מִלֵּ֤י mil·lê of the words GRAM DICO
מַלְכָּא֙ mal·kā of king the GRAM DICO
וְרַבְרְבָנ֔וֹהִי wə·raḇ·rə·ḇā·nō·w·hî, and his lords GRAM DICO
､
לְבֵ֥ית lə·ḇêṯ to hall GRAM DICO
–
מִשְׁתְּיָ֖א miš·tə·yā banquet the GRAM DICO
[עללת] ‘a·lă·laṯ  -  GRAM
(עַלַּ֑ת) ‘al·laṯ; came GRAM DICO
עֲנָ֨ת ‘ă·nāṯ spoke GRAM DICO
מַלְכְּתָ֜א mal·kə·ṯā queen the GRAM DICO
וַאֲמֶ֗רֶת wa·’ă·me·reṯ, and saying GRAM DICO
､
מַלְכָּא֙ mal·kā king GRAM DICO
､
לְעָלְמִ֣ין lə·‘ā·lə·mîn forever GRAM DICO
!
חֱיִ֔י ḥĕ·yî, live GRAM DICO
אַֽל־ ’al- not GRAM DICO
יְבַהֲלוּךְ֙ yə·ḇa·hă·lūḵ do let trouble you GRAM DICO
רַעְיוֹנָ֔ךְ ra‘·yō·w·nāḵ, your thoughts GRAM DICO
וְזִיוָ֖יךְ wə·zî·wāyḵ and your countenance GRAM DICO
אַל־ ’al- nor GRAM DICO
יִשְׁתַּנּֽוֹ׃ yiš·tan·nōw. let change GRAM DICO

אִיתַ֨י ’î·ṯay [There] is GRAM DICO
גְּבַ֜ר gə·ḇar a man GRAM DICO
בְּמַלְכוּתָ֗ךְ bə·mal·ḵū·ṯāḵ, in your kingdom GRAM DICO
､
דִּ֠י dî in whom [is] GRAM DICO
ר֣וּחַ rū·aḥ the Spirit GRAM DICO
אֱלָהִ֣ין ’ĕ·lā·hîn of God GRAM DICO
–
קַדִּישִׁין֮ qad·dî·šîn the Holy GRAM DICO
בֵּהּ֒ bêh in GRAM
וּבְיוֹמֵ֣י ū·ḇə·yō·w·mê and in the days GRAM DICO
אֲב֗וּךְ ’ă·ḇūḵ, of your father GRAM DICO
נַהִיר֧וּ na·hî·rū light GRAM DICO
וְשָׂכְלְתָנ֛וּ wə·śā·ḵə·lə·ṯā·nū and understanding GRAM DICO
וְחָכְמָ֥ה wə·ḥā·ḵə·māh and wisdom GRAM DICO
､
כְּחָכְמַת־ kə·ḥā·ḵə·maṯ- like the wisdom GRAM DICO
אֱלָהִ֖ין ’ĕ·lā·hîn of the gods GRAM DICO
､
הִשְׁתְּכַ֣חַת hiš·tə·ḵa·ḥaṯ were found GRAM DICO
בֵּ֑הּ bêh; in him GRAM
וּמַלְכָּ֤א ū·mal·kā and King GRAM DICO
נְבֻֽכַדְנֶצַּר֙ nə·ḇu·ḵaḏ·neṣ·ṣar Nebuchadnezzar GRAM DICO
אֲב֔וּךְ ’ă·ḇūḵ, your father GRAM DICO
､
רַ֧ב raḇ chief GRAM DICO
חַרְטֻמִּ֣ין ḥar·ṭum·mîn of the magicians GRAM DICO
､
אָֽשְׁפִ֗ין ’ā·šə·p̄în, astrologers GRAM DICO
､
כַּשְׂדָּאִין֙ kaś·dā·’în Chaldeans GRAM DICO
､
גָּזְרִ֔ין gā·zə·rîn, [and] soothsayers GRAM DICO
–
הֲקִימֵ֖הּ hă·qî·mêh made him GRAM DICO
אֲב֥וּךְ ’ă·ḇūḵ your father GRAM DICO
､
מַלְכָּֽא׃ mal·kā. king the GRAM DICO

קֳבֵ֡ל qo·ḇêl according to GRAM DICO
דִּ֣י dî Inasmuch as GRAM DICO
ר֣וּחַ ׀ rū·aḥ spirit GRAM DICO
､
יַתִּירָ֡ה yat·tî·rāh an excellent GRAM DICO
וּמַנְדַּ֡ע ū·man·da‘ and knowledge GRAM DICO
､
וְשָׂכְלְתָנ֡וּ wə·śā·ḵə·lə·ṯā·nū and understanding GRAM DICO
､
מְפַשַּׁ֣ר mə·p̄aš·šar interpretation GRAM DICO
חֶלְמִין֩ ḥel·mîn of dreams GRAM DICO
､
וַֽאַֽחֲוָיַ֨ת wa·’a·ḥă·wā·yaṯ and solution GRAM DICO
אֲחִידָ֜ן ’ă·ḥî·ḏān of riddles GRAM DICO
､
וּמְשָׁרֵ֣א ū·mə·šā·rê and explaining GRAM DICO
קִטְרִ֗ין qiṭ·rîn, enigmas GRAM DICO
､
הִשְׁתְּכַ֤חַת hiš·tə·ḵa·ḥaṯ were found GRAM DICO
בֵּהּ֙ bêh in this GRAM
בְּדָ֣נִיֵּ֔אל bə·ḏā·nî·yêl, Daniel GRAM DICO
､

קֳדָ֣ם qo·ḏām before GRAM DICO

עָנֵ֨ה ‘ā·nêh Spoke GRAM DICO
מַלְכָּ֜א mal·kā king the GRAM DICO
וְאָמַ֣ר wə·’ā·mar and said GRAM DICO
לְדָנִיֵּ֗אל lə·ḏā·nî·yêl, to Daniel GRAM DICO
､
[אנתה־] ’an·tāh you GRAM
(אַנְתְּ־) ’ant- [Are] you GRAM DICO
ה֤וּא hū that GRAM DICO
דָנִיֵּאל֙ ḏā·nî·yêl Daniel GRAM DICO
､
דִּֽי־ dî- who is GRAM DICO
מִן־ min- of GRAM DICO
בְּנֵ֤י bə·nê one GRAM DICO
גָלוּתָא֙ ḡā·lū·ṯā of captives the GRAM DICO

יְה֔וּד yə·hūḏ, Judah GRAM DICO

וְשִׁמְעֵ֣ת wə·šim·‘êṯ and I have heard GRAM DICO
[עליך] ‘ă·la·yiḵ  -  GRAM
(עֲלָ֔ךְ) ‘ă·lāḵ, of you GRAM DICO
דִּ֛י dî that GRAM DICO
ר֥וּחַ rū·aḥ the Spirit GRAM DICO
אֱלָהִ֖ין ’ĕ·lā·hîn of God GRAM DICO
בָּ֑ךְ bāḵ; [is] in you GRAM
וְנַהִיר֧וּ wə·na·hî·rū and [that] light GRAM DICO
וְשָׂכְלְתָנ֛וּ wə·śā·ḵə·lə·ṯā·nū and understanding GRAM DICO
וְחָכְמָ֥ה wə·ḥā·ḵə·māh and wisdom GRAM DICO
יַתִּירָ֖ה yat·tî·rāh excellent GRAM DICO
