כִּ֣י kî For GRAM DICO
הִֽטַּהֲר֞וּ hiṭ·ṭa·hă·rū had purified themselves GRAM DICO
הַכֹּהֲנִ֧ים hak·kō·hă·nîm the priests GRAM DICO
וְהַלְוִיִּ֛ם wə·hal·wî·yim and the Levites GRAM DICO
כְּאֶחָ֖ד kə·’e·ḥāḏ as one GRAM DICO
､
כֻּלָּ֣ם kul·lām all of them GRAM DICO
טְהוֹרִ֑ים ṭə·hō·w·rîm; [were ritually] clean GRAM DICO
､
וַיִּשְׁחֲט֤וּ way·yiš·ḥă·ṭū and they slaughtered GRAM DICO
הַפֶּ֙סַח֙ hap·pe·saḥ the Passover [lambs] GRAM DICO
לְכָל־ lə·ḵāl for all GRAM DICO
בְּנֵ֣י bə·nê the descendants GRAM DICO
הַגּוֹלָ֔ה hag·gō·w·lāh, of the captivity GRAM DICO
､
וְלַאֲחֵיהֶ֥ם wə·la·’ă·ḥê·hem for their brothers GRAM DICO
הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים hak·kō·hă·nîm the priests GRAM DICO

､
הַשָּׁבִים֙ haš·šā·ḇîm who had returned GRAM DICO
מֵֽהַגּוֹלָ֔ה mê·hag·gō·w·lāh, from the captivity GRAM DICO
､
וְכֹ֗ל wə·ḵōl, and with all GRAM DICO
הַנִּבְדָּ֛ל han·niḇ·dāl who had separated themselves GRAM DICO
מִטֻּמְאַ֥ת miṭ·ṭum·’aṯ from the filth GRAM DICO
גּוֹיֵֽ־ gō·w·yê- of the nations GRAM DICO
הָאָ֖רֶץ hā·’ā·reṣ of the land GRAM DICO
､
אֲלֵהֶ֑ם ’ă·lê·hem; unto GRAM DICO
לִדְרֹ֕שׁ liḏ·rōš in order to seek GRAM DICO
לַֽיהוָ֖ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
אֱלֹהֵ֥י ’ĕ·lō·hê God GRAM DICO

וַיַּֽעֲשׂ֧וּ way·ya·‘ă·śū and they kept GRAM DICO
חַג־ ḥaḡ- the Feast GRAM DICO
מַצּ֛וֹת maṣ·ṣō·wṯ of Unleavened Bread GRAM DICO
שִׁבְעַ֥ת šiḇ·‘aṯ seven GRAM DICO
יָמִ֖ים yā·mîm days GRAM DICO
בְּשִׂמְחָ֑ה bə·śim·ḥāh; with joy GRAM DICO
､
כִּ֣י ׀ kî for GRAM DICO
שִׂמְּחָ֣ם śim·mə·ḥām made them joyful GRAM DICO
､
יְהוָ֗ה Yah·weh Yahweh GRAM DICO
וְֽהֵסֵ֞ב wə·hê·sêḇ and turned GRAM DICO
לֵ֤ב lêḇ the heart GRAM DICO
מֶֽלֶךְ־ me·leḵ- of the king GRAM DICO
אַשּׁוּר֙ ’aš·šūr of Assyria GRAM DICO
עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם ‘ă·lê·hem, toward them GRAM DICO
לְחַזֵּ֣ק lə·ḥaz·zêq to strengthen GRAM DICO
יְדֵיהֶ֔ם yə·ḏê·hem, their hands GRAM DICO
בִּמְלֶ֥אכֶת bim·le·ḵeṯ in the work GRAM DICO
